am open account in hitbtc I deposited $ 50 in Hitbtc for testing only Withdrawal of $ 50 was rejected Contacted support Reply to my message.. for security reasons and in accordance with international AML policies. If that is true then it shows the level of disgrace that HitBTC have fallen to. The authorities need to consider if there is enough evidence to close down their website.

Why was it rejected? I just withdrew $48 ETH paying $8 as fee without getting any such message and I have never completed KYC on Hitbtc. May be they are doing it just to new accounts? Just keep replying to their emails as $50 is such a small amount and they shouldn't harass customers for such small amounts.

It isnt a gambling site for it to hold their deposits without doing any trade ups.Yes,$50 isnt really that big for them to hold off. You paid up $8 fee for ETH? What a horrible thing for you to accept on.. If they are doing this for new accounts then its really a disgrace. One question, why people do consider out to trade with this exchange?

$8 fees? Serious? That's nearly 0.05 ETH. Why don't you use another exchange which requires you 0.01 ETH to withdraw? Stop giving them free money dude.

Yeah, it was about 0.047 and I found it cheaper than paying 0.0015 fee to withdraw via BTC. The $48 I earned by selling my altcoins that were lying since a year. Other altcoins that I have deposited on hitbtc have higher withdrawal fee of $20. Using another exchange was not an option as the coins had been lying with Hitbtc since a year and I couldn't withdraw them. One year back, things were find as coins were worth $1k+ but not now.

I think there are only few people in this forum that uses HitBTC. Many of them have no choice because some not-so popular coins are being listed in HitBTC. They should just sell it and leave HitBTC right away or wait for an another exchange to list their coins. Despite HitBTC being disgraceful, it is surprising that they remains to have very high trading volume. I think there are many people that are used to it and ignore the negative side even if there are already many better exchanges as options? Sad that even with the high fees and high minimum tradeable amounts there are still blind followers.

^If people are using it, it's mainly because of the trading volume. Except Binance, Kucoin and Hitbtc, there are no more exchanges with active buyers for altcoins so these exchanges are being used despite the high trading and withdrawal fee. The only drawback of hitbtc is the enormous altcoin withdrawal fee that discourages you from withdrawing your own coins deposited on the exchange.

How about the old-time running shady exchange "Yobit"? Just for some out topic discussion. This exchange also do had bigger withdrawals fees way more than with Hitbtc based on my experience but surprisingly these exchangers do still had that volume which is pretty high to consider for a shady business. Its true that there were people who already got use to it when it comes to their past and current issues yet they dont have any choice if their shit tokens were only listed into these various exchange. You would really need to deal up with injustice things in terms of their fees and shady service.

Why as soon as I login on the exchange I get a message asking for a deposit? Why do some pairs have extra zeros? Why does the exchange lag on a fairly new smartphone? And I’m not even asking why such high withdrawal fees, I want to ask: why is this exchange "The most advanced"?

We're sorry that our withdrawal fee structure doesn't work for some of the users. It is worth mentioning, though, that our fees are flat and do not depend on the number of funds you're trying to withdraw. Withdrawal fees are being adjusted according to the market situation. Some of the pairs have different lot sizes to allow trading in a smaller size. This was made as a part of our effort to keep them in-line with market standards by popular demand, you can find more information on that here: https://blog.hitbtc.com/hitbtc-is-updating-its-lot-size/We're sorry you experience poor performance on your device. How am I then supposed to withdraw my tokens from your exchange? I got 471 CCT tokens which have a withdrawal fee of 707 tokens and these tokens are not even trading on your exchange anymore. I also have FLP which require 915 tokens as a withdrawal fee. These fee are not only ridiculous but a punishment of me depositing on your exchange. The network never requires you to have 10k tokens so that cannot be your excuse for setting such a high fee. You are discouraging users by setting such a high limit.

Dear erikalui, our team adjusts the withdrawal fees according to the market conditions. 707 CCT tokens are worth less than 2 USD at the current moment. Please keep in mind that HitBTC has always had a flat withdrawal fee structure that doesn’t depend on the number of funds withdrawn.

That means I'll never be able to withdraw the tokens as CCT is no longer trading on your exchange? Also, when other exchanges do not set such conditions, why hitbtc wants fee in fiat? You should charge a fee that's used for sending the tokens and not a fee in fiat when the altcoin market is always volatile. The tokens were worth $1200 last year and dropped after that. You don't even want to list the token again and I can't withdraw them ever now.
