YEP, low diff and I get 0,62 DRK/hour so 14,88/day !!! YES YES YES.....dont mine it to early guys Tongue
Some write that it`s not profitable but persistent ones will win. With my 4x 280x + i5 I get 0,0189 BTC/day - electricity.... so get more that any other scrypt coin mining.... who knows how long it lasts....

When pointing multiple rigs at the same pool, should I use a different worker for each rig? Does it make any difference?

11 270s and 1 6870 give me ~13Mh/s which has been getting me about 10 DRK/day, should be closer to 15 today hopefully.  I run my cards very unstressed though, I need them to last...

thats a whopping 6 dollars a day.

same rigs same setup mine Einsteinium (EMC2) you will get 17.7 dollars.

per month $180 vs $531 dollars.

calculations taken directly from coinwarz.com

the ONLY good thing came out of darkcoin project is X11.

I got about 6 DRK/d, that's about $3.90. And I have to pay about $4.60 for electricity because it's really expensive here in Germany (~0.35$/kWh). So price has to raise a lot to make profit.

Troll, please do brush up on your math. Currently you get roughly $2.9 per scrypt MH/s per day on either DRK or the top scrypts (before accounting for electricity). By the way, it takes 2 seconds of arithmetic to arrive at these numbers so at least put in some effort?

Also, I know you probably funked econ in addition to math, but bad things happen to the price when many attempt to sell the same shitcoin. "EMC2" looks high on the charts -- but once your coins arrive at the market, you'll be too late.

"Hardcore facts" guy can't deliver that actual "fact" part. HARDCORE! RAWR!

And in 4 hrs time EMC2 will be nowhere (again) on coinwarz and some other shitcoin will be on top for its five minutes of fame. Try thinking further ahead than your daily crapcoin>BTC cashout mate.

DRK has a future, and even if it doesn't pan out, I believe in the ideas behind it and thus support it.

Go point my hashrate at EMC2 for 24hrs then get back to me with how much you ended up selling it for...

13 Mh/s costs me 1.07kW. Same rigs on VTC cost me 2.2kW. (Actual measured power draw from wall, same core/mem speeds.) I posted a breakdown of each rig a few pages back.

People, we are not holding DRK speculating on short term valuation! Short term interest can only come from people already speculating with cryptos, miners and techno geeks already in the bubble basically trying to grow their BTC stash.

We are holding hoping to get interest from people outside of the bubble that have a need for anonymous currency e.g. as an instrument for tax efficency, as a way to move money outside of a totalitarian regime(plenty in the world), as a way to buy/sell regulated goods, etc. Those people are our potential customers, we should finish our first version of Darksend and then market to them, there is not a good solution for them in cryptos currently and we are trying to fill that gap.

Adoption will take time, we are going to have to educate people on this new option we are creating for them, as real interest from end users of our product grows, investors will come as they always follow the money.

On the other hand, I see a lot of people worried about the other coins trying to offer an anonymous solution. First off, there is plenty of space for everybody and competition is always a good thing it creates the market and keeps us sharp. The important thing is we have competent and committed devs that can respond to market changes, if in the future some new approach to anonymity proves to be better, I am sure Eddufield has the ability to adapt and create a new version of Darksend that suits the needs of the market at that time. That is what we are investing on the ability to adapt to market changes, any clone of DRK would always have to wait for us to innovate, just to copy.  As an investor I wouldnt invest in a project where the devs dont have control of their own product, as there is no value there.  We are at a very early stage and obviously taking a risk, but I think is a calculated risk with better odds of being successful than most coins in the market right now.

People, we are not holding DRK speculating on short term valuation!

All coins i mined until now at the end price always comes out to cover electricity plus a small profit.
It´s always the same ....

And now ASICs are on the scrypt networks coin prices will decline because of the low powerbills.
ROI is not that important. I think time for GPU minig is over.
Looks like scrypt-n and X11 is not the new home for GPU miners. If they woud, Nethash would already be much higher
on coins like DRK and VTC. I am sorry with that if i am right because i lost 2000€ because of worthless hardware

So for the first time you have to risk some money in the hopes of a return on your investment in the future! Welcome to the real world!

Don't worry and don't panic... keep them in to your wallets... On some of them u'll lose... on some of them u'll cover the costs... but on some of them i'm sure u'll gain a lot!

Give it time. Not everyone has seen the light yet, eventually it'll sink in. And the net hash for DRK is pretty damn high considering current price/profitability is not attractive to the short sighted majority.
