Paykey is awesome i sent gems over whatsapp but it will get really handy if AE come giving gems real value. Atm tts all about the userbase for the AE to have effect and its rising every day.

Sorry you can say all you want but there is no doubt about how fcking genius paykey actually is. Combine it with an even bigger concept which is the AE AND make buying gems within the app then this will explode hard. Only AE and easy gems buy is left.

I fully aggree with this statement. Although there are still uncertenties with regard to buy gems from within the app. I am also happy that the success of the concept does not depend on the sad and toxic environment of crypto "enthusiasts" (best feature of the project imo). Look at what it has become since the early days of doge....

We asked this question in a new group we made called community questions for team, regarding buying Gems in app Daniel answered the following.

Quote
A2: the easiest way to implement buying gems is through the google play and App Store payment mechanism (users already on-boarded) their debit card. Our legal team is working on it with the relevant counterparts.

Big issue imho. Most of my friends can´t even use gemz because of old Android. And now i can´t use paykey because of "old" Android.

Lower version don't work properly yet. So I blocked lower versions. Better then downloading and unable to use it. The app has a lot of work to be done so stay tuned, your version will be available later on

Good to hear they are looking into it, i so hope they can add this feature to buy Gems from the app and open buying Gems for the entire userbase and not just a couple poloniex traders. If there is 1 Crypto besides Bitcoin that can offer easy access to buy its this project. If you pay attention you will see that all other coins marketcap are stuck at their current price for a long time, no new users thus money is coming in because not being able to reach mainstream and offer an easy way for them to buy.

If GetGems can offer this extremely important service than it would be a huge deal and they have basically broken this pain point. Right now the marketcap depends on a handful of users and not open to thousands as the actual app is.

Gain users -> make Gems usable everywhere on every social app (PayKey) -> implement a usecase for the token (AE) -> offer buying Gems from the app = win

Man if i had btc left now i would be buying, this project is progressing all the time, update after update, userbase increasing rapidly and innovations being introduced frequently, devs travelling to promote, have big connections. Only a matter of time before Gems explodes imo, wait untill they open up easy way to buy Gems for thousands of people and Gems gets a real usecase with the AE. Userbase wise i think its already top 3, 10k new downloads in only 30 days, that has to be a record after dogecoin back in the days. What do u think will happen if its network effect will hit 1 million? We all will be rich mofos.

Well you sound very confident in the potential. My take was that I gave it some time but nothing much happened, so I'm glad I sold with a small profit but now I see the price is very low and I'm thinking of buying some. Maybe even start collecting with their daily bonus and other ways.

What do you think is the real value of Gems, not what they aim but how much do you think it will be worth if the userbase keeps expanding as it has in the previous months?

Some will tell you it will be worth as much as btc and other will say it will be worthless.  Do your own research (sit in some of the GG group discussion) and invest what you can afford to lose.
I believed in the project and set aside a certain amount for long term.  Nothing anyone says on here (good or bad) will change my views about the project.  As for the real value of Gems, I don't think anyone knows.  It's all speculations.

Yes I understand, the same can be applied to Bitcoin value, it's all speculation and I know the altcoin market is heavily manipulated sometimes. It seemed odd to me seeing the drop in price lately so that's why I'm asking you these questions. I already did my research before when I was holding, so I wanted to check some new opinions based on the current dip, maybe there's a manipulator bringing the price down.

How exactly does one manipulate a coin with less than 1 btc vol?

If the price is so friken awesome right now why is no one buying?

I'm sure they are in the "wait and see" approach.  Plus the rise in btc didn't help.

I think its not a bad decision positioning yourself for the GetGems growth, the fact that numbers in different areas are increasing is a positive indicator. Increasing numbers like userbase, developments and updates, maturing and recognition of the brand, paykey with getgems is listed 95th in top financial apps on playstore while 3 days ago it wasnt even top 500, these are all bullish. As the ecosystem keeps growing i expect the price to follow at one point.

Bottom line, a lot of belief in expanding user base is based on Daniels post of 10,000 new users in 30 days. now if come 30 days from then, around Christmas he can't show another 10,000 or even 5,000 were added we know the figures are a head fake from getting buffalo audience to download the app....and there IS NO organic growth to get excited about.

Btw you are delusional about Paykey downloads being bullish.....it hasn't even broken 100 downloads.....even shitcoins on here get more wallets than that downloaded at the beginning.

I don't think you read my reply before commenting, paykey with getgems is currently 95th in top financial apps on playstore while 3 days ago it wasnt even top 500. And as the Android dev said: "The app has a lot of work to be done so stay tuned".

Whatever it is, 10k users did join the network, whether it's from Buffalo or some other place only shows the teams is able to create an event to increase userbase. The fact that it's increasing in the first place is a good sign, atleast it's way easier to increase getgems userbase than litecoin or peercoin for example. Also i doubt all 10k were from buffalo, i dont know if this pace of 10k every month can keep going but overall getgems is growing.

Paykey for Gems is a completely useless app.

Who is sending/receiving gems in social networks other than GG?

For what practical purpose?

The app appears to be a prototype for Paykey for Fiat.
