Finished watching the replay seconds before his sudden collapse. It was also unfortunate that it happened at the other side of the pitch which took more time for the medical personnel to reach him. Good job to them for bringing him back and I hope he recovers fully. That was really scary.

It was so awkward watching him falling down like that. Every football fan would be worried. Good sign that he has come down to his senses as seen in the pic. Any idea on what happened actually? I can see snipie saying cardiac arrest but is that for sure?

Yeah It is most likely a cardiac arrest, to be confirmed by the medical team of course. The way he hit the ground with his head, CPR and electrical shock. I was following twitter #Eriksen right now and saw this picture few minutes ago and some news telling he is in stable condition in the local hospital, hope so!

Some photos starting to circle around, seems that he's awake. Won't be posting them here since I don't know how legit it is yet (and also not a fan of spreading things like these) but I received 2 already where he looks OK. I really hope that's the case.

I don't even care whether the game will be played or not, but postponing was the only option.

This is really a really terrible match and the first time a live broadcast has seen an incident like this and the match was immediately stopped, yeah I'm glad he's awake and using oxygen for his breathing.

But it is still not confirmed whether the cause of this incident was a heart attack?

And usually if you fall suddenly you can say a heart attack.

It's big relief that he is alive. Thanks for doctors who saved his life. It was one of the most shocking and scariest thing I ever saw in sports. And who is responsible for TV broadcast, it's not good to show unconscious player in such condition.
If game will continue, it will be very difficult for players.

Oh my God! I was horrified to watch them try to revive him and a minutes of complete silence from the audience. The worst thing I have ever witnessed on a football pitch.
It is my sincere hope that he will be OK. I pray for him...

Holy shit, that's great to see and such a relief. Miraculous that he's conscious and even has his head up. I honestly thought he was well and truly done for. His eyes rolling back in his head, being completely unresponsive and then them doing CPR on him for 5-10 minutes really didn't give me much hope. Credit to the the medics.

Once this acute accident pass he will be explored by the medical team. Eriksen is a professional player doing checkup frequently, I doubt this incident is caused by heart attack but most likely it is related to arrhythmia that might not be permanent so harder to spot in regular checkup. Obviously, all of this remains theories to be confirmed by many exams. Hatts off for the medical teams and for his teammates and supporters.

I hope that what happened to eriksen will not affect the euro competition this year and i really appreciate the speed of the  medical team in handling this situation by providing immediate assistance, as well as the danish national team players who immediately circled to protect erikssen from the spotlight of the field cameras.
The match between denmark and finland tonight has to be postponed and it looks like uefa needs to publish what really happened to eriksen tonight, because after all of course there will be many people who think negatively about what happened to eriksen especially we know that the euro this year is in the middle of a pandemic corona.

Whatever may have caused it, i first thank God and the response of the
 medical team for doing their best to stabilise and ensure that the situation didn't take an ugly twist. In the past, we have had similar incidence of players collapsing on the field, and not being able to resuscitated. That would have been a big tragedy.

I wish Christian Eriksen a quick recovery.

For a second I thought he had crossed to the other side ,because his teammates and fans in the stadium we all kind of in tears & disbelief and thought the worst had happened..because we have seen players collapse and pass on, thank good his alright!

Hope the lad takes some time off football gets the medical attention he needs.

It turns out that the game will be continued in ~15 minutes, the players wanted to play after hearing the good news. Apparently 4 minutes of 1st half, then 5 minutes break and then the full 2nd period.

Good news come, the match will be played in 15 minutes, that means Eriksen is OK now. Otherwise his teammates wouldn't accept to play after that shock. Both teams agreed to play today, they are on the pitch again.

Scary moments at the match with Eriksen. For a moment I thought he wasn't going to make it. When I noticed that he was conscious again, it was a huge relief.
I have heard that the game still has to be played out by the UEFA. Many people find it ridiculous, somehow understandable, but the interests are of course also enormous.
It is a difficult choice what to do in these kinds of situations. If you step off the field as Denmark, you will lose 3 points and possibly end of qualifying next round.

Sounds of relief to every football lovers around the world, it was really scary at first, he lost consciousness and it was looking so bad, the medical team was amazing the way they handled the situation, I feel for Erikson his EURO is likely going to end so soon.

Group B match: Belgium vs Russia.

I probably won't be watching this match because to be honest 2am is not a good time to do it every day. But I think Belgium will lead Group B today with a win over 2 goals from Russia. I doubt Hazard will make much difference in today's team game against Russia because I think he is completely missing at Real Madrid.

Isn't Hazard a doubt for this match since he's still recovering from some other injury? At least that's what I saw a few days ago. I don't think Belgium would just play him like that in the starting XI after he has just recovered (assuming he even has).

You know what these odds tell me? The score should be like 4-0 in order for me to believe these odds, normally even with 4.00 or so odds you see a team wildly worse, like City playing Watford type of bad situation must happen in order for these odds, it is like Bayern playing Schalke type of odds, even then it wasn't this bad I think.

So, to see these odds on a team that managed to beat 3 other high level national teams with the same roster, I do not know. It is still reasonable to bet on Italy because they are favorites but with these odds? I may throw in some money at Turkey to win as well, even if I lose I will make that back from Italy bet, but if I win then I win a ton.

I was wrong, those odds were truly what Italy deserved. They played such a great game and they were THAT much better than Turkey. I think Italy had that confidence boost of being at home, but that wasn't really the only reason, their team played with such fire that they basically destroyed Turkey. I do not know what happened to Turkey that beat France to come here, they used to be better, and Burak who helped Lille became champions but he was nowhere to be found.

Turkey didn't even possess any threat for 90 minutes, it was seriously boring game to watch at one point because Italy just toyed with Turkey all game and that is why it was never a doubt. Shows how little I know about odd making and how the real oddmakers know what they are talking about, I was expecting them to be a bit better but I was quite wrong, which is why I do not work as an odd maker to begin with .

It was a big scare after he fell. Thankfully he's still alive. The game is now nearly over with Denmark being down 0-1 to Finland. Although I would've just preferred the game to be rescheduled for a later date like tomorrow. But I'm glad that's behind us now that it has been confirmed that Erikson is safe. A defeat is better than losing a teammate.

It's not certain if Hazard will be given a chance to play. He wasn't in the starting eleven but he is in the list of substitutes which means there's a probability of him playing, most likely in the second half.
