Sucks to be waking up in Washington DC, right now. It is 8AM now. I am curious how many suicides and heart attacks and panic attacks we will have today  Undecided

They appear to have been in fiat overnight and have woken up shocked that it's not yet in the sub-100 range and are now in buy back mode.

So much for the idea that the "number of Bitcoin users fewer than members of Kuwait airways frequent flyers club" and that bitcoin is insignificant and not going anywhere......http://insidebitcoins.com/news/russia-blacklists-bitcoin-websites/28688

like I said... I would not be surprised if bitcoin ended up between $50 and $74....

The 1-hour BTC/USD MACD is turning positive again. Selling momentum is slowing. As time goes on it will start to get increasingly riskier to dump

(Unless you're CITIbank holding a million coins that accumulated over 3 years for precisely this purpose - to toxify the Bitcoin market for mainstream investors just as the ETF is about to get rubber stamped).

like I said... I would not be surprised if bitcoin ended up between $50 and $74....

I sure would be. It didn't even crash that far after the big April 2013 runup to 266 and since then there is a world of infrastructure been developed and invested in - ATMs, BTMs, derivatives, wallets, ETFs you name it. I can't possibly see it going back there in anything but a flash crash.

I believe it can only spike to a low price but not actually stay there. There are people who cashed BTCs from $600-$1000 range and would gladly buy "a few" back at 10-15x discount - to repeat what they've done in the past. The thing with cheap coins is that it doesn't need much money to sweep the offers.

turn off more rigs please, im enjoying the lower difficulty

Good for MN owners too.. Bigger payouts!  500 blocks til my next one.... Payouts working like. Clockwork again.
people don't understand its times like these you have to see it through, you turn your rigs off and you miss out on higher payments due to lower difficulty, the system is self healing.

No that's not it, when it becomes cheaper to buy DRK than to mine it, and it's been this way for about 9 months now, you're essentially mining for love or charity.

Or you are getting free electricity  Tongue
I've been mining 0,3btc per day in 2011 and that wasn't profitable either.
They mine for the future.

The latest shift for the Darkcoin multipool paid out over 63 DRK.

Still need more hash for Sha256, Scrypt &  more importantly X11 algo. If you're looking for a new home for your X11 hash, bring it over! On average, you'll make the same if not more DRK and you'll help push the price of DRK up.

Cheers!

Well, I know it probably isn't the bottom, but I bought $100 worth of BTC.  I don't have the money to spend, but just had to.  Hubby said no, but I did anyway, I'm so bad!  Ugh!  LOL

I'll hang on to it until DRK drops again, then buy DRK, see if I can't get somewhere?  But of course, I always lose, LOL.

Someone should invent a technology that makes their crypto coin hardly fluctuate. While still keeping all the practicalities of bitcoin/darkcoin. I think that would get peoples interest after this bitcoin crash. Not good for trading but good for privacy, low fees and every day use.
You should research nushares/nubits

Pretty interesting.

Instamined.

There's nothing quite as stupid as a single word posting that's just sitting in isolation not related to anything in particular.

What is "Instamined" Bitstake? Are you an "Instaminer"? Are you suggesting something? Are you just so lacking in vocabulary you don't know how to structure a sentence?

A single word is typically neither a statement, question or commentary unless there's some context and it relates to a previous posting (or something). You've come into this forum and not even had the decency to write a sentence that can be answered or responded to.

Maybe. Maybe not.

I get so sick of the mindlessness that goes on in forums like these. People come along and just put the first stupid, ill-thought through, ridiculous notion that plops out of their dull minds into some banal posting that adds zero value to anyone or anything (especially themselves).

I think I might be over thinking this and suggesting that people posting on here "should" be of use and appropriately engaged.....dreaming on.....

It's the kind of thing this forum encourages with signature campaigns of having to post a certain amount to make money.

You may be. It isn't an academic forum and you sound like you might be an academic, all the same you are certainly justified in trying to raise the bar in terms of quality of exchanges that go on.

I have sympathy for both of you in fact. I've made posts that are as banal and un-informative as the one that forms the subject of your current frustrations, but I've also made posts that I poured over for ages to make sure they were as well articulated and as interesting as possible.

I had a bit of a chuckle at the "instamined" response because it was a bit robotic and predictable in nature so I kind of saw it as a parody of that whole line of thinking.

Takes all types.

I'm not a bot. I'll be honest.

I made around $20k when the big DRK pump happened. Exited then. Never touched it ever again.
Not willing to waste my time debating delusional bagholders who're afraid for their investments.
Been there. It's boring.

Regarding my vocabulary, lol. I am fluent in 6 languages. How about you, Johnny English?

Hope this post works like a chill pill for you.
