Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

TicketID GTW-578-92501 i will keep sending untill i get anwers. No problem. Djust copy-paste and press send every minute, hour, day or night. I have paid directly. No problem...
Surely all that does is get you auto-routed to /dev/null have you no ideas for getting a response that would be more constructive? My experience of Bobsag is that he's nothing if not reasonable these days so your best bet for satisfaction might be trying to be the same. I don't know what your issue is, I appreciate you might be getting frustrated but the above definitely isn't the right way to go about getting a response. I have nothing to do with Bobsag. Its a seller of minersource. I bought directly with BA. So no Bobsag only a couple GHOSTS...

Our 2nd shipment was 4x the size of the first one, exactly a week apart. I was told the rest of my orders for the X1 will be shipped to me by the end of the week.
Good news, thanks. I guess this is no longer the case since you're going to China?

I received two out of the four X-1's I ordered and the first one i plugged in sent a shower of sparks everywhere, so far the 2nd unit hashes anywhere from 9 to 90 Ghz regardless of what the Freq is set to, the errors do seem to drop a bit if it's set to 1000 or below.. Your mileage may vary So that's the second power supply we know to have gone bang. How many more, I wonder? Funny how the image showing the PSU manufacturer label seems to have "disappeared". Fortunately Firefox's search history comes up trumps, I originally tried finding a "Sunshine AP187" back when the picture was posted. Here's what AliBaba has to say about it. http://www.alibaba.com/trade/search?fsb=y&IndexArea=product_en&CatId=&SearchText=ap187+power+supplyPerhaps that's Black Arrow's "surprise"...

It was custom made for them. The factory is just down the road from BA. Shenzhen is full of manufactures that will put together anything you want if your willing to buy in bulk. If the PSU company retain the IP rights for the design, then it makes sense for them to exploit the tooling they already have.

If they're even using that supplier, and not a knock-off copy of it. I'm pretty sure the label on the X1 supply said Sunshine, Sunshine Electronics or similar.

I have an early sample psu. No label on it. No CE mark. Just a logo on the connector, which is Apluspower Co. ltd https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3873/14529964739_08570c4717_b.jpgIt's identical to the one shipped with the X1's , except no Apluspower logo, and a label with "Sunrise Electronics". Probably the name used to get it through CE certification. Internally, it's got the same components, and PCB. The PCB markings are the same. So defiantly not a knock-off copy.

I believe the price of the PSU by itself was to cover the PSU and the shipping charges for the extra X3. So that's why it's where it's at. Where as Minersource is charging for the PSU for less, but then adding the shipping cost later
I could be wrong though, since everything about this ordeal is subject to change.

Another nail in the coffin for BA. Things must be getting serious if Bob is willing to spend several thousand dollars out of his own pocket to go over to China and work for free. It doesn't instill any kind of confidence when a reseller has to also play the manufacturer role.
Meanwhile I got my tracking number for my batch 3 S3's, looks like Bitmain wins this round.

Just a data point for everyone out there.
Out of the box the X1 will load balance between multiple pools. So if you see less GH/S than expected check at each pool you have configured.
I was only seeing half my GH/S and was confused for a sec there.

- It has some black sticky tape on the back of it and glue all over some of the buttons and the bit metal plate where I presume the LCD (which is missing) should go looks like it came out of a dump (Pictures Coming when I get home)
I had the black tape and hot glue on several of my units as well. 2 out of 3 are defective....Minersource did some amazing testing on these. No kidding i received two out of the four X-1's I ordered and the first one i plugged in sent a shower of sparks everywhere, so far the 2nd unit hashes anywhere from 9 to 90 Ghz regardless of what the Freq is set to, the errors do seem to drop a bit if it's set to 1000 or below.. Your mileage may vary Make that two for two on the PSU's, i moved my working unit to the shelf i was going to keep it on, plugged it in and fireworks.. unbelievably craptastic parts BA

I've got black tape on the front of my 2nd unit. Looks like they are using that to cover holes invite case they aren't using any more. I have no idea how the LCD will get installed with all the different versions if case running around. My 2nd unit also included rubber buttons that the first one didn't.

It seems to me they went for a new type of functionality (this was the surprise) and failed. What is left over from this attempt are things like being able to group control the miners. Perhaps this could also explain the amount of time spent on the backplane.
Checked yesterday, if they delivered by last day in Feb I would have had 98 BTC from my purchases.
This is an exercise in losing money gracefully, if there is such a thing. Not sure being in the refund pile is the safest course of action here. I'm actually surprised they are pushing out miners, thought they would have gone hashfast by now.

That's three so far, out of however many on here have received them so far which is a pretty shit failure rate. Should've called them Prospero X360. Perhaps it's time to give AplusPower the WebOfTrust score they deserve as well. https://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/apluspower.cnOh, and this is for the Googlebot: Black Arrow Prospero X1 X-1 X3 X-3 power supply dead PSU
