Give it time to connect, it usually says this for the first 30-60sec. If it never connects, try opening the ports on your router of the pools you're connecting to (3333 or 3334 for example). Also make sure your credentials (worker/pass) are right

Need some help guys removing Fuse1 on my dead Avalon modules.  I've confirmed that several of my Fuse1's are blown using a multimeter but I can't figure out how to remove them from the board.  I tried to heat them up to melt the solder joints by using a solding iron, but they didn't budge.  I also tried putting extra solder on the joints to improve heat transfer but instead made a big mess on the board.

Do I need to get a heat gun to remove these fuses or is there any other way to get them off with a solding iron?

Thanks... and sorry for the technical incompetency here.

10-12 days seems about on par with what's been happening lately.

Can anyone confirm or deny if I should just trash the included PSU's in the US?

They are 170-230Vac you need 220v connection for them. See pictures few pages back.

They will work fine as long as they don't blow up.

Now New problem I purchased 2 coolmax PSU and they are rated for 750w @57a and for some reason they are not powering up when connected to the power distribution board. Does both PSU have to match for it to work? are the 2 6 pins are inter changeable? Not sure what's going wrong but it does not power up. I can do the paperclip trick and it runs but it will not power the blade. I'm halfway there just need to get power to the other blade. Anyone know this answer?

Unplug the power for the blades and see if it's a power issue. You can access the webUI without the blades plugged in.

I have the same problem with three PSU... 630W thermaltake and 650W seasonic... Both of them are declared to have higher current on 12V then their "original" PSU. Second on, Seasonic 850W works without problems, it runs also fans, that's why I put stronger one

someone knows how to mine by pluggin the usb to my laptop  ? Version of cgminer / .bat to use ?

i pm'd btmine, if they can ship the defective part and I can mine connected to a computer I'll be happy.

Are you sure it's not your PSU? I had the same screen issue when I tried to run it from a blown PSU. The intro screen popped up and then went dead. Does the loud fan come on?

If the FPGA module is not working, use a laptop and control it with cgminer via USB. cgminer 3.9.0 should work fine.

yes the fan are ultra loud 80 or 100% i'd say.

ok i'll check this tomorrow and i'll ask another module.

thanks.

first, thanks everybody for help.

I found the reset button and it worked. I can now access the interface ! 18 hours later finally.

So I setup the wifi, that's currently working fine on a new ip.

Now my problem is :

[Firmware Version] => 20130821
cgminer-70bc62c
luci-d854edc+
cgminer-openwrt-packages-800cc58
Socket connect failed: Connection refused

any ideas ?

so I am stuck with a bad setup for my wifi connection. I can access the interface without problem, but I can't apply change to cgminer.

I've got

Applying changes
Loading /etc/config/cgminer

with the wheel rolling forever...

Is that a port problem ? can anyone help ? Someone was talking about a teamviewer help, that'd be super cool Smiley

That will keep rolling forever if you setup pool server for CGminer and dont have working internet connection settings.
working Gateway
working DNS

cgminer will try to connect  the pool but fails and wont startup.

you have to powercycle the unit, check you internet connection settings then try cgminer setup again. if yo u get that wheel rolling forever again your internet connection settings fail.
---> Fix internet first.

I just reboot and i have no more access to the interface, like yesterday.

I tried to reset it again, but it's not working anymore. I have to hold reset for how long ? and I have to press it before turning the rig on right ?

I'm so tired of that shit ;(
