Clearly there is more than enough evidence at this point . . .

Then perhaps we should move our complaints to a more aggressive medium. If you believe that scrypt.cc should be taken down, bring your "Facts" to the FCC in the USA, or for any other country, your local communications regulators, and prove your case why it should not exist. Might not be able to get your money or santos, but at least you can go after the site.

That is if you are at all serious about "Taking them down," LOL, i have my suspicions on that topic...

You can cut the crap and stop defending them mate. They have removed my account , no idea why. I keep getting "Invalid username/password."
The recover password page is blank as well : https://scrypt.cc/resetpassword.php  yet guys still betting your balls that the site is still fine. Lmao. Site is beyond dead. Thank god i cashed all out early this year and only left some dust to mine pixie dusts there.

I'm not defending anyone. I'm condemning everyone. Site is dead, LOL, but im still looking for evidence to make a legal action to at least the FCC. Don't know if anyone else, has any "Balls" to do so, but it doesn't look like any one can do much besides flap their gums. I'm trying to get the evidence necessary to bring them down, if no one else will do so. If there was a defense fo scrypt.cc then it is that no one will find evidence for their termination.

Yes, i'm sure "you're collecting necessary evidence to bring them down" . More like you're using reverse psychology to make us think that way but in fact you're defending them. Definite shill

Forward psychology is illogical guessing aimed to lay claim to a problem that might otherwise have a reasonable cause. Reverse psychology is therefore reasonable cause of a problem to find a solution. Your claim is quite funny actually. It is nice to see that there is no brain power going into the condemnation of scrypt.cc but my own.

If necessary i can provide screenshots, but the auto-invest theft is a ploy by this community; it does not exist. It cannot be proven on the basis of any number of voices, as numbers must be proven with numbers. one user has proven that they have missing deposits. You don't even have an account. And from the sounds of it, no username/password means you didn't either. My account is still there. as well as it seems many more apparently according to the claims of large deposits.

However if you have not had a problem you have nothing to complain about. this is true of everyone. if you have successfully taken your money out of scrypt.cc, and/or made a little profit, and have left there then leave here. You have no more business. If you do however have unresolved claims then perhaps then we may find some use for more info, but until your "Facts" or any other sort of hearsay nonsense/fearmongering/theorizing can be proven with documented evidence that is worth more than your word, then please keep your influence to a minimum.

Personally i have had no problems and therefore, yes i am using reverse psychology to determine a solution, but you are not worth my time. Stop being so self important, as i'm not even as such, even though im doing my best to help. If you want to help, then fine. Provide documentation of any problems you may have. If you cant your word means nothing to any government agency, including something as low as the fcc.

Today someone was in Chat that has lost 8 BTC. Withdraw processed but never paid.

same situation. I also lost 6.79650436. in 8/20

If you have had as much experience with this site as some of us then you know that they do produce a large sum of problems among the user base. I too jumped on the bandwagon after the "Hacker" and sold all of my shares. I'm back however as I'm interested to find out why the admin simply left 100% this time. After all he did receive as many insults thrown his way before but still showed up to say how things were going.

As to your loss of revenue, i am terribly sorry. But you wouldn't have any screenshots before or after the incident, would you. It is good practice for any investment to keep a record of what you have. Even wall street has crooked brokers that your mone will go missing in a heart beat.

Reported the site to enom.com and cloudflare.

i know, chances are near zero that something happen.
but if enough people do it, we maybe get that bastard.

Enom and CloudFlare will both direct you to PhoenixNAP, the initial web host in the chain. JFYI.

which is why the golden rule of investing is to never do more than you are willing to lose...Sorry friend, I'm trying to find more guys like you willing to prove you have a problem, but the hard truth we must face is that these missing sums might be gone forever with no way to recieve them back. most of the people here want you to lose your money and stay away from the sit when it does happen, and i'm having a hard time explaining that there has to be more done than complaining on bitcointalk...

FCC YOU wont do anything, and therefore the FCC won't either...

