On the ann. page of BFX:

Quote
Due to persistently low demand for trading in Darkcoin (AKA Dash), we have decided to remove Darkcoin from our crypto-currency trading pairs. Darkcoin trading will terminate on August 31st, 2015 at midnight UTC. Users will have one month - until midnight UTC on September 30, 2015 - to withdraw their darkcoins before all Darkcoin wallets are removed from the site. After removal, any darkcoins not withdrawn will be moved to a separate wallet controlled by Bitfinex, requiring users to contact support to claim any remaining funds.

I don't know if this is already posted here but sounds very bearish to me.

Bitfinex putting the instamined DASH in the Trash!!

Rumor is that Craptsy is delisiting DASH soon too....

You have to admit, OTOH had impeccable timing with dumping his huge DASH bags.  You have to ask yourself if the 'fair and open disclosure' wasn't driven by some inside information.  Perhaps he is the Martha Stewart of DASH.

That fact that BFX persists in calling us Darkcoin 6 months after the rebranding prompts a "good riddance" from me.

Yup...I stopped trading there the minute I realized they were obviously too incompetent to change the trading name from darkcoin to dash!  What rubbish.  I'm frankly surprised it took this long to de-list, especially after all the emails we sent them.

And yes...the History of the 9%....ooooohhhhh the travesty....LOL.  Man...I'm off to actually  buy more myself again...I'm holding off though to see if it goes lower Wink

For all you Dash members....it should be obvious to many on here now that our several resident "trolls" are in fact major Dash holders/traders.   The strategy is quite simple...and to avoid the howls from them saying to the contrary that is sure to come Wink , I'm not saying much more.   Bravo for keeping  the tactic up...it shows commitment to your plan of trying to create small changes in currency value, knowing that Dash has constant high trading volume and a wide base of currency holders that makes this tactic work.  If one looks at the history of Dash since say last June....these wanna be "trolls" have actually done quite well in profiting from these  small cycles.

Grin   bring on the denials and the howls and stomping of feet....but there is a core of us that know your game,  that you're Dash holders and avid traders.  We're watching....and I too have made some good money riding these cycles.  But don't get a fat head now....certain that most of those cycles were not created by you, your not all that influential.  LOL

Maybe, just maybe Bitfinex, never planned to change Darkcoin tag to DASH, and now low volume for delisting is just an excuse, they just make a place for ETH or preparing for going legal with bitlicense like Poloniex did.

Poloniex didn't go with bitlicense, they are moving out of the state to avoid it.

They did implement some tired KYC requirements, which I understand bitfinex has/had too.
