What is your estimation to the new price range after a successful release?
not necessarily that RC4 will have an impact on the price short term, in fact a slight drop wont be surprising, I know that most people wont agree (I hope I am wrong)....before you tell me "but the price skyrocketed when RC3 was released" yes true, the price skyrocketed but not because of RC3 but because of a whale investing a shit load of BTC in DRK.... The price doesn't matter in the short term. What matters that is there are no critical bugs in RC4 and that users can finally send coins anonymously. Adoption and actual use of the coin begins at this point. As long as update goes smooth , price change will happen accordingly and no need to worry about that. RC4, means it is not deemed 100% ready for mass adoption. Final release, that is when things start to rock. The price should go up 25%-100% on RC4. 200%-1,000% on Final release with Kristov review. I've hedged a few bets and while I was on the sidelines, I'm now invested thanks to the noobs who are selling so cheaply. |

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Last time I checked, there were no usb wireless support. Are they support wreless usb now?
Just use PowerLine adapter or a WLAN extender/bridge, and connect the miners with cable to those. Saves you headache and you don't need one for each miner. |

I am waiting for RC4 to set a few masternodes, it just doesnt make sense to do it right now and then have to update again this week. I am guessing others are in the same situation so I think we reach 1000 MNs easy after RC4. |

damn LTC hurting bad, DOGE at 25 sat, lots of red out there in the alts. Too bad we couldnt have a more optimistic environment to launch RC4... but at least DRK has been holding strong |

1) Not going to waste time replying to the suckers who irrationally worship gun control. It was an example in a field in which I am an absolute authority, and I'll not derail the thread with replies to the foolish. I rarely refuse a debate because the facts are in my side, not propaganda and blatantly falsified statistics. I will not clog the thread.
2) I'm not pleased with the collateral fee disable... But, this project is not about pleasing me. ;-) IMO RC4 is not really RC4 with collateral fee bug still dangling.

Yes, making it deflationary and scarce. Darkcoin will have real world use (if anon), plus the 1000 for each masternode. The price will have to increase to accommodate demand. |
