I'm rather scared for Ukraine. I hear Zelensky has virtually outlawed Christianity in Ukraine... at least the Russian Orthodox Church. It's not the idea of win or lose the war that I am scared about. Rather, it's the idea that the Ukraine government seems to want to remove the chance for life in Heaven from Ukrainians.

What will an attitude like this bring about? Well, if the people side with Zelensky in this, it will harm them individually in their loss of Heaven. But if the people are against Zelensky in this, and they are in favor of God, God just might bring Zelensky and the Ukraine government down.

Note that the Russian government has not tried to stamp out the Russian Orthodox Church.

Hum - God does not land on earth to help people - while Russia believe that they are fighting for the historic land.
Ukraine believe that they are saving the historic land. They have made the life of people miserable. And they are responsible for the the all the inflation and trouble around the world.

God's Spirit is everywhere. God is always here through His Spirit. The earth and maybe the universe would be destroyed if His essence were here... destroyed simply by His presence.

Those Ukrainians who are trying to maintain a separate State are being misled and misguided by their own desires. Why? Because there are many other Ukrainians, who are just as much Ukrainian as they are, who want close relations with Russia.

Who is responsible for all the inflation around the world? It's basically the banks, those of the US and the UK, closely tied with the banks of Germany.

The point is that people have a difficult time finding out about the attributes of God without the Bible. And the ROC promotes reading and studying the Bible. Further, God comes to people through their reading of the Bible more than any other way. The knowledge of Jesus and salvation would be completely absent if it were not shown through the Bible. The ROC and the Bible are a gift of God to man.

This means that if the ROC is a branch of the FSB, the FSB might have certain Christian tendencies. If only the FSB would bring those Christian tendencies to full strength, Russia might become the most wonderful government of the world.

Full scale invasion of Russia in Ukraine started exactly one year ago - on 24th February 2022. Probably many ukrainians count time before it and after it. After one year Ukraine is still standing strong. While Russia failed to achieve any major success, but they successfully made some major retreats. What the NaZiocons seem to have been doing is getting their people out of places like Bakhmud and replacing them with toothless territorial defense persons and conscripts/kidnapees in furtherance of the ethnic slavo-cleansing operation taking place in that area.  Works because life-expectancy in such areas are a matter of days, and there is no pressing need to even waste arms and ammunition by supplying the victims with it.

The thing is that you are just saying what you want to believe, but it is actually far from reality.  ROC used to be a branch of KGB during Soviet times, and it is a branch of the FSB today(even inside of the USA).

No, the ROC doesn't promote reading and studying the Bible. It promotes listening to them, and believing in their interpretations. "Any Russian soldier who dies in the war in Ukraine is forgiven for his sins", -  said the head of the Russian Orthodox Church a few days after the partial mobilization ordered by Putin. FSB doesn't have any Christian tendencies. They are just lying to uneducated people in pursuit of their goals.

Sometimes I wonder if you are confused or trying to confuse others. The POTUS and government of the US manage the budget of the US. Not just for this matter but for all matters. YOU do not get to say what people want - they are the ones representing the people and have the right to manage the country in their name.

Many could argue that they would rather not have roads, or an army or a federal government or even not funding the police but until they are a voting majority they do not manage the country. You do not like spending money to help Ukraine? Get it voted. Anyway you will pay a larger bill later on if the RF gets a hold on the very few allies that the US has left in the world.

"Sacred text" (I assume you are talking about the Christian mythologic stories) are "sacred" just because a bunch of people believe so. They are not "now in doubt" they have been in doubt since they were written (BTW many years after any possible original even had happened, which means that they cannot be accurate, not to mention the 1000 translations from anything "original" and the "cleaning" by the church). Anyone trying to make any literal interpretation of these mythological stories does not even understand where they come from and, furthermore, arrogates him or herself with the ability to understand texts that are cryptic in nature.

For example, these "texts" state that the sun moves around the earth, which basically force Galileo to "admit he was wrong" to save his life, while it is now clear that the "texts" and the interpretation were wrong. How many wrong things are going to happen because people like you believe in imaginary friends and think that facts and non-facts are just a "point of view"?

Like in Ukraine, who is invading who, who is the absolutist despot, who could stop the war and how - there are very hard facts being muddied to smoke-curtain a blatant aggression.

You are trying to make standing with Ukraine equal to standing with the Russian Federation. Nice try, but they are not. One is the aggressor, the other is defending and this is not a symmetrical situation. Putin is shelling cities in Ukraine, Ukraine is not shelling cities in the RF. Putin is destroying the energy infrastructure in Ukraine, Ukraine is not doing so in the RF.

What you try to make look like a "balanced position" is not such and you "do not stand with the people" if you do not stand with Ukraine.

This morning, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported to Ukraine President Zelensky about the tactical encirclement and the impossibility of evacuating the remaining Ukrainian units.

This is a massive victory for the Russian Army.   By finally taking Bakhmut, Russia has now cut-off all supply lines for the Ukrainian Army to the south and southeast of Ukraine.  Those areas will now fall, one at a time, to the never-ending Russian onslaught.

Ukraine is losing the war.  As reported on this web site from the very beginning, once the Russian Army crossed their border, Ukraine stood no chance at all.  Only the West thought otherwise, and provided aid to Ukraine.  That aid only served to delay the inevitable, and cost tens-of-thousands of more Ukrainian deaths.

If someone haven't saw yet, there is some interesting news from Belarus. Someone blew up Russian plane nearby to Minsk. There isn't just simple plane, it have radar which is able to detect activated air defence systems and and target it. There is just few such planes in service and each is worth $330m. It was done either by Ukrainian drones or Belarus partisans did it
