Life can be stressful, sometimes you'll have to deal with on going stress positively.stress can have a variety of causes such us family problem,job work,financial,health and more.It is important to recognize the cause of stress,you can know d symptoms of having a stress,and the most importantly,don't  battle stress alone,ask for help from a friend and if necessary s professional.

Thing you can do if you are stress
Exercise regularly,Get enough sleep,eat properly and lear to relax.

Simple just relax and put some exercise regularly and maintain enought sleep,  Eat properly and do things you love. And avoid negative thinking and medidate to make yourself avoiding with stress.

When i get stress i also come to beach to see waves and to do snorkling. And other day i make travel by motorbike with my friends. That enough for me.

Stress will always come to you especially when you work hard doing bitcoin paying activities.... so every time I am stressed I just stretch out and walk around with a cold bottle of beer....

Manage your time. Eat healthy what you like. If still feel stress talk to others. Share your problems and how you are feeling and coping with a parent or friend .

You need to practice meditation to experience a calm, spacious feeling in the mind always. Need to avoid caffeine, alcohol and nicotine and get more sleep.

There are many ways to relieve stress: a cup of mint tea, a good movie, running, video games etc. But my favorite is massage. Once I had a wonderful experience of an excellent  massage session in Kiev during my Europe trip.  I have been travelling a lot and have never found anything similar. If you like new experiences, you may try this option of stress relief.

Almost everyone is stressed. I have a lot of stress at work, but I always have a way to relieve stress. You should regularly exercise in the morning and in the afternoon, while exercising you should listen to vibrant music. Sometimes you sing alone to relieve stress. That's how I usually do, hopefully it will help you.

if I am to cope with stress, I do the usual things, like running in the afternoon or I run at night, that's for me to cope with my own stress

I actually had stressed to that I was in college my all problems comes up but that one helps me is all my friends because they know how stressed will effect you so they help me to get out in that situation they give me a time to relax time management to all my doings in life find friends that help you they are stressed reliever too.

Whenever I feel stressed, I calm myself first by breathing in and out reminding myself of the things that can possibly happen if I get stressed.  After which, I
 start to think about happy thoughts or how I can be productive, hence, I am able to accomplish tasks or goals and at the same time be healthy.

Taking a deep breath can produce an endorphin hormone that makes the mind calm and happy. Before trying it, make sure you do this room that is not noisy and cool, for example in the yard when the afternoon or early morning ..... survive menghilangkang your stress........!!!!!
