The problem with Nvidia 30x0 cards is that the memory temperature is the main reason for throttling, but there is no direct way of monitoring the memory temperature, only checking when the performance cap reason changes to "temp".
Two things: first, the Perf Cap Reason is "Thrm", not "Temp". Second it's now possible to monitor the memory temperature using the latest HWiNFO. It shows up as "GPU Memory Junction Temperature" and if it goes above ~110C the card will start throttling regardless of the GPU temp.

There's a lot of discussion about what temperature is actually safe for long-term use with these cards but it's generally thought anything near 110C is not a good idea.

I've tried setting -cclock -200 and -mclock +800 but am getting an error -137. I can't seem to find any information about how to fix this. RTX 3080 with 461.40 with 5.5c.
Anyone else experience this and was able to fix it?

I have MSI Mech OC RX 5700 XT bios modded in Windows 10 version 20H2. My overclock settings are: Core clock 1200, Core voltage 750, Memory clock 1800.
I only get 51,5 mh/s with Phoenix Miner 5.5c. This hasrate is equal with stock bios.
When I'm using Team Red Miner 0.8.0, the hashrate is 55,2 mh/s.
Is that something wrong with my GPU?

Wow... Thanks... Now the hashrate 55,8 mh/s.👍🙏

you can probably go up to 1840-1850 and increase more.

i dont know what you are saying. as far as i know the stryx is a model you want to stay away from modding.
i never told you to mod the card or helped in any way.
if you want more help i suggest go on discord and go join redpandamining .  they are the best

nooo, calm friend '
the gpu has dualbios with a switch you select a bios P (Performance) or Q (Quiet).
the gpu came to me used and with the Bios P (bricked)
but nothing happens you can continue using the Q
Thanks for answering, I was only commenting on it because it is my first Rog 5700xt.
I did not say that you suggested me to modify the Bios
I'm older and I know about RBE, MPT, NAVI CURVE, ATIFLASH ......
THAT IS ONLY RESPONSIBLE WHO DOES IT WITHOUT KNOWING
I all my Rigs are BiosMOD by me.
but I bought it cheap like that.
thanks again here to try to help and be helped

Hi, is there any way how to get power usage of each card and actual cclock MHz, cvddc mV, mclock MHz, p-state , pcap power over json remote query?

When i request over TCP/IP json - {"id":0,"jsonrpc":"2.0","method":"miner_getstat2"}
i get only

RESPONSE:
{"result": ["9.3 - ETH", "21", "182724;51;0", "30502;30457;30297;30481;30479;30505", "0;0;0", "off;off;off;off;off;off", "53;71;57;67;61;72;55;70;59;71;61;70", "eth-eu1.nanopool.org:9999", "0;0;0;0"]}
"9.3 - ETH"            - miner version.
"21"               - running time, in minutes.
"182724"            - total ETH hashrate in MH/s, number of ETH shares, number of ETH rejected shares.
"30502;30457;30297;30481;30479;30505"   - detailed ETH hashrate for all GPUs.
"0;0;0"               - total DCR hashrate in MH/s, number of DCR shares, number of DCR rejected shares.
"off;off;off;off;off;off"      - detailed DCR hashrate for all GPUs.
"53;71;57;67;61;72;55;70;59;71;61;70"   - Temperature and Fan speed(%) pairs for all GPUs.
"eth-eu1.nanopool.org:9999"      - current mining pool. For dual mode, there will be two pools here.
"0;0;0;0"            - number of ETH invalid shares, number of ETH pool switches, number of DCR invalid shares, number of DCR pool switches.

I get this over http on same port but its html and hard to parse it ... it will be nice get all possible info about GPUs ober json ...

when i use param  -hstats 2
-hstats <n>

hi all,

im mining for a month with a RTX 2060 OC from ASUS, and im getting a hashrate of 26-28 MH/s, with standard settings. I've checking over the internet and seems that a better config is power settings 65% and memory +1000. Problem is I don't know where should I configure it, any ideas?

many thanks

dag issue. you will need a 6gb or higher gpu now
or switch to a hiveos or other non windows programs.  but even those will come to an end shortly

Hello.
How about the error clsetkernelarg -48?
It happens only in my RX 580 Rig and im forced to use -clkernel 0 to use the miner, BUT im loosing 1mhs per GPU and im not stable (total hashrate running from 88 to 93).
And in final, im having a big difference from what i see on the miner and what pool is reporting, about steel shares.
The pool report much more steel shares that miner don't show.
Im using 5.5c version. The problem is born 2 days ago...

Second question:

How can i configure file batch of a 6 gpus rig for use GPU 1-2-3 to mine on wallet A and 4-5-6 to wallet B?
