Many assume Real Madrid will beat Chelsea away today, but I think the game will be similar to yesterday's Manchester City game against Atletico Madrid. Anyway I think Chelsea will win at home, and the recent big loss to Brentford was a big mistake. But tonight is a completely different match, which Chelsea will approach with all their strength. Yes, Real have players like Benzema or Junior who can score, but Chelsea also have something to show on the field! Chelsea have never lost to Real Madrid at home yet!

If we are to rate these two teams performance based on their last matches, many people will believe that Real Madrid are going to win Chelsea at Stanford Bridge today, but that will not be the case, both these two teams have quality players that can compete, beside that, Chelsea are the defending Champions of the UEFA Champions League, so I think it I'll we a very difficult match to predict, but I know Chelsea will play well, so they might win the first leg.

Very funny, It seems that Simone is rightly afraid of the power of Man City. They play defensively with five defenders five midfielders. This match is gonna be interesting as compared to Atletico Madrid match yesterday, Real Madrid should be careful with the starting eleven, Anceloti should avoid the tactics used by ZIdane against chelsea, especially in the department of midfield. Chelsea over ran Madrid at the middle park last season, making chelsea to beat them over the two legs, they have more possession and have a lot of goal attempts and forcing cortouis to saves. Anceloti should not use Casemiro as deep lying midfield. The guy is sluggish and some how rusty now adays. He either use Modric or Valverde as the deeper lying midfielder. Rodrygo should start ahead of Assensio. I see Madrid qualifying against Chelsea

My guess is too, but looking at these statistics is so strange. No kick on goal, no attempted kick. I feel pity for Benfica, all those hard work against Ajax only to come and face Liverpool, I would have preferred Ajax against Liverpool than Benfica. Which opponent would have been much easier than Liverpool in the quarterfinals? The only one I can think would have been Villareal, but even the club has become difficult to play. In my opinion, Benfica is the weakest of all quarterfinalists, so it's a great success to have made it this far at all, especially to win against a team like Ajax a round before.

Honestly, I think Benfica getting to the quarter finals is already a big feat. Literally, that’s the top 8 of the competition. Deep down I think they will be pleased with themselves because amongst the team at this stage of the competition they are literally the smallest in teams of financial capability. Manchester City were just a little better than Atletico, thanks to the brilliance of Foden and De Buryne.

When Benfica managed to qualify, I thought that Benfica would be the team that would surprise their opponents and when the drawing was made with their result against Liverpool, then Benfica would definitely surprise Liverpool fans. That's my opinion. But in reality, Benfica actually became one of the weakest teams among the teams that competed in the Quarter Finals.

I hope history will not repeat itself today with regards to last season semifinal between Chelsea and Real Madrid in which Chelsea won convincingly, I am expecting a different ball game compared to their last meetings where Chelsea dominated the match, recall how Real Madrid egded out PSG with a well lay out tactics, now that they are also in-form will make things difficult for Chelsea in today's match, though playing at Stanford Bridge will lessen the pressure on Chelsea, however I am predicting a win by either of the club, while Villarreal will try to win against a strong sided Bayern Munich.

You should not count on the fact that Villarreal will be able to pass Bayern. As for Real Madrid, now they are in better shape than Chelsea, which got tired at the end of the season. Real Madrid will not be easy at Stamford Bridge, remember how in the match against PSG away they only miraculously conceded only one goal. And in Spain, the Real plays very well and at home he is likely to win.

Simeone used the best option he had. What he did is exactly what he would have done. I love the man for whom he is. Though generally the match was very boring because Atletico Madrid played defence throughout. The strategy almost worked 100% before the wise Guardiola made the changes that spilled the oil.

Assuming Atletico Madrid came out to play Manchester City, they would have gone home with 3 goals and above which will kill their chances of progressing to the next stage. 1 home goal is easy to cancel, but what Atletico should avoid is making Manchester City score before them in the returning leg. They should face them squarely and they can have the chances to progress. Second leng will not be as boring and defensive as the first leg.

Real Madrid won against PSG only for Benzema's outstanding performance. Real Madrid would never have won against PSG without Benzema's outstanding performance.
