Hey iv4n, do you think you will be able to collect 5 medals and get one of the rewards? The medals are interesting but just seems to unreachable especially for small players; even if I try my hardest I will probably only be able to get 2 or 3.

I am not chasing for medals, but I know one guy who decided to claim 800 BCD and he did it after a while (I think we are talking about months)... We all have "Talkative, The Rain Master, and Old-Timer" medals, they are easy to get. And some other medals are all about playing and spending a lot of time on BC. Claim Coco 200 times, I think Coco comes out two or three times per day, and making 10 million bets is not impossible even with small amounts. I guess it can be pretty hard to hit x99k on some games, but not impossible...

Well, you didn't convince me... and after these words, you are even further away from that. You keep repeating the same thing without new arguments, and you are adding some insults whenever you can... it's not nice! Smiley Anyone can make a few screenshots like yours and claim anything! And it seems that many don't buy your story, maybe it has something with your temper and the lack of real evidence.

Regardless of the insults, I really wish you luck with your case... I will give you one honest piece of advice, I am not sure you will get far if you don't change your attitude and if you don't provide more proof that will back up your story.

Well, I am not sure that you are completely honest... first of all, except for the few screenshots of your account (which are not so convincing from my point of view), I didn't see your emails and more proofs that back up your story, I didn't see their replies... If you wrote them without proof and words like you use here I understand why you didn't get the answer you wanted.
Well, iv4n, for some reason, I believe you are trying to back up BC game. It's obvious that a player will spam around and get mad if a balance like $3.7K is stuck in a casino, and they don't care about it. What do you expect from a gambler who is waiting for 45 days and there is no resolution? Of course, I am not supporting his behavior. He should be polite and gentle. But it is obvious why he is angry and talking like that. He shared some screenshots in his scam accusation thread and provided further info when community members asked for info.

I do not see anything from the BC game representative except for saying to contact our support. I understand that BitcoinTalk is just a platform where they promote their existence, and it's not for support purposes. But do you believe a casino like BC Game should ignore such a case for that much long time? Don't you smell something fishy here? A guy is claiming the BC game support does not answer (This is proven because he is not the only person complaining that they don't answer), and they do not reply via email too. Why don't they come in the thread and say hey, your account was banned, or Your KYC procedure failed? This guy submitted this information, and it's taking ages to complete the verification. At least they can give him an ETA so he doesn't panic.

I managed to successfully upload the correct information now which is VERY intrusive and privacy concerning to begin with
1. Front + back of ID
2. Selfie holding ID + text about BC Game
3. Utility bill
Images have to be less than 1MB too  Roll Eyes

I am looking forward to successful restoration of my account so I am able to bet in the casino/sports and able to deposit and withdraw again. I hope this will not take longer than 24-48 hours at most!

I am not able to access my previous bets the way things stand.

You are right. Even I have those 3 medals and I wanted to get more but I stopped playing on BC.GAME after a while.
I thought I would collect 5 medals and get a nice reward for the same but I didn't really get much time for gambling due to other works.
I did played few games every month but that was it. I am planning on to resume on BC.GAME but the rewards from spins are not really convincing.

I didn't "back up" anyone in this case... I simply shared my honest opinion about this case, and I shared my personal experience at BC. And I guess you can quote me if I am wrong, but I still don't trust this guy... Is he a gambler? Cheater? Honest guy? Liar? 5 screenshots in 45 days of waiting is absolutely nothing in my opinion... yes 5 screenshots in his scam accusation thread! Check them again and tell me that you are buying that. I would share my full conversations with support, and I would share all sent/received emails with them. And maybe before everything I would accept help from a highly reputable member of this forum if I believe I am honest (check previous pages and you will see what I am talking about)!

