It would be cool if we made our own NEM hip hop video for promoting NEM to the younger crowd.
We can use the audio from the Black Sheep song The Choice is Yours and have someone change-up the lyrics: "You can get with NEM or you can get with them."
Do we need to get permission or would it be considered sampling/parody?

It would be AWESOME if we got the actual Black Sheep group to help us!

yeah. But to be fair to Black sheep, this song was meant as parody on gangsta rap music. Problem is that general public wont understand it, and I feel like if NEM will be popular, there will be strong opposition to it and will use anything to damage NEMs image.

talking about opposition. Have you thought how frightning "New economy Movement" may sound to people trying to conserve current state and economical trend? In my country mainstream media are agressivly pro capitalistic (in neocon way) and for them just talking about "new economic model" is like heresy. Pretty sure they will call us neo-communists. Just think about it.
