With all these fake phoenix links (note: ALWAYS follow links on original post), I wish that new users should NOT be able to post links on threads, with a setting per thread. Just make it harder for these low lives.
Hello, unfortunately I have fallen and I have downloaded the fake program that they have published, it was a Malwar. Do you know what type it is or what is the best thing I can do now? I have passed several antivurus and I have clean everything, apparently the pc works fine and its clean, but I am considering formatting the computer. I appreciate your help. Thanks

I will start mining using my Asus ROG Zephyrus S17 with the following:
Intel Core i7-10875H @2.30 GHz 32 GB RAM NVIDIA GeForce RTX2080 Super with Max-Q Design
Can someone let me know which configurations/commands are optimal for the config file please?
And if I want to configure it so it works at a lower level so that I can still browse the web and use Excel? Thanks!

Anyone running p104-100 with 8GB bios on hiveos with phoenixMiner? Using the -straps 4 flag the hash rate drops immediately from 36 to 30.

Hi! The miner works great for me, thank you for all the work on it. Is there a command line option to stop it gracefully? I run it on Windows startup and therefore don’t have the console and would prefer to be able to do so instead of stopping the process. I looked but can’t find the switch / option.
Thank you very much in advance!

Is devfee harmless here or is it causing a problem. I should NOT see the word DEVFEE for 30 I dont think.
Here is a snippet: Starts devfee at 31 min: Eth speed: 29.173 MH/s, shares: 15/0/0, time: 0:32 Eth: New job #432dd006 from us1.ethermine.org:4444; diff: 4000MH Eth: New job #b589f85a from us1.ethermine.org:4444; diff: 4000MH Eth: New job #93f0fd85 from us1.ethermine.org:4444; diff: 4000MH Eth: New job #68ab5dc2 from us1.ethermine.org:4444; diff: 4000MH Eth: New job #e8ef7f65 from us1.ethermine.org:4444; diff: 4000MH DevFee: Connecting to ethash pool ssl://us1.ethermine.org:5555 (proto: QtMiner) Eth speed: 29.028 MH/s, shares: 15/0/0, time: 0:32 Eth: New job #643f46f2 from us1.ethermine.org:4444; diff: 4000MH

I dont know what the problem is but you're right you should not be seeing DEVFEE for 30 mins like that.. only about 1min every hour.. How odd.

During the DevFee ‘storm’ my effective hash rate dropped from over 30 to 25. It is reflected in the pool. The miner showed 29.2 the entire time,

RX 6800 Phoenixminer mining renders Windows 10 unresponsive?!?
I have just gotten a new XFX 6800 card and wanted to put it to good use, so I downvolted/reduced GPU freq/boosted the ram freq and I hit 63 MH (oh my, for a card like this #eyeroll) right off the bat, but as soon as the card starts mining, Windows become quite unresponsive (dragging a window causes a 1s freeze, etc.) I used to mine with my old RX570 and using the exact same machine + the exact same (three) monitors, the miner didn't slow down Windows AT ALL. But with 6800, mining renders the machine basically useless for normal work, which leaves me completely confused about what could cause such a difference in Windows responsiveness (with that much better a graphic card) and more importantly, how can I fix this? Thank yo in advance
