I think the original product description said "2nd half of October" so I would guess after the 15th.

Yeah, I read that - was hoping for a firmer date though.....and maybe even a slight price decrease...... The shipping date also depends on your specific order position so there isn´t really too much information anybody can give you, except spondoolies themselves. As for the price decrease, I very much doubt that. You might be able to achieve a little more than the rated hashrate though.

Any testing on the October batch, still on track for 6.5 Thash?
We got the preliminary ASICs results for October batch. We'll meet 5.5 TH/s +- 5% with 3KW at the wall. This is guaranteed. You'll get a refund in case we won't. You'll enjoy additional hash-rate if it will be better. We're further tuning the process to get better results for November.
hi! news for SP35 .. 6 TH/S SHIPPING IN THE SECOND HALF OF NOVEMBER ? real test? real TH/s ? 5.5 TH/s and 3kw ? or more?

I am a July SP30 owner and have no info about that. Indeed I have just discovered that my SP30 hosted at SP has been hashing at 90Ghs for more than 24h, I usually check it frequently but it seems that SP hosting has no monitoring service or 24/7 support service as support email tells me to wait until 9AM of tomorrow. Is there any other email to write for hosting support?

hi! news for SP35 .. 6 TH/S SHIPPING IN THE SECOND HALF OF NOVEMBER ? real test? real TH/s ? 5.5 TH/s and 3kw ? or more? They guarantee it. SP30 owners were compensated as the SP30s didn't meet the advertised performance due to a batch issue with the ASICs. I am happy with the compensation I received, and the SP30s are the best miners in the world right now in terms of hashing speed and J/GH (I believe this is true, someone let me know if there is a better product in the wild*). I suspect that the SP31 and SP35 will perform as advertised, but it is nice to know Spond backs up their claims with a compensation guarantee. * Also: you need to own it, be hashing with it, and have measured the power draw at the wall. No hearsay. I own two SP30s so I know from experience how they perform.

I've got a bunch of SP30. They are pretty good. Awesome even. But, no matter. They still won't ROI - ever. They run really well and it is a damn good system. However difficulty is high, BTC price is low. The calculus changed and it just doesn't make sense. I wonder when the .2 W/GHs gear is coming out? The next gen stuff is going to be interesting. The question I have is firmware upgrades. My machines are running perfectly at 4.4T. Should I upgrade? What if this fucks things up? I kind-of like the machines running at full speed without any interruptions. I don't know if it is such a good idea to upgrade. Zvi?

Have you limited the maximum A the chips can draw on the slower unit?
What percentage are the fans running at?
I actually had increased the start and max on the slower unit befor posting here to see it helped but it did not. Fans are set to 80

That is a good speed that you got on your slow SP10 so I don't think there is much that you could do. Slow batch is slow

Its just wierd the way it performs with the up and down performance, the higher performing one is one rock solid line. I just thought I'd point out a few things on these. First, you'll note that the low performer is only using 1176W (DC) whereas the high performer is using 1254W. This means you're getting 0.857 J/GH (DC) on the slow machine and 0.832 J/GH on the fast one, so your fast unit clearly has superior ASICs. Second, you have slightly higher voltages on the fast machine on average, which is probably responsible for the lower power consumption. There might be a way to increase the voltages that the firmware settles on by changing (increasing) the initial voltages, but you also might brick your miner by trying that, and you'd only gain at most around 80 GH/s and you'd lose efficiency as well. As for the waviness of the line, if you look at the graphs you'll notice that the one running 1.5.8 has the graph scale go from 1.2 TH/s to 1.5 TH/s, but the one running 1.5.4 has the graph scale go from 0 TH/s to 1.6 TH/s. The reason for this scaling difference is that Zvi made this modification ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=521520.msg8356336#msg8356336) in the more recent firmware after I showed it to him. Consequently, the graphs on 1.5.8 just show more detail than on 1.5.4.