Since we didn't see full conversations and some other correspondence what we can assume? Who knows what really happened here, for now, I believe that this guy got caught doing something "wrong". It's good that the community is seeing that you are actually trying to attend to the issues the supposed user is currently experiencing  because his arrogance has been something else. I'm not defending the platform here, but BC.GAME has actually responded to the accusation twice – once a month ago and again today. You can't really expect their representative on the forum to provide a more detailed explanation when the accuser didn't even share his username from the platform. Moreover, we can't determine if he received a response to his queries on the platform or if he was ignored since there's no evidence to support the claims, and we haven't heard the other side of the story yet.

Yes, I have seen their response, and it was like contacting our support; they are pretty fast and available 24/7. The representative does not want to share anything there for privacy season, which is fine. They took another month to respond again while this guy was spamming the gambling section and screaming there. Since he claims the support did not respond to him, what can he show us, actually? If support does not respond, he cannot show us responses. But, at least he could show the emails he has sent. But, if he did not share because his emails have some personal information, then I respect his privacy. Sharing a username in public with $3.7K in balance is not suitable for privacy either. I just imagined myself from the player's perspective.

Glad to know that you could send your account info BC game representative. But remember that this does not guarantee that you can withdraw your funds. They will check your account and investigate whether you have violated any of their terms and conditions. If you did not, then congratulations in advance.

BC game has a reputation, and I don't think they will confiscate the balance without a proper reason. Since your case was discussed in this forum, I believe their representative will also share the update in the forum. You don't have to write everything in BOLD and RED, BTW.

Investigation can take up to 6 months as standard procedure of casino but it’s still a case to case basis for the casino if they want to max it out or not. Experiencing unresolved issue for almost 2 months is really frustrating especially if there’s no support here in the forum handling your case specifically.

There’s a reason for your account being on hold but casino doesn’t want to disclose it publicly unless they are already sure to their findings.

Why on Earth would a "reputable" casino randomly suspend an account for 2+ months, refuse to give any answers or updates? Just because I was lucky and hit 2 winners in a major league? How is this acceptable?

it's hard to say how it's possible that so many days went by without solving your case, they're not a scam, they definitely wouldn't ruin their reputation for a small amount, but the problem is that they take so long to tell you what's going on with your case, because their representative on the forum last month told you to contact online support and he said that online support was quick to respond, but 30 days passed and nothing, so I suppose there must be some communication problem that caused the delay, but now that the representative has asked you for your username then he will find out what is going on

obviously this does not mean that you can have a 100% guarantee that you will get your money back, all you have to do is keep waiting until they answer you, avoid posting here constantly, the ideal is to wait a few days and if they pass 7 days without them not replying so you can send pm to their representative here on the forum. that to me is the only option you have now. I suppose you sent your username to the casino representative on the 27th of July, that's 4 days have passed (it has slow support) but you need to wait another 3 days before sending a pm to the forum representative to find out if there is any news

Well, we already criticized them for their lousy support, and there is nothing the community can do except push them to check the cases. It would be best if you had done your own research before playing at a casino. Since you did nothing, now face the truth. There is no reason to believe you are telling the whole story here. We did not hear the story from the Bc game side yet.

The accuser always presents the story as if they were scammed. We never know if you were placing arbitrage bets or violated other terms and conditions of their casino. I have supported you so far, and now bc game is investigating the case. But it seems like you like to continue the drama while the result is yet to come.

I won't be surprised if icopress paints your feedback page with some shiny red text if Bc games come with a negative result. You better shut your mouth and wait for the result.

While this case is taking a while, when the claim is legit, they will pay it out. They have been in business since multiple years and all the cases against them have been resolved with success.

The way you wrote the representative of bc.game came online, and he posted in the scam accusation topic, it seems like they posted today. But they were online, but they did not post any updates there. The last update they posted was on 27th July, and they were asking the accuser (mamu68) to check PM and respond to them. I appreciate their approach.

But the accuser kept posting negativity during the investigation, which I don't think is necessary. The simple thing he can do is cooperate with the Bc game and wait for the final result. After that, if he believes he has something to share, he could do that.
