In this exchange I lost my 0.07 BTC in just 3 days after depositing it

Dear exchange administration, respond to ticket 475909, the question has been going on for a month now and does not move at all.

They will return here and ignore all posts just to write they are happy to post here and how great their exchange is.

I am sorry to read you are seeking help from their support team but to them they do not value you, they just want to selective scam their users.

HitBTC and their customer services is atrocious.

I have about $ 190,000 there and my account is disabled, hackers broke my mail and sent mass spam from it, for which my mailbox was permanently blocked by the mail service. They answered me once a week, now they have completely stopped. Tell me where you can complain and which court you can go to?

This is very shameful act from one of biggest crypto world exchange as now they are ignoring too many users even with very huge amount in account feeling sorry for @MicroGrey hopefully he will able to recover his lost from this exchange as I already closed all accounts with shitty exchanges as now they are disappearing very quickly like Cryptophia without any prior notice.

hello, I would like to tell you about how hit btc violates its own rules, brought in two payments of 2.4 btc in the rules, it says that the funds can be withdrawn without verification, without hesitation I replenished my balance, as a result they ask for verification which is impossible to pass, help me please

No one can help you about this just raise your voice and try to do some hard work on Social Media then may be they give some intention otherwise just wait and watch feeling sorry for you about your lost.

Too many problems and scams but today I was checking data about few exchanges and have few surprises that HitBTC is still No one exchange in number of markets and their volume is also increasing even too many complaints about scams and stealing of money still very confused why peoples not understanding why they are still in position like this.

I contacted it already, they actually slow response to the client.

Luckily i withdrew my last assets from the exchange recently. For an exchange that has been in the business for a while. The fee is absolutely exploitative and ridiculous. Basing on the reports from other users in the past, their support is the most useless thing around.

I would never trust this exchange with even a cent.

dont hope, it happened to a lot of people and they lost money confusing when Hitbtc's support system never accepted any user documents! This is an old and miserable trick of their friends, we should avoid this exchange before losing money absurdly. As for the projects intended to be listed on this exchange, we should not invest, because all are the link of the scam.
