burst.ninja shows a estimate of 29pb and burstcoin.eu of 17pb.
the basetarget is for several blocks below 700000 which only happend a couple of times until now.

a full list with all blocks with a such high diff is here:
http://pastebin.com/8nbCXk1j

looks like some huge miner joined the game  Cool

aehem, no: burst.ninja has a very short interval for calculating the diff,
it may just show the raw value (translated to Petabytes).
burstcoin.eu has a sliding day-average, hence the difference.

If you look at a day-average, the last week looks like this [PB]:

14.0352
11.8937
12.3512
11.1807
13.4713
14.4589
13.5746

If I look at the last 7 raw block values you just see the diff-regulation busy at work [PB]:

18.4393
20.8804
21.5826
21.2423
20.7699
22.8331
23.2555

but these raw values are "useless", you need to average (to your liking) - just like
burstcoin.eu does.

Technological RoadMap
Basic pool support (done)
Improved pool support (done)
Advanced transactions(escrow, subscription, reserve funds then transfer not yet known portion later)(some done)
Automated transactions (turing complete smart contracts) (done)
BurstId authentication system
Allow linking BurstId to burst account for transfers with spending limits.
DHT for off-chain services
Off-chain encrypted messaging and voip between burstid accounts
File storage (disclaimer: still figuring out a good way to do this. this will take a while.)

seems dev didn't update the states of these action for at least more than 4 month. so whether dev still working on these function is a problem

dev posted a lil while back (I'll have to look) about what he is currently working on, I believe he said security measures, that he believed were long overdue.

Version 0.1.5 is out now!

Features:
+ Dark style (new)
+ Minimize to tray (new)
+ Wallet/Passphrase Manager
+ Switch between Online and Local Wallet
+ Crowdfunding & Lotteries

https://sourceforge.net/projects/burstwindowswallet/files/latest/download

It's enough to replace Burst_Wallet.exe. If you're using it the first time you can drop your old Blockchain into the "burst_db" folder.

dev still around ? Smiley

Yes, the dev posted less than 2 weeks ago, and he is still active in the core slack, I saw him online yesterday. He's a busy guy, just let him work. That's the best for all of us.

I have many ideas I have posed to the team now, that should be approved and decided upon within days, then you will see some posts I will be making.

My main goal is go get more work done, more activity, more recognition, more development, more people working for us.

Is that a hard goal to attain? Maybe.

Is it a goal we shy away from? Absolutely not!

Go BURST!

It's enough to replace Burst_Wallet.exe. If you're using it the first time you can drop your old Blockchain into the "burst_db" folder.

Gonna give this a shot now, Good work bro.
Why under the pages of Crowdfunding and Lotteries, they are still blank!

Is this Open Source? I don't want to run an executable without compiling first/verifying the signature.

Hey guys i was trying to fix this problem for the past hour:

Code:
2015-07-08 07:17:31 INFO: Started API server at 127.0.0.1:8125
2015-07-08 07:17:31 SEVERE: Errors running startup tasks:
java.net.BindException: Address already in use

java.lang.RuntimeException: Errors running startup tasks:
java.net.BindException: Address already in use

so i did

Code:
lsof -i :8123

And found out my code editor (http://brackets.io/ which is an awesome code editor) uses 8123, so after killing the process, (pkill -9 brackets) Burstcoin started smoothly.

Hope it helps someone in the future.

Waited for the question:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/burstwindowswallet/

I found some minor bugs, so that's the latest version:

Any chance you can upload this to Github and maintain the code there please?

Thank you. I'm new to Burst and downloaded your program, looks nice, keep working on it Smiley As a beginner you can not "drop" the old blockchain into the correct folder, but have to download it through your peers. I still haven't got the whole thing yet.

Can someone upload it to a server, torrent or some other server? It seems quite big.

Thanks!
