Try yoga. You should put all your problems away and not to think about it even just a minute or an hour. Try to find a hobby or recreational activities like hiking or something that you'll enjoy

The easiest way to cope with stress is to travel. I think you should take a trip to get away from your worries and anxieties and instead experience the journey. Today's life is tense for many people. Wish you soon find a cure for stress.

Think that you are the living and the voices are just the voices. You are the real thing here, and all of those things enveloping your mind are just your creation consuming you. You should not let those "abstracts" control the "real" you, instead you should be the one commanding/ moving your own mind, words and body. Stress is a creation, while you are the creator.

Just ignore it and relax listen to music you should learn to relax and chill sometime . I think you are just overthinking it enjoy your life.

Play sports that you like (basketball, table tennis etc). Go to the beach. Travel. Some people play computer games to relieve stress. Watch a movie and relax. Or do workouts like going to the gym or calisthenics.

If you are already stressed-out, avoid using gadgets and sleep early. Take a break, do some outdoor activities for a while away from work. Eat healthy foods, go for a balance diet, fruits and vegetables to recharge.

Dealing with stress could be very difficult. But you have to because if you didn't handle your stress with grace, then it will lead to depression. And that is more severe than stress. In order for you to overcome stress, you have to divert your attention or simply do something that could help you calm yourself. Like going to massage, spa or somewhere that will make you relax.

Eat ice cream? haha. On a serious note. Dealing with stress can be difficult. But you can talk about it and find the reason why you are stress then get rid of it, if it's getting toxic in your life. Then adapt to a new way of thinking. Find people you respect and trust and talk to them about how you feel. Do things are can make you happy, like watching a movie, going on a vacation with your friends and family, eat something delicious, TRAVEL and meet new culture/people, read a really good book etc.

First of all seek help from your close friends. Your friends would be able to help you more than we could. If you friends cant help, seek for a family member. If you are too shy or they are the ones causing you the stress, go to a professional. I hope you will be better soon

Personally I handle stress like a real professional I dont freak out and I dont panic Dealing with stress is not ordinary you have to identify what stressing you and try to remove it from your mind if you do this you can ease somehow the stress but if major stress like heartbreak or something move your attention to something start focusing on yourself maybe try playing sports, computer games, go hiking with your friends, go swimming , do outdoor activities, shop in the mall and cook food. Those are someways to lessen stress and permanently removing it but most of all if you have to deal with stuff to remove stress do it but give it some time.

when I am feeling stress, I do exercise and hang out with my friends. How ever it depends on individual how they deal with stress.
