Any problem with HITBTC, have been trying to make withdrawal and my mail is not receiving mail for the two factor authentication for more than 4 hours now. Is it a general problem or peculiar?

Hitbtc team, I have a request. Please try to lessen the withdraw fees of EKO coin. It's really so high for withdrawing some coin from your site. Also, Ethbits withdraw fees is 17 Ethbits!! why are you taking to many high fees for withdrawing coin/token? Nowadays I am no more active hitbtc for this kind of huge fees. but it was one of my favourite exchange sites.

I also really like using HitBTC, but some fees make me rethink if it's worth it. The rate of 0.001 BTC I find a bit high, depending on the transaction you make and the price of Bitcoin!

Same goes here. I like their interface. No need for KYC if no aren't using fiats. But charges are damn high. And what is also sad is they are setting their own number of digits instead of just using 8.

HitBTC fees are ridiculous!  They just don't give a f*ck about users, I think they have enough business from large Chinese whales and wash traders.
You don't have any choice but to deal with it when you use this exchange.Ive thought they do already changed that fees when I do make use of this exchange for a while I quit up and excluded on my options due to this reason but it seems until now they aren't changing everything. Small time traders will definitely be hurt up on those ridiculous fees specially on Bitcoin transactions.

I received an interesting mail today, where the sender wanted to look like HitBTC exchange, but if you look closely you can see that it's written hilbtc.com.
Just a reminder that you need to pay close attention at potential scammers!

I would rate it an avoid. There are too many complaints about too many different aspects of its operations and they've been popping up for a long, long time. That smells of somewhere fundamentally shit, not just having a bad patch.

Hey, I'm just some random sad sack. I wouldn't put too much into my opinion, but it's a place I've always steered clear of for what must be several years now.

If there's a coin on there that's nowhere else then you don't have much choice. If there was somewhere with less volume I'd still choose that if it was a more transparent operation.

That I understand. In that case it leaves a user with no choice but to be fair they are doing high volume trades on some coins.

Their customer services is atrocious from what I have been reading so it is not something I would be using.

I see many people here complain about high fees on withdrawals from HitBTC. I made the spreadsheet for saving money on this issue 2 months ago and included HitBTC in it. There multiple cheap ways to cashout fund from this exchange. Link to the spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1SaDvHMLZ6w2MHi11IsxOA10LKQLd8C6K6e-Cud_jkZM/edit?usp=sharing

I also created the topic for questions, complains and ideas about improving the table. If you have anything to say, any kind of feedback would be appreciated: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4930392

Since the 08th of November the withdrawal of Tezos Coins (XTZ) has not been possible. Is there any information until when the withdrawal problems will be fixed? I do not like to leave my coins in the wallet and I do not want to exchange them and withdraw in another coin as some here has already proposed for other withdrawal issues.

i just visited this topic to find out about the XTZ wallet. i bought and wanted to withdraw like i always do after i made a trade on an exchange. so i moved my XTZ to the "main account". now i cant even sell them because it is not possible to move them back to the "trading account".

i was in a hurry. that why i used this exchange. DAMN IT.

and now i find out that withdraws are not possible since a month. i dont even bother to open a ticket....

If all those tickets were opened why are HitBTC messing around locking wallets?

Not fitting of an exchange to do that

That is ridiculous. You should move all your crypto out to another exchange and withdraw FIAT from there. Never return to HitBTC again because of the over-inflated fees they want to charge you.
