ORA very good, hope I can get the opportunity to participate in.
In addition I have a question, how is allocated before the rest of the assignment? Distributed to shareholders in front of or free again?

Hey, has the ORA been distributed already?
yes that is my question also! I guess not, but an info on what threads to watch and where the announcement will be made would be nice! Thanks, I received my ORA as NXT asset!

Is the Ora price correct on the exchange? It's already going for $1200?

ORA has been distributed, of course.
Great and fair distribution, devs being here answering all our inquiries.
What else do we need? I think that this is one of the most important and fair coins with stake distribution.

You just have to open your NXT wallet and see if you received the ORA Asset It's very easy to know because you're going to find it on the 'Last wallet movements' Cheers!

Stakeholder update 08/03.
I'm doing a daily check for newly secured NXT addresses, of the 889 entries in total which made it through all phases. Nothing new since last update. Total number of secured NXT accounts is still 822. PM me if you have any questions or concerns.

Do what you want. Initial distribution fair, rest is up to market. The dumpers seem to have stopped at the current price, so YMMV. 20-30 million might be tough, currently 49 asks in total of 4'824'160 ORA for 598'036.26 NXT (source: http://nxtreporting.com/?as=16194910134118257692) Well Mac Red could sell me in bulk. I saw him having 50 million sitting there.

Which 'you' are YOU asking? lol I think there would be a range of opinions on whether it was positive or negative to have a big whale gobble up that many ORA now, but it's a FREE market, and obviously possible that someone with deep pockets might try. The trading of ORA assets is separate from ORA technical development, and I'd have no objection, but that's just me. ORA is an experiment after all, and a big whale buy-up would make things interesting, but it probably wouldn't change things too much. IMO the people with the biggest influence on ORA's future direction will be those who gain 'peer recognition' and respect from the community, and a big whale who stays in the background will have less 'influence' than an active person with good community standing, even if the active guy has a small stake. Also, someone who starts with a small FREE stake could accumulate a large stake from 'power bounties' anyway, so a 'malevolent whale' probably couldn't do much harm. I raise the possibility of a malevolent whale, just because I know in the past you weren't very complimentary of (K)ORA, so maybe your hypothetical is exploring that possibility. Maybe you changed your mind on ORA, but maybe you haven't. <snip> and open source, let people know it is not a clone,it is unique..
Open source it then we will know if it is a clone or not. I can see why people want the source to be released. I personally would like to see the source, and also design information (such as a detailed description of the PoS algorithm), although I can also understand why it is still closed. But there is no longer any doubt about the "clone" question: it is definitely not a clone of Nxt, or any other established coin. I don't really like Kora guys so I understand the closed source part. However without opening the source, no once can know how "innovative" the coin is. POS is common place and all features being implemented so far are of garden variety ones.

I saw him having 50 million sitting there. I agree with Jack Needles, initial distribution was fair, and so will the remaining distribution! Lots of FREE small stakes initially from an open transparent process, with the rest held in trust to reward people WHO DO THINGS! Mac Red WORKED for his stake, from designing, building, and managing a highly efficient & effective registration process. That's fair! I'm very glad someone like Mac Red has a big stake! He worked for it, and he's also earnt community respect for his conduct too! Anyone who follows Mac's example can (potentially) EARN a big stake too, if they get the respect of the ORA community for what they do, and how they do it!

Thanks for the encouragement! I think with the 'Starfish' approach the emphasis is on the 'WE', and 'we' can also borrow from the "think globally, act locally" mindset too. Because we don't have a 'leader' as such, nobody can tell anybody else what to do. That is both empowering, but it can be a little daunting too. I think the key is 'communication', because without a traditional management hierarchy to 'keep us all in line' chaos, stagnation & bickering *could* set in if everyone 'waits' for instructions, or waits for others to do 'stuff'. The Starfish is a very effective organisational approach, but it's not without its own problems. How do we agree on things? That's where the NXT voting system will come in (hopefully)! The NXT community is currently debating their own 'organisation' structure at the moment. A lot we can learn from our 'brothers/sisters" at NXT! https://nxtforum.org/general-discussion/organized-nxt/

I am just saying he could sell me in bulk if he wants. I am going to offer the market price for 25 million which Mac Reed of course cannot unload anywhere else.

@ARGpentem One guy buying that much would be pretty interesting/cool to see. Would probably get some extra people talking about Ora too. That's pretty much my opinion on it. As for my own share, I'm not selling anything atm (though I am giving away parts of it).

Thanks for the answer. I need to consider what my plan is with ORA. It sounds like you have a solid team, however even if I am buying it is unlikely I am going to pump the price though.
