Even if these patients were DNR, it's not right to send them back into nursing homes where they could have infected others after they were confirmed to be COVID positive. There was an unused naval ship with empty beds that were stationed in NY, along with overflow setups that allowed for COVID positive nursing home patients to stay. Sending them back probably killed thousands more. That's devastating if you had a family member who might've been saved.
yep. by summer UK had temporary 'knightingale' hospitals. the problem is they were only fitted with intubations. some infectees also needed kidney dialysis, ecmo, blood transfusions, and other equipment and so the temp hospitals didnt get used and patients went to proper hospitals.. yep knightingales were not fitted with full ICU equipment, heck they didnt even have enough staff with skills in sedation however the palliative care patients could have gone into the unused knightingales.. but again it didnt even have the resources for palliative care. so were put back into residential homes they did try to section off parts of residential homes.. but the issue is the air vents are interconnected. they didnt(just like aeroplanes didnt) change out the normal airflow systems of the rooms. instead they thought a wall and 2m was all that was required .. as of this month. the knightingales are only being used for people in recovery. where all they need is a bit of oxygen and just a bed to gain their strength. anything requiring actually medical intervention is not suitable for what the knightingales have to offer. however if they need palliative care they are still taken back to residential homes to die in comfort. as are their final wishes

It's stuff like this that is showing everyone what a troll f-1 is. The stuff he's talking about barely touches on the point you made. His whole idea is to mess with the minds of anybody who questions Covid control operations in any way, and to at least lead them off in a different path. The fact that he can barely spell right, and certainly doesn't use correct grammar and punctuation, simply shows that he doesn't even care what the truth is. All he wants is to mix anybody up who is speaking the truth out directly... to the world.

They had the equipment to be used as overflow facilities which is why it's so bizarre that Cuomo allowed nursing home patients back into the same facility to spread COVID. You can try to section off the nursing homes but COVID is too transmissible for it to matter. You're right about the vents and to add to that -- social distancing is probably impossible in these nursing homes. All it takes is 15 minutes total within 6 feet for there to be a good chance of infection.

Good luck for we are free from coronavirus a lot of part. Now maximum people have to get ride from this virus so bless to God.But we should be aware of this too.May be it’s the biggest challenge to Against Corona and luckily we can get ride of this.
We are not free from corona virus until 70% people take vaccine. We might be free from corona virus when 70% people will take vaccine for 2nd time. And I think it is long farr. It may take about or more than a year. So, we are still on too much risk for corona virus.

Covid will only get worse, even if it is in a different way. And we will become susceptible to all kinds of other things and viruses. Simplest way to beat Covid is to take larger amounts of Vitamin D, vitamin C and zinc.

Why the situation in the developing world is so different from what we have in the US or the EU? The number of deaths from COVID 19 remains at peak levels in countries such as the US, with approximately 3,000 new deaths per day. On the other hand the number of new infections and deaths have gone down by 90% to 95% in countries such as India and Pakistan. China eradicated the pandemic long back and now life is back to normal there. And then there are countries such as Thailand and Vietnam, where there was no serious outbreak from the start. Do these people have some sort of immunity against the Coronavirus? Also, Africa seems to be doing fine with the exception of South Africa. Nigeria has so far reported a total of <2,000 deaths, despite having a population of more than 200 million.

It comes down to how their economy is financed more than anything I suspect. Highly indebted nations who owe their livelihood (or who's politicians owe their livelihoods) to annual funding from the likes of the World Bank and IMF will pretty much meet their 'quota' of 'covid-19' casualties which, with RT-PCR being used as the measuring stick, is very easy to do. The 'cycle threshold' used to find 'covid-19' can be adjusted from a back office to get pretty much any number required. It is also the case that more advanced countries who have laboratory and academic facilities that don't rely on international support and 'oversight' are positioned to call bullshit on some of this stuff and to prove it if they feel motivated to do so. I suspect that if you push Vietnam or Taiwan to hard there will be some very unpleasant academic findings made and papers published. That is much less likely out of a country like, say, The Philippines. Hopefully this scamdemic will be a wake-up call to some nations that in-house scientific and technical know-how is a genuine national security necessity in today's world and a source of significant leverage in periods of engineered stress. I would very much like to see some nation recognize this and welcome highly technical people from around the world with open arms. To be sure there are a lot of them right now who are looking for such a thing. Some of my friends from the 'old country' (Silicon Valley) in fact.

