I once read an article that says bitcoin is used as a payment transaction for terrorists and hackers. And maybe you guys in this forum also already know it. But here i want to convey my personal opinion in that matter. I think that internet and bitcoin interrelated. Many terrorists and criminals use internet .so also with bitcoin which used perpetrator However, despite all these issues, do people make concrete efforts to ban the internet? No. Not because removing and banning Bitcoin is difficult, but because the internet offers more positive than negative. For the same reason, we have to be more careful about our mindset for Bitcoin, because much evidence has shown that Bitcoin brings many positive, if not more, effects than the internet. Internet and Bitcoin are just devices that 'bad guys' and 'good people'. Fortunately, the world is filled with more people in the 'good people' category.
If I think what people say about bitcoin is made as a terrorist transaction, so do we have to blame bitcoin, of course not, because bitcoin is only digital currency so can not be blamed, it must be blamed is the user , as is the case with real currencies also like this, if we think the same as bitcoin ... |

Ya we know about that bicoin using by criminal because the decentralized system, cant to detect by goverment. but we cannot see only negatif side. there alot positive side of bitcoin. And dont blame the bitcoin, but blame that people who using bitcoin for criminal act, same like knife using for kill people, dont blame the knife, but blame that person.

People having the mindset that bitcoin is being used by criminals and should be banned is heavily flawed. Cooking knives are also being used by criminals, or specifically murderers to kill, but does it mean that knives should be banned? No. Because knives aren't made for that purpose. Same with bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Now that you need to be fully KYC with any exchange the annonumity of withdrawing to FIAT is gone not to mention new tax regulations.

I think all can happen and I am sure all that is made there must be negative and positive aspects that back again to the individual and the group who access it, one example is the creation of the internet the original purpose to facilitate us in communicating and getting any information but what happened many abuse of the internet with sites containing criminal acts, all depends on the user and the user |

certainly, Bitcoin can be used by anyone in the worth who has the Internet. So, we do not have any way to prevent the criminals. Some methods are used in some countries to control it such as South Korea where the government bans the anonymous accounts in the exchanges.

Yes some people are using bitcoin as front for an investment scheme that's why our government warns the public from these scammers. Though its not really a crime like drugs and killings but for me its very alarming because many people became a victim and lost their money. These criminals are putting a bad name to bitcoin reason why some people are skeptical about it.

BTC tumbled 7.75% to a low near $10,220 on CMC before recovering slightly, and all major cryptocurrencies sold off.
In Japan, regulators are still trying to handle the fallout from a Friday hack on a major local exchange called Coincheck, which lost the equivalent of more than $500 million.
Coincheck said: the stolen NEM coins were held in storage linked to the internet, making it easier for hackers to steal the cryptocurrency.

Yes, criminals use bitcoin.
But it is normal investors who use bitcoin more often.
The criminals are only a small part.
We can't do that because criminals use bitcoin to deny bitcoin.

It is a fact that there is no such thing as technology. It is a crime. It is only the problem of people who are employed. Many things can be applied to the crime, including the legal currency of each country, but not the law.

The real criminals are the one's printing fiat, collecting taxes and sellings weapons around the world.
Yeah they are, because they grab all our taxes to have enough money for buying selling illegals or used to pay their criminals that involve to their illegal stuffs. They also use bitcoin as payment because bitcoin is not traceable they can hide all their transactions. |

Probably yes! All businesses that have high potential for income will always be represented by criminals. Even panhandling in many countries is controlled by syndicates, so there's no reason why they wouldn't put their hands in btc. It ill not be a surprise if criminals have more bitcoins in their accounts than most of us!

bitcoin is used for crime and the criminal act happens from that person. bitcoin is a good thing because bitcoin if used for good can have a good impact and give big profit to that person. but if bitcoin is controlled by someone who has negative traits it will probably be a bad impact.
because I agree if bitcoin is supervised by authorities in every country not to be used for negative things.

It could be, because I heard in news that maybe bitcoin used in criminal or illegal transaction to black market. And it also affect some of people are now doubting about bitcoin if it is real or not. And it was also alarming to all bitcoin users that loses their money because to scammer. So we must have action of this anomaly.

In this vast world, there is always "good people and bad people". everything that created and used for and by the human being is good things, but these is always people used it for bad things. cars created for the transportation, but there is bad people who used it for bad thing as rob or kill, so does the internet or bitcoin, there is always people used for bad thing. as for what happen to bitcoin do people/government the same efforts to ban the cars?? i guess why the government used to ban bitcoin is because of less advantage for the government itself, if not why the government ban something usefull for the peoples.. |

In my opinion, maybe, I can say maybe because their are scammers and hacker inside the bitcoin world. Also their are bitcoin users using bitcoin to do bad things. Like syndicate, drugs, and terrorist. We Cannot set aside the fact to think that it could be posible using bit coin in bad things. It must good to take action right away before bday.
