I think Pakistan will win this match very easily because the runs that England scored are not the right runs for England to win. So I think Pakistan has a big hope of winning the match. My guess is Pakistan can collect around 350 in the first innings.

12 wickets haven fallen on the first day of Multan Test and this clearly tells the story that wicket is bowling friendly. Abrar Ahmed is the first Pakistani bowler to take 5 wikcets in his first test match. Babar Azam really look set right now and England will try to get rid of him as quickly as possible.

English team under supervision of Ben is recovering in all formats after there defeat in last Ashes. Recently they have won T20 worldcup and what a way to start the test tour. Pakistan management must get training from somewhere on how to prepare test wicket. The pitch in rawalpindi was not a pitch rather a road as per statement of Naser Hussain.

This not happen few years back this happens few months back, and they already pay the price for this as well now if they run away then surely they could be pay again because two big teams like Australia and England already completed their tours without any issue things are not complicated, but they are doing bad tactics which are never been allowed in this game.

Seems like an easy second win for Australia.

I agree, they are quality batsmen and bowlers but sadly still having not confident to play freely and give results like a unit in this test match format which is surely a big problem for them in last few years for this match even after end of first day things are looking good, but I have feeling England is in commanding position and their approach is also very aggressive which give them good response.

If they are able to have few wickets in first hour then surely they could be at top of the game and most chances they will be able to win this series by score of 3 - 0 because Pakistani selectors are doing experiments, and they are not going to have any positive output with these part-timer bowlers and batsmen they need five batsmen and five bowlers if they want to compete with them or have five batsmen with two all rounders are also good for them.

Now we have Babar Azam and Saud on crease hopefully we will have another entertaining day on Saturday and second day of this test match.

There is no doubt its historical debut for the mystery bowler and class which Pakistan was lacking into first test match At Rawalpindi he wrote his name in history books as third-best debut for the Pakistan cricket history hopefully this will go long for them, and he will be able to achieve good things in his career even these all are too early but still good start but England still going to on their Bazball and having amazing start of the second test match just 51 overs and 281 runs on board look like they are going to change test as one of the most entertaining format with their aggressive approach which is having new era of English cricket history under the captaincy of Ben Stokes and coaching of Brendon McCollum.

At the end of first day we have 107 for 2 by Pakistan with Babar is still on crease with his 61 and Saud is also doing good job as 32 runs, and we have 56 runs partnership now this is key due for them on crease if they are able to stay for some time then surely they could be on right side otherwise they can go down like in first test match they have done few mistakes and pay for this as well.

Most chances we will have another big defeat for West Indies like seen in first test match because their bowling and batting both are having not quality and most of the time their bowlers conceding too many runs which is the big problem with their batting is also not capable of covering this all now we have Chanderpaul Jr and Anderson Phillip both are playing their second test match and after then Jason Holder hopefully these will do some resistance and reach at the total of 270 to 300 which give something for the few more days in this test match but in case if they are not able to have big score then most chances Australia will try to have win by an inning because things are not good and moral is also down of the West Indies team which is having not positive impact.

Pakistan have got the highest winning chance against England. As said scoring good runs in the first innings and making some magic of taking wickets by the debut and the rest of the bowlers will increase the winning chance. In the second innings England might come-up with a striking batting than a defending way of play. Lets see, the first innings end will give almost clear data on the result of the match.

This is going to be 2-0 series win for Australia. In the first match Australia scored 598 runs and declared the innings. This time it is 511 runs and declared. In the first test West Indies scored 283 runs and this time probably not above 250 runs. Almost similar pattern of play, however the match ends in the last day's session. Better play out of West Indies could make the match more competing than just a one sided match.

West Indies was good in T20 for over a decade and now they did not even qualify for the World Cup and they were struggling to find any talented players for the longer format for a very long time and you cannot expect anything different from a deteriorated playing eleven. I will be surprised if the match goes to the final day.

Pakistan is in a good position and if they can bat longer and score runs then the pressure will be on England to catch up.

Michael Neser and Scott Boland have bowled quite well for Australia so far and have shown the depth in player pool for Australia as far as the pace bowling component is concerned (still I would have preferred Lance Morris in the team). West Indies is sliding towards an innings defeat and only a miracle from Tagenarine can rescue them from that fate.

@Sithara007 I sincerely doubt that he can save them this time from an innings defeat, and the WI management needs to ask the tough question like why did they lose this test matches so easily (assuming they suffer an innings defeat). Also I too agree that Morris should have made it to the playing 11, but I believe that he’ll get his chance soon and in the long run he’ll definitely be a regular in the playing 11 of Australia.