I go back and forth on whether he is an AI chatter-bot experiment of some sort or a real person. Whatever the case, it takes a special kind of laziness to not bother to capitalize in the text of a footer! I'll admit that it takes a level of human scam-telect to come up with a strategy of dis-avowing escrow services since the idiot class will assume that it means that he is sometimes asked to do so. Same class of dolts who fall for Oileo's I'm-a-doctor shtick. Even if it is an AI bot, most of them are chimeras with humans stepping in for more complex work though.

i am british. as english as anyone can get. as many generations back as records can go. definitely more than tvbcof and badecker, who are not english. but american just because i say tom@o and they say tom8o does not mean that im not english/ because in english its actually tom@o. which means that they are american and cant actually get the concepts of the differences. they love to scratch the bottom of the barrel by being grammar nazi's when all other rebuttals fail them. yes i dont put comma's in the right place. or capitalise first letters of sentances, but thats got nothing to do with speaking or being english. i do find it funny how tvbcof and badecker feel their only argument left has to end with pretending someone isnt speaking english for them to ignore the context. but what they dont realise about the greatness of the english language is that there are many aspects to english. yep cockney rhyming slang is part of being english. but tvbcof and badecker would never understand that. they only understand american, which they THINK is english. but isnt this forum is not a place for legal documents requiring high level grammar perfection. so what if i dont capitalise the first letter of a sentance. so what if i dont capitalise English if all you can moan about is my grammar. then its you that has a problem if badecker/vod/tvbcof ever dared to coeme to england and speak to real english people. they would know the difference. people speak with a common relaxed tongue. they dont all pronunciate with the oxford grammar/linguistics and just for fun ill be a grammar nazi Whatever the case, it takes a special kind of laziness to not bother to capitalize in the text of a footer!

and in the very first 20 seconds it says "wearing the mask for to long. like driving a car by themselves, wearing a mask" hmm. let me translate idiots yep masks have been advised to be worn when in locations where you are in public with strangers where social distancing is difficult. its not wear a mask 24/7 even when your home alone so get some common sense folks wear it when on the pubic bus or in retail/grocery stores. but dont be stupid wearing it 24/7 even when alone.. so lets not call it acne. lets call it stupidcne

Didn't do a ton off research, but seems like its the anti masker/covid hoaxers that are the source of the staph infection claim that doctors are refuting. Who you choose to believe is up to you I guess. Tash gonna tash. As calls to wear masks to protect ourselves and others from COVID-19 grow, so do online conspiracy theories making false claims that masks cause other health risks. The latest conspiracy claims that face masks cause staph infections.
According to the Mayo Clinic, staph infections are caused by staphylococcus bacteria, types of germs commonly found on the skin or in the nose. Symptoms vary, but boils are the most common type of staph infection. Most staph infections are harmless but can become deadly if they go untreated.
Doctors interviewed by USA Today and Lead Stories agreed that masks cannot cause staph infections.
Dr. John Soderberg, a dermatologist with experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic services, told Lead Stories that face masks do not cause staph infections. However, people who already carry the bacteria in their nose could potentially see it spread to their faces, particularly if they’re wearing a mask that’s already previously been used.
“No, masks don’t cause staph,” Soderberg said. “Now, some people are staph carriers in their nasal passages, so potentially those people could have more staph infections from wearing a mask—potentially—but not across the board.” https://coronavirus.nautil.us/face-masks-cause-staph-infections/

Seems fair to say. That being the case, you should strenuously support your side of the argument and lobby hard for mask wearing, and most importantly, be sure to deny any potential health issues with masks at every opportunity. You also should make vague assertions about what 'doctors', 'experts', 'authorities', etc say about medical subjects if it furthers the goals of your side. It really doesn't matter if such people even exist, much less what they actually say. Note that pro-maskers don't need to actually wear them themselves. You can lobby for others to wear their masks all the time, and if you are in a position of authority, you can force others to do it, but it doesn't mean that you have to. Just doing your part to influence or impose 'the right thing' on others gives you enough mask-Karma points to cheat some.

others to wear their masks all the time,
yet again no one. no where suggests "all the time" even common sense tells you to only wear one when in public in areas that social distancing is more difficult seems your a monochrome guy.a binary guy that only knows the 2 extremes sides. and cant grasp the multiple options/levels in the middle where normal people exist to you its never or all the time. you cant grasp the middle common sense advice of wear when needed. its been 10 months and you cant even grasp the basic advice

others to wear their masks all the time,
yet again no one. no where suggests "all the time"... The more we can get people to wear masks, the bigger the ' PIC' ( Pneumonia/ Influenza/ Covid) numbers we can get, then we can use the whole number as 'covid-19' and keep the game going for long enough to get the peeps injected. Be a team player here bud! In my English speaking SE Asian country failure to wear a mask in a private car can subject one to 'reckless driving' charges and we've got some of the most awsome 'covid-19 death' numbers in the whole region. The government puts the number of 'confirmed infections' at over 500,000. Places like Vietnam where people don't cover their mouths in a dirty rag they only have like under 2500 infections. Losers!
