Windows lags when mining and browsing. When using version 9.7 I use to option -li 1 and it keeps windows from lagging.
I try using that with version 10.1, even using -li 50 still lag.
I'm using windows 7 with Crimson-ReLive-17.9.2-Sep21 driver.
Try using Blockchain-Workloads-Aug23, always can not start mining (error amdocl64.dll)
GPU PowerColor Red Dragon RX 480 4GB, using mod bios.
Anyone can help?
use windows 10

AMD rx550 not work  Angry

no ASM binary  found Sad

Yes currently only popular cards are supported: Pitcairn, Tahiti, Hawaii, Fiji, Tonga, Ellesmere, Baffin, Vega.
I will add other cards but a bit later.

For the meantime, could you at least let this new version run other GPUs on the board. I have rx550 and rx480 installed and I can't run it using the -di command or is there another way around this short of unslotting my rx550? Sad

I run a rig with 4 RX460, 1 RX480, 1 RX570 with Claymore v10.1 in one hour on nanopool. Claymore show hash on my PC is 2760, stable; but I see on nanopools site, hashshare and share found still smaller than Sgminer miner! I use default setting of Claymore, same diff 120k on both miner.
In logfile, a lot of job change...

Can someone help with settings for 7870 ?
On 9.7 version a had only 370H ( i use -h 640)
On 10 version i have 420H ( -h 512, -dmem 0)...
Other -h options give me only 320-350H, and -dmem 1  -- freeze rig.

This version is not so easy to use because you have to adjust "-h" and "-dmem" values often, I will try to improve it soon.
1. "-dmem 1" requires twice more memory, make sure you have enough virtual memory. For example, if you have 6 GPUs 8GB, set virtual memory to 6*8=48GB.
2. Check how much memory miner allocates, it shows something like "(Memory used: 5128MB)", make sure you have this memory on your GPU.
3. You can see low hashrate if you use almost all memory on GPU, try to reduce "-h" value a bit.

Guys if you are getting the "GpuMiner dk2an0 failed" error, be sure to note Claymore's comments above. I was initially getting the same error with my RX480 8GB rig. Lowering to -h 1024 will solve the issue but make the program only see 4GB on my cards. After changing page file to 48GB, the miner runs beautifully with default -h and -dmem settings.

Ellesmere RX480 8GB, same modded BIOS, default miner settings:
CryptoNote Miner 9.7 - 850 H/s
CryptoNote Miner 10 - 987 H/s

Thanks Claymore!

so you say you don't use any flags but increased page file to 48gb and now you get 987hs ?

This might be a silly question but can I assume that this CryptoNote Miner (and the CPU version) are capable of mining other coins that use this same (or similar) algo's?  I know that the dual miner is capable of this as I mined Musicoin + DCR for a few days switching over from ETH + DCR, but wondering if this will do the same.  For instance, if I wanted to mine AEON, SUMO or BCN, would I just need to change my pool and wallet address accordingly to start mining that other coin, or is there something else required?

The problem is solved. 8 r7 370 ^ 4 Gb= 32 Gb virtual memory to equalize the situation.
