Who made this offer? The bartender i dont see any value in what was revealed so far. and why was 1st offer 6.5 million rejected and then 2.5 mil was excepted?before any votes shouldnt more info be public? or do you think more than enough info has been released?is there a letter of intent?is a a letter showing credit wortheness?in my mind there should at least be a letter of intent even if non binding before talks even started even if the deal fell thru you would have documents showing interest?as far as i know there is none of this
No offer was accepted or rejected to my knowledge. The name and other information about the offer has not been released. The offer for $2.5 million USD was a revised offer (from what I understand) with a larger payout immediately and nothing down the road and a removal of some of the restrictions. As there is nothing in the LLC that says a letter of intent has to be issued for discussions about selling any iPOCO. Feel free to post over at http://karmashares.com/forums/index.php/board,60.0.html if you have any ideas about how these offers for iPOCOs should be handled. We are always looking for new ideas and input.

i think your right on the different values and a good decisoin to but to boil it down for anything with real value not for sale and some one says ill buy you.smart seller says buyer what is your intent in writing before we can talk. buyer should be identifded with letter head with intent and creditworthness before anything starts even talks. oor thats the start of talks
its not like someone says think ill buy you show me your books and your code ...show me how this thing humms then we can talk money

I could assist you with some java parts. I am programming social simulations in java which is not very demanding and I have a very limited domain knowledge about the blockchain technology. Java OO is fine for me. However, I would like to take part in case a community driven software development takes place. Maybe I am better than I know

I'm very comfortable with Java and C (I use those two for many years), and more or less OK with php, C# and Lisp.

Hi,
Thank you for the heads up but I am afraid that I can no longer keep karma listed. I am unable to find any pool/block explorer with a public API allowing me to fetch the difficulty and the current block height. That data is needed to provide a correct calculation. Hello everyone, It's been a while since I've checked here. I emailed earlier cointweek to adjust karma from scrypt to x11. This was the reply I got back. Any one knows what can be done to rectify this? I'm not a techy guy.

Hey guys! PLEASE! DON'T MINE KARM ON multi-pool.eu!!!It uses scrypt, but now it's x11. I've mined 2 days, because http://cointweak.com/calculator/index/scrypt says me about a great profit on this coin, but it X11! Be aware of that pool till it updates. After i did some reviews in my history i come to realise that i never contacted them to let them know that we would be forking. Not sure about any other team member contacting them either. So i apologize. I already contacted them yesterday and the owner replied promptly. They are aware of the changes and we are working on a solution

Can some one help Socoban get his answers? Remember, the faster we get this working the better is for karma. As soon as API is in sync with the block explorer then anyone with little dev experience cans set up karma services via the API call. anyone wanting to set up any kind of service will be able to do it easily.

I really can't believe the price didn't go wild on that $2.5 million deal. Wat? No other alt has that kind of thing in the works. Very odd.

i think most are thinking it wont go thru
this news does not affect Karma directly.. lill was designed and built by karmashares members and is owned by karmashares LLC. right now it is all just words and opinions in a forum. the general feeling i get from reading the thread discussions since it was first announced is that it wont go through. this is why the issue needs to be put to a proper vote by karma shares investors. if the deal went through and even a tiny portion of that money went in to stabilizing the karma price and building more projects in the interest of Kama then the price would rise significantly. but none of that matters if nothing is signed or agreed by karma shares.

Are we talking days, weeks, months? I mean, reviewing a proposal, an offer shouldn't take more than a few days I would think - or let's say a week or two at the most. That's my thinking but I'd like to hear the opinion of the actual people behind the deal. Thanks!
