@Peeps have you got any time to review betbtc during the previous week? What was your opinion?

Interface is phenomenal and very user friendly. Deposits were credited after 3 confirmations as stated on your site. Withdrawal times on 3 different withdrawals were 2 minutes, 20 minutes and 16 hours.

For the bad, there's very little liquidity even for EPL and NFL. There aren't any NCAA markets. In the NFL a ML is listed but not a spread.

I really like the site and hope that there's more liquidity in the near future.

We strive to improve BetBTC everyday. There are still things that can be better, however your D rank is unfair at the moment especially if we take in consideration that there are many books out there with settlement and withdrawal problems with C and B ranks.

All liquidity is placed by our users. We can't be liable if league x or event y "is listed but not a spread", our action towards this is only improving and promoting betbtc so that more people get in and this empty markets don't exist anymore on the future.

What we should be ranked for is about how our platform is solid and secure, how our deposits are credited in time, how our withdrawals are credited in time, how you can make a trading exactly like you do on betfair (cutting liabilities like no other do), how our events are settled in time, how we haven't lost a satoshi in more than 1 year, how we haven't had any complaint in more than 1 year, etc..

About the lack of leagues just one word, we could deploy all leagues and matches on the platform, we pay for all that already. The point is that we prefer to have only the majors for now so that the liquidity could be more concentrated. Maybe on the future if we think it will be positive we could get them back in (as we already had on the beginning).

I agree that "D" is too low. The rating is bumped to "C-". In order for it to go any higher the liquidity will have to grow.

Although, I have no problem personally with withdrawals taking up to 24 hours, the community here is much more stringent. A 15 minute withdrawal time limit has been set and books not meeting that requirement cannot be rated higher than "B". Some exceptions on that limit will be allowed such as large withdrawals, poker transfers and an account being red flagged for review.

We are currently working on the withdrawal times (automatising some manual procedures) and soon we will be able to process 90% of withdrawals on that period. The remaining shouldn't take more than 2/3 hours, will that be a problem?

I tried to use anonibet last week but I do not prefer to use more. Because I can not play live sport bets easily. When I tried to bet a match in live, everytime the odds was changed and I couldn't bet what I want. The odds were changed or the bets were changed. 
Yeah I know bets and odds must change but this period does not affect the playing.

I cheched the option of changing odds too. But maybe as you said, the line changings are really fast and I couldn't get my bets which I wanted.

actually they need to implement live support, so we can talk with them online, email is not so efficient and sometimes can be misunderstanding. they didn't respond customers which is bad.

Email can be efficient if the respond time is less than 3 hours , maximum 5 hours and after that it will not be efficient anymore. No one will want to wait for days just for one small complaint. Peeps need to lower their rating as a punishment because of this . This will sure make them to increase their support service more

The site is constantly down. I get this at least 3-4 times a week and it doesn't just last for a minute or two. It last for 20 min to 1 hour + each time and happens throughout the day.

Cloudbet said that "all of your pending bets have now been settled and your account credited accordingly."

But this is not true.

Cloudbet admint logged in 7 hours ago but said nothing again.  (You can check it if you click on cloudbet name)

I have 5 pending bets. 2.4 BTC locked in 3 winner pending bets.

1 winner pending  bet should have been settled 8 days ago.
1 lost pending should have been settled 8 days ago.
1 winner pending should have been settled 5 days ago.
1 lost pending  bet should have been settled  5 days ago.
1 winner pending bet should have been settled 2 days ago.

My NBA preseason pending winner bet from October 22 has been settled yesterday.

I sent another 3 emails .
4 hours ago cloudbet answered :

Hi,

I can't find any bets associated with the email account you are emailing from.

If you have another account can you please contact us from that address.

Please also bear in mind, opening two accounts is against our terms and conditions and I would ask that you let us close one of them if this is the case.

Cloudbet had 5 hours to settle my pending bets , but did nothing again.

Cloudbet has no more customer service.

Now i will register at all bookmaker forums (sbr and others) , facebook too and share this issue.

Another Cloudbet slowpay - (I believe I'm interpreting these posts correctly and) it took them about 10.5 hours to send 0.05 btc = ~ $1.46 USD.

(Good thing it wasn't a really big withdrawal like $4.23 or something like that).

Peeps Place feels 15 minutes should be the max time for a withdrawal (I agree - and think 15 minutes is being generous to the book for a btc withdrawal) - Cloudbet seems to be taking about 48 times as long or more.
