That's where you are always going to miss it. Legal and lawful are almost always different. Either legal doesn't cover enough of what is lawful, or legal goes way past lawful with silly stuff that isn't lawful.

If there was legal or not at the Nuremberg trials, there was sufficient amount of lawful. And that is what the trials were based on... lawful, but maybe, or not, legal as well.

The legalness of the Germans who did unlawful, murderous things in WW2 (legal but not lawful), was not enough to save them from the retribution of breaking the common law by obeying the legal.

In the States and the UK, the foundational laws and foundational documents are always common law, even though they might be adopted as civil law, as well. This means that orders to murder that are legal, can be unlawful at the same time. It's a difficult thing to show in court, but the simple way is that the civil laws are made by man, just like the common law laws are and are not.

That's why there is such a thing as ACCEPTANCE in both US and UK laws. If you have or have not signed up to be under the legal law, you are still under the common law laws. And if you have not signed up to be under the legal laws, you don't have to ACCEPT being under them. But everybody is naturally under the common law laws because they exist in part, through natural law.

Consider "Maxims of Law - from - Bouvier's 1856 Law Dictionary" - https://www.lawfulpath.com/ref/bouvier/maxims.shtml. These are foundational law, even though they may be repeated in some natural law and some legal law. They are also used in Nuremberg, but maybe not entirely in the way they are written in Bouvier's. And they are the form of the way police brutality and legal-but-not-lawful Covid law enforcers are going to be punished.

If this virus is not eradicated quickly, we are looking at new mutations, not just variants but possibly new strains, which will require new vaccinations.  From what we know, viruses mutated under stress are usually more contagious and deadly.
