Almost 2 months later and they still have not given any reply regarding my refund for X3 and have not given any updates regarding refunds...
In addition to their statement that they will not start processing refunds until shipping is completed, they have also stated that they will not process any support tickets until shipping is completed.
They have now started shipping to the resellers, but those of us who ordered direct - before there were any resellers - are still waiting. Hence, still no refund processing and no ticket processing.
To be fair, they also said that the compensation decision would be delayed until shipping was completed, but they have now actually made a decision about the compensation: "There will be no more compensation. You lose. You get nothing. Good day, sir."
And they've promised that customers will get capacitors that will not explode. And miners that may or may not cause leukemia. So we have that going for us.
