I kinda put more trust into a private key rather than a wallet.dat file.
So with a single address we can just do dumpprivkey. What about a denominated one? It will probably have hundreds of addresses. Is there any command to dump all privkeys from a darksend/denominated wallet?

Not to my knowledge... you have to dump each address individually for the private key.

Is it possible to code this kind of option into a wallet?

Once your DRK have been Darksent to whatever number of rounds you're happy with, just put them all back in one address and dumpprivkey for that one address.

Let's say the DRK all started in one address, would sending all the funds to a single address increase the likelihood of the Darksend funds being followed? How probable would it be that funds starting in one address and split into 25 addresses are all sent through 8 different addresses (for example) and then end up at the same address again? Following it manually (or even thinking about it) would be a very confusing affair but I imagine it may not be impossible for a computer program to pick up on this sort of pattern.

hi guys we really need to start pushing the use of DRK to tor markets

read this

In the Silk Road trial, Bitcoin is a cop’s best friend

The same features that kept Ross Ulbricht anonymous might now send him to jail

http://www.theverge.com/2015/1/14/7546669/silk-road-trial-bitcoin-tracking

I think you'll find it's slowly taking care of itself.....

http://z34uj4opd3tejafn.onion/viewtopic.php?id=507

Care to quote it here for those that don't have Tor at work?

I deliberately posted the onion address out of respect.
But basically, just 2 days ago, someone posted.......

Hey guys! It's super-exciting for us to be a part of what looks like the future of darknet markets! First, we'd like to introduce ourselves. We're ***********, and we're dedicated to superb customer service, great stealth, free market principles, and last but DEFINITELY not least, an awesome product. We have been a vendor on Agora for a while now, and our shipping speed and product quality have received what Metacritic would call "universal acclaim". wink But with the Bitcoin freefall, we're wondering if something like Darkcoin might be the future of online payment.

Also, I have been monitoring the growth of this market and it's been growing very steadily and getting solid reviews. I do feel the proper darkmarket DRK adoption touchpaper has been lit and it is only a question of time now.

Stick it all in a new address. There's no shortage, and they're completely free! Wink

If you generated a fresh address, outsiders observing the blockchain can't prove without reasonable doubt you own that address vs a bunch of addresses paying someone else entirely.

Fair enough. Actually I did mean sending all the funds to a freshly-generated single address, rather than the original address  Tongue

Make my computer compile faster dang it...

I'd like to thank eduffield and the other developers for this critically important evolution in virtual currency. DarkCoin is what bitcoin should have been. Some might call it "Bitcoin 2.0" but would do better by saying: "DarkCoin is digital cash." - Child Harold - February 28, 2014

I second this sentiment. An absolutely amazing job. The Dev team is just killing it! I can't wait to see what else they create. So exciting!

Why don't you just send the whole balance to a single address after denomination and then dumpprivkey on that one address ?

I think a great feature would be for the Darkcoin Wallet to automatically create a backup of Wallet.dat with the date and time appended to the file name every time the wallet is closed. The wallet.dat file is only usually a few hundred KB's so even 50 backups won't take up that much room and corrupted wallets could easily be recovered.

Also an automatic wallet recovery wizard would be great too... Wallet detects a corrupted wallet.dat, The recovery wizard is called which automatically uses the last wallet.dat backup to recover the wallet :-)

I believe this would be simple to implement and it would help many end users.

This thing is on steroids! Well done to the dev team.

Once the marketing plan has been released and executed this thing is going interstellar.

Yes, DRK can do things that LTC cannot do, but in the same vein LTC can do a few things that DRK cannot do, like be accepted at a lot more merchants. I'm not bashing DRK or praising litecoin, merely stating that DRK has qualities that set it apart from LTC in a great way, but beyond the sphere of the cryptocommunity and the darkmarkets, where does it stack up for mass adoption?

drk can be accepted anywhere btc or ltc can.

Hello folks, I am unable to update my MN to the latest version.
I noticed when I just launch ./darkcoin-qt remotely it  just misted [masternode] on the windows name bar. I just checked my darkcoin.conf and it is all good.
I started the masternode on the console as well and it gave me no errors whatsoever, but it is not listed as active nor closed on the MN list.
On my vps ./darkcoind masternode list | grep IP shows nothing, any hint? Thank you!

In summary, the Intel Management Engine and its applications are a backdoor with total access to and control over the rest of the PC. The ME is a threat to freedom, security, and privacy, and the libreboot project strongly recommends avoiding it entirely. Since recent versions of it can’t be removed, this means avoiding all recent generations of Intel hardware. details https://libreboot.org/faq.html#intelme --- https://tehnoetic.com/laptops --- https://store.vikings.net/x200-ryf-certfied
