Nope.  I have been trying to get my 0.12 bitcoin refund for weeks.

hey guys, we could just collect the money and send it to him so he can shut the hell up! It would save couple pages of his posts on this thread and also it showed us as a great community.
I was purchasing BTC some weeks ago from bitbargain and I paid 11.88 GBP for 0.04 BTC.

P.S. As for community supporting stuff - I also donated money to ZEIT community to members who lost their money on CryptoRush.

hell no! he even used his coins to buy from the store.
if it was all that bad why would he have mined enough or bought enough coins to get graphics cards?

just look at this retards posts, they are all the same shit about EVERY coin.

I don't know what's up with the gpucoin store market...I tried to list my Zotac 670 overclocked and rock stable at 1267 core 3416 memory for around $190 worth of gpuc, which I think is a steal considering it does 375 kh/s scrypt and 171 kh/s scrypt-n...even posted my hashing as the screenshot just waiting for it to be 'approved'.

I've been doing all I can to keep this coin alive, listing that card on the market and keeping my miners on it, buying the coins that are being dumped, but if I can't even list something on the market in a timely manner, which it seems people are doing, but not getting approved, which would help the coin etc etc, then I'm prob going to mine until the block half rate in 10k blocks or so then go back to LTC to  buy gpuc when I can.

Not sure where to go from here tho tbh.

That does seem to be a big problem, if your listing isn't getting on there in a timely manner. Another Jaymes-related issue? Does hendri1x or someone else know what the situation is? This project is teetering over a chasm right now. I'm surprised nobody has phone contact for the guy to call him and get him on this stuff.

Btw, not knocking your hashrate but consider pricing value: a standard 270 can scrypt at 370 without even warming up, 450 is what's expected to be the norm, and most of them do 490-500kh. $150-$170 online.

have another week to update clients on major exchanges/pools... please help contact all pools and exchanges to pull latest daemon code from: https://github.com/micryon/GPUcoin

and recompile.

Do we need to update our Windows clients? I can't seem to find the link in this thread or on the GPUCoin website. Thanks!

Here are the links to the new wallet. People as you notify pools and exchanges plz post that you have done so here, also if you know if they have updated or not so we can bug them again in couple days if they don't respond. I have asked Jaymes to update the OP. This is synching up nicely with the recent upswing in BTC price. The time draws near!!

waltsmith

EDIT: There is no need to re-download the blockchain or do anything in your appdata/roaming folder as long as you replace your executable with the updated version before the hardfork block number happens in a few days.

I have been the longest and biggest supporter, but I am declaring this coin dead and in the 1 satoshi graveyard unless we hear from the CEO Jaymes.  Correct me if I am wrong, but NO ONE can get a hold of him.  The first page needs to be updated by him with the new wallet links.  The store needs to be fixed with him and Hendr1x. The coin needs an ACTIVE dev team.  All I ask is for the CEO to post here what is going on with the coin, and what his plans are.  Until then I see Jaymes as AWOL from HIS business and the coin dead. I am very sorry to see this.

From reading the thread it sounds like this Jaymes guy is a complete loser.  I am sorry he tanked this business. (and likely took off with a significant amount of unsold equipment as well as coins)

Jaymes has the last but great chance to save all things and get the business running eve hotter if one can imagine. He just needs to invest rather in crazy active skyroketing marketing (TV is a must!), and then the price will skyrocket. What will happen then? He has got paid on very low prices for the cards with huge amounts of GPUC, which, if the price skyrocket he will be able to sell so high, that he will be able to get 3 or 4 times the amount of initial batch! On the otherside, if he continues to invest in cards he sells on loss on price of 1-2 satoshi and there is no campaign to get the price higher as well as demand I am really afraid for our future as well.

This is my strong suggestion and I sent it to him. I hope he agrees.

TV isn't really a strong winner in my book, nobody, not even bitcoin advertises on tv.
your target audience will be using google to search up info, other forums, and pools.
website advertisements would be the logical choice. including google adwords.

that combined with a solid trading platform like mintpal would do wonders.

I didn't get a shipping notice like the last time, so I had been curious about it also but it showed up today.

GPU Coin P2Pool

P2Pool shares expire within 10 seconds, this is why you see "stratum requesting work restart" so often

To reduce stales, reduce your intensity. The payouts are higher when keeping intensity below 18 due to more accepted shares.

Maza incerased its price 40x in 3 days due to TV.

And then promptly died off in value. It's in the 100 satoshi range on average. There's no telling if it's a longterm item.

Unfortunately I cannot update the OP, and don't have access to the webstore either.. We really need at least hendr1x to update the web store..

We could always create a new post and start a new thread... But the more important thing is this coin has to find a new angle.. i think selling GPUs with investor money, for GPUC is pretty much a dead business model at this point.  Investor funds have run out, and GPUCs cannot be unloaded to buy new GPUs...

Perhaps we have a chance to pivot this coin to be a secondary market place trade coin (like sell old GPUs using GPUC on the website)... but again we need hendr1x to drive this as he is the dev/owns the website.

I'm still around to update the coin as needed.. but that's not an angle at this point.
