Nope, not yet. Alpha client soon.

You must be on waiting list > Once you donate you will be added to the stakeholder list
Yes some free stakes for those at the very start, the small donation has increased over time.
If you want to become a Nemster you will receive a stake ~1m
No you do not need a password at this point just your BTCTalk log in password
