withdrawal has been disabled On the grounds that my account is suspicious
That is a trend that all exchanges implement when they are selective scamming their users. They have automatic messages So have you tried to contact them via Twitter? They asked me to activate KYC Requirements for KYC are for those who want to withdraw more then 1 BTC My $ 50 account Some testimonials https://www7.0zz0.com/2019/07/24/11/916565128.jpg

Does 50 bucks be worthy with your personal information? I guess not. This isn't something new not only on some exchangers but also on other gambling sites as well. Selective scamming with their users and asking out KYC verification later on which would leave out no choice for users who had been blocked or banned or hold up their withdrawals.

A bit like Livecoin then (which you are promoting for payment), but not as bad if TOS are anything to go by.

Good day!
What is the way to check the coins that were recently delisted in HitBTC ? Some markets just dissappear all of a sudden and NO INFO about delistings at all! Could some of them be back in the future of they delisted forever?
HOW COULD I CHECK IT? I could not find a list of the delistings only this article about removed coins and it redirects to the socials to keep a eye on. Next best would be the system monitor they provide to see if it is offline.

HOW COULD I CHECK IT? No way to check as they don't even send email alerts to inform users about the coins that have been delisted and this happened with me many times earlier where they just stopped trading the coins and I had to email them as they had paused the withdrawal too. We just need to check the account portfolio regularly to see if the coin is still being traded. One positive is that they don't discard those coins and enable withdrawals for them. The delisted coins may never been relisted. No explanation is given as to why they were delisted too.

Thank you guys for the explanations.
Normally, exchanges warn people about future delisting several days/weeks BEFORE it really happen. And in HitBTC delistings are always done all of a sudden which is very uncomfortable.

If you had any problems with Yobit your should discuss them on their page instead of spamming here By the way, are there any exchanges that you consider as 'non scam' ?

I have received this mail from support@hitbtc.comWhat the heck is that?? Dear Trader,
Due to security reasons in order to protect your funds, we had to temporary restrict the functionality.
1. Please set the 2 factor authentication.
2. After you do that, please fill the form and provide the necessary documents.
After you pass the procedure, all the functionality will be restored and your account will be upgraded to the tier with the lowest fees for one month.
Our only goal is to keep your funds safe. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I have received this mail from snip In short, it is selective scamming. The complaints are piling up against HitBTC. How much longer before HitBTC get shut down by authorities? You're right. I think it's a new strategy from exchanges. They pretend a security issue on your account to block your funds and to ask you several personal documents. It's more hypocritical than suddenly changing the terms and conditions without warnings, but less blatant...

It is quite surprising why still so many people keep using HitBTC despite its many unsolved issues.

Scam exchange but still operating in spite of few number of users, they do really like to victimize new users who arent even aware into these kind of exchangers reputation.

If you didn't notice after completing KYC people withdraw their coins. No one gets robbed. False. Many users report giving all the requested data and still not receiving their money. Besides, the KYC/AML procedure is invoked for even the smallest of amounts, like $50. This is not a practice focused on security. It's simply scamming, stalling and as mentioned above, possibly even identity theft. HitBTC has never even tried to prove the IDs/documents are secured and the KYC requests are in any meaningful way justified. It's clear from all the complaints that a lot of users were directly harmed by the exchange and its affiliates. HitBTC is an unscrupulous and shady exchange. Avoid it like a plague.