1. The evidence has already been collected. Just because you're new here doesn't mean we all are. Go read this thread. The evidence, fact-based evidence is there. You're either too lazy to read or too stupid to know what I'm saying, I don't care which. Maybe you can prove its just laziness by reviewing the facts that have been posted here. I did actual research to find the chain from Enom to NameCheap to CloudFlare to PhoenixNAP. Those are facts, facts than can be used as you've asked. Please, try to refute that. I welcome the chance to laugh at you again.

2. Why on Earth are you talking about the FCC? The Federal Communications Commission? This is investment fraud... which is why I mentioned the SEC.

For someone who wants to be scientific and factual and look at hard evidence, you're pretty subjective and stupid.

EDIT: and now you're resorting to the classic line of the Ponzi Queens who continue to defend their scam, "never invest more than you can afford to lose." While that's sound investment advice, it's not a defense for knowingly participating in a scam.

FCC, SEC, no idea.

But it is always a good idea to report to the CCC (Crime Complaint Center) http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
They have specialists for internet crime.

Just click on "File a complaint" on bottom of page.

The IC3 accepts online Internet crime complaints from either the actual victim or from a third party to the complainant. We can best process your complaint if we receive accurate and complete information from you. Therefore, we request that you provide the following information when filing a complaint:

    Your name
    Your mailing address
    Your telephone number
The name, address, telephone number, and Web address, if available, of the individual or organization you believe defrauded you.
Specific details on how, why, and when you believe you were defrauded.
Any other relevant information you believe is necessary to support your complaint.

Everybody should do that.
The more the better.

Agreed. And make sure to include that the PhoenixNAP datacenter in Phoenix is one of the web hosts involved so that they can move towards seizure/shutdown of any physical boxes involved.

1. actually if you were dumb enough to invest ~7 BTC in a scam, that you already knew was suspicious, why you complaining...?

2. Yes your evidence is grand, i never post on forums though, cuz of morons who never back their statements with action. Yes, i did enjoy the piece on the potential breakdown of 850 scrypt GH, talking like it was a school class from the hood, LOL...

4. If you want Scrypt.cc to disappear then dont attack me, as im doing your thing for you since you only have a big mouth. If you won't bring legal action against the site, since the main criminal is using a False name, then at least let me do my best. your evidence is great, but if it goes unused then it is just worthless

1. What the hell are you talking about? I didn't invest 7 BTC and I didn't lose any money to this mess. I'm not complaining, I've been very clear about the fact that I'm working to shut down this scam. Which you would know if you read more than 4 pages back on this thread.

2. Sorry you don't believe basic math. Maybe unicorns and krakens are more your speed. If there's X amt of total hash and Y amount is known to other miners, and X-Y doesn't equal 850 Gh/s, that's pretty telling. I know it's not as convoluted as your ROI math you posted earlier, but it's sound.

3. Sounds about right. Typical ponzi queen response.

4. If you don't want to be attacked, don't attack reputable companies like Bitmain while you're ignoring facts to defend a scam. Stop throwing out tinfoil hat conspiracies and poetry and look at the evidence right in front of your face.

Occam's razor. Google that.

not trying to attack any body but am being attacked for agreeing, just defending myself. bitmain did nothing wrong by my statements but make a lage sale of antminer s5+ units. not sure how that was an attack, rather than a compliment on their great business, lol

not to mention occam's razor states the principal on deciding what is more reasonable between options for a problem's solution. A tree has fallen in the forest. It also stormed heavily the previous night. Either A. the storm caused the tree to fall, or B. aliens form otter *outer space crashed their UFO into it...

I see no reason not to condemn scrypt.cc, but i also see no other alternatives being suggested as to how the 850 GH that everyone claims is came from...

Still if we won't work together to find more data palatable to a group who may be able to take them down, then Santos will be another OJ Simpson, weather you believe he was guilty or not. The case ended in acquittal because it was nothing but a number crunch...
