Been mining on GPUMAX for about 4 days now, and really love it so far! Any way to reset the BTC income count after each payout? Also, any plans for adding API support for apps like BTCmon in the future?
Also, I have a rig with 1.95GHs pointed at GPUMAX, the GPU usage drops off down to around 50% for a few seconds about twice every minute. Not a huge deal, but this lowers the average hashrate to around 1.91GHs. Any idea what that's about? Seems like there's not enough work for that rig or something, as my other rig in the same house, using same miner and same pool doesn't have that problem, but is only 490MHs.

Pirateat40, is there something up with the live updating worker view? My miners appear to be connected and mining, but the share counter isn't ticking up, nor is the little graph showing up. Also, 1.4% rejects.

"service invoked too many times for one dat"
Was this about the API? If so (or even if not), Pirate, how often do you accept polling the API per day or per hour? We have no limit in place at this time. it is Google's limit on fetchurl - when i added gpumax to the list of sites to read i went over googles random limit, so now i only update once every 5 minutes, seems fine and its not like there is much of a difference in 1-5 minutes (And i can force an update too so yeah)

Update
We'll begin accepting Dwolla and MtGox codes on the site soon but we've been asked by a few people to start manually processing payments for purchases.
Since GPUMAX as a whole doesn't make any reference to Bitcoin (on it's website) would you consider using Paypal for Canadian orders (for trusted/verified members) ? I know that Paypal simply hates Bitcoin, but if an invoice such as 'GPU RENTAL' were to be paid to GPUMAX, would it help to create less 'buzz' to keep off of Paypal's radar ? Dwolla isn't available to Canadians and I can't think of another payment processor off the top of my head that would be easier than Paypal under the right circumstances. Obviously a straight Credit Card payment would also work for many and would probably even be preferable over Paypal. I'm not sure if this has been discussed already, so if it has and has been rejected, I apologize for make reference to it again.

Just throw up a nuch of 'Seti@Home' and 'Folding@Home' banners up on the front page and that should be enough to throw them (Paypal) off....lol They love that kinda stuff and GPU's are used for 'em

C'est le ton qui fait la musique... I know....after re-reading it, it seems that the 'tone' might be a bit 'off' being read by some. Internet + Tone = hit & miss....lol I should have posted " Pirate, could you have a look at the last PM I sent to you, please ?" Lesson of the day....I should fully wake up before typing/sending messages...lol Thank you for bringing that to my attention

HI! after a few days on the waiting list i got my invite, thanks!
i already set pools in my account but now i want to delete them and i don't see an option for that. can anyone help me with that?
also, if i set cgminer to request work from gpumax but i have no pool configured in my gpumax account, just lease, would it move to a backup pool when there is no leased work?

Pirate, would you mind replying to my PM please.
This might help (from his lending thread): UpdateI will be out of reach during the following times: - Friday Night After 5PM CST
- Saturday Night After 4PM CST
You can still reach me by email or by PM but I won't be able to process any withdrawals during these times. Payments for both days will go out as normal. Thanks,

I was wondering this as well, but as far as I can tell, you can't setup a worker without specifying private pool for it to fallback on.

What happens if you setup your private pool to point to your own IP address, where you are running a temporary redirection service to a real pool while setting up? After setting up your private pool and worker, you could stop the redirection service, and your "private pool" would always be offline. I can't see how GPUMAX could automatically distinguish this case from a real private pool just being down for a while.
I haven't been getting any downtime because of GPUMAX lately, and the private pool system is good enough. The requirement to have a private pool is just a bit odd, and perhaps easy to circumvent if you really want to?

you can not send work to an unapproved pool i was mining with clipse's pool and gpumax doesn't even work with it, let alone solo mining

Started mining today on gpumax and like what I have seen so far. P40, after joined today and figured out what I needed to do make bitHopper work with my workers/pools, I submitted a pull request for bitHopper so our users can come to your market with some more hash power... hope you feel it! btw, an api for stats would be fun...
