Agree 100%. These peoples dreams are getting in the way of their reason. I've been around long enough to realise that it isn't easy to make money. Its bloody hard. Thats why the rich are in the minority.
Look at Ken, he's been around the block, he's been through the hard times before. We've seen his house he's done OK for himself as a businessman. But he's not done so well as to have lost his fight. He is still a battler, a grafter, and he too knows that it isn't easy to create success in this world. If you have realistic attitudes to life you realise you need to give success space to flourish - it takes time as well as a relentless work ethic.
ACtM will be here this time next year, it may still be around in five years. Ken will not dump and run like the other pussies and con-artist who dominate this business. Your investment is in safe hands. That is a fact. Now everyone who doesn't agree can you sell your shares and f off to neobee. Best of luck with that one.

Oddly, from where im sitting, i think Ken could have trumped crumbs, on the FUDster scale.
Also, does silence count as FUD?

Let's find out shall we? I hope Ken and all of you understand that happy shareholders means a happy message board and prospective hardware buyers like reading all things positive. Message sent as PM.. - - - - - Hi Ken, Are there any words you can offer to help quell the frustrations of shareholders at present? If you are able to share anything regarding our progress without revealing commercially sensitive information or breaking the NDA, it would go a long way in restoring confidence. I'm sure you are aware of the loyalty that these guys have shown and the belief the majority still have in you, and would ask that you give this request serious consideration. Here's a couple of things to consider. 1) Do you have any timelines you can share regarding the chips? 2) Is there anything you can say about how the development/production process is progressing? 3) Can you explain why you are so confident that the exponential rise in difficulty is not going to end this companies ambitions to create a profitable mining farm. Cheers, zumzero

It's like a cycle. Every few weeks this happens. Someone demands updates and then more people demand updates and when Ken doesn't give exactly what is wanted the fud starts spreading. Like someone said earlier, man up and accept what you invested in. If you don't like the way the updates are handled, nobody is stopping you from selling your shares. Ken is not here to hold your hand and tell you everything is going to be OK. He's trying to get shit done.

It doesn't matter when I started posting. For you to look at that as in indicator in your confidence shows that you pay attention to all the wrong things. You can't whine, bitch, and moan when you don't get your way after you invested in a fortune 500 company. Why do you think this is any different? Because you used your precious bitcoin, it entitles you to constant updates from the CEO? Get out of here.

The CEO is online now, and has plenty of time to delete posts in this thread, his last post was agreeing with me that he probably wouldn't do any time. Responding to real concerns? No time 4 that.

I am not being paid by a competitor, as I am one of the top 30 investors I want this company to succeed.
I want to know if there are delays in the chips, how much dividends will the sample chips provide and so on. Ken ignores all questions about the ASIC processors.
simple questions. Not too much whining really. Pretty matter of fact.

It seems like people are forgetting the fact that there is an NDA in place, and on top of that, we know that in the past Ken got his hand slapped for providing information which may or may not have been covered under it. Why in the WORLD would he even consider providing information which might be under it again? And now too, right when I imagine things are picking up? We know the chips are under the NDA, and I think we can assume anything stemming from them and their usage (i.e. timelines, profitability, delays, etc.) sure as hell ain't going to be brought up. This ain't a Labcoin. Remember this: http://www.easic.com/vmc-uses-easic-to-achieve-24-756-ths-bitcoin-miner/ ? Unlike Labcoin, there is a reason Ken isn't answering questions, and also unlike Labcoin, there's a danm good reason to have faith regardless of the silence. We know these chips will happen. I mean fuck... With all the whining, I'm surprised no one has demand pictures of chips yet. Isn't that the next step in tearing apart credibility?

The only whining I see in this thread are the long winded, drawn out, multiple paragraph and apparently expert analysees from the people admonishing those whom are asking a simple question.

Lot of people seem to not understand how all encompassing and how serious a properly written NDA is.

Ken can confirm that we are delayed or not. Says you. Not says NDA. NDA ( http://axs.net/AMC/eAsic-NDA0001.jpg and http://axs.net/AMC/eAsic-NDA0002.jpg) says that he is forbidden from divulging confidential information which may include matters of any technical or business nature. The amount of time that it takes eASIC to get their brand-spanking new 28mm chips out SEEMS TO ME like it would be considered confidential; and talking about "delays", either to confim or deny, would be in breach of contract. VMC is at mercy of this NDA, fully and utterly. Ken doesn't even acknowledge the posts asking about these matters; because that in of itself could be construed to be divulging information. EDIT: To me it seems like a big "delay" in the plans would be eASIC deciding that Ken breached the NDA...

The NDA does not take into account the time sensitive nature of exponential difficulty increases. NDA or not the point is if we're not on time, you may as well consider these machines glorified calculators.
We need calc-u-nows... Not calc-u-laters. (Okay okay, I know, that was bad.)
