So after 2 months, Haaland took exactly 4 minutes to score a goal.

What a beast, already scored 2 goals in the 1st game of the season.

He has been hungry for goals and with this match he showed that he is one of the strikers that clubs should notice again in the EPL.
4 minutes into the opening match of the EPL I can't even remember if anyone has scored this quickly in the opening match of the premier league. Burnley eventually had to extend their losing run against Manchester City.

I knew from the start that Manchester city were going to win this game,and for those people that followed my prediction for this first week of opening,I am quite sure that they will definitely win it because all the games I gave are 75 percent sure.Manchester city are the first teams to win in this opening week and they will actually be topping the table.

As for me, I don't expect Burnley to beat Manchester City, and it is clear that Manchester City will secure the win. The Burnley vs Manchester City match, exactly what I predicted before. that at least, there will be 3 goals in this match. and yep, City again made Burnley helpless. This defeat added to the bad record when Burnley played their match against Manchester City.

Referring to the pattern applied by Vincent Kompani, even though they played defensively, the fact was they were unable to stop City from breaking into their net. even in the first round, City almost completely controlled the ball possession. in the second half, City had even more chances than in the first. this result City is at the top of the standings, and they show that even though they are no longer strengthened by Mahrez and Gundohan, they are still playing as solidly as they should.

Josko Gvardiol made his debut match today after replacing Rico Lewis in the 80th minute. It's a special game for him as a newcomer to the Premier League, so he must be really excited about this big opportunity. Replacing De Bruyne isn't easy though I think De Bruyne is one of hose players who are irreplaceable. You can do it only somehow, not really totally. But yes on paper I think there are no questions left that Manchester City should win this with more or less ease. Maybe not easily, but it shouldn't be one of their hardest games this season.

You are right. Basically, De Bruyne cannot be replaced by other player because there is not other player has the same capability. But Bernardo Silva and Mateo Kovacic are the options to replace him. In today match, De Bruyne was forced to play, he played 23 minutes. He was replaced by Kovacic. I assume De Bruyne isn't in a good condition, but he must play because it was a very crucial match.

Well, Man City won the match with 3 goals. Because Haaland scored 2 goals in 1st half, Man City looks quite easy to win the match. In the second half, Rodri scored the third goal, to make Man City win with big scores.

It looks like Erling Haaland will be at the forefront as the top scorer this season after seeing his actions in the first match which successfully scored 2. Apart from that we see Harry Kane name as the closest competitor to Haaland last season but this season Harry Kane has gone to Bayern Munich so only haaland is on the front line to be the top scorer this season.

But we'll also see more stickers that can provide strong competition for top scorers this season like Hojlund and Salah. I think we will still be presented with many big surprises in every match that will take place this season.
