Please resubmit your email and I check it right away! done! I can see two deposits and two withdrawals in your account and they were all processed properly. Your account was probably among the accounts that had unconfirmed balance shown from the malleability attack that was going on a while back. We have flushed these duplicate transactions that never confirmed. The malleability attack was affecting seemingly random transactions on the bitcoin network by broadcasting duplicate transactions with a different transaction id. Our bitcoin software saw both the original transactions and the duplicates and added these as unconfirmed balance. However only the ones that confirmed were credited to accounts. Our software didn't handle this properly and left the unconfirmed balance from the transactions that never confirmed. So the accounts with deposits that were affected by the malleability attack were properly credited once one of the transactions confirmed, but kept showing also the unconfirmed balance from the duplicate transaction. We have now implemented error handing for this so that once our bitcoin software realises that a transaction will never confirm, it no longer shows it as unconfirmed balance. However, all accounts were always credited correctly when we received confirmations. The malleability attack also affected some withdrawals. We remove the user balance immediately when a withdrawal is made and broadcast the transaction. If the transaction is attacked with the malleability attack, our software will see the duplicate transaction and subtract the balance from the account a second time. This balance remains subtracted when having zero confirmations but we have now corrected so that when our software realises that a duplicate transaction will never confirm, the user balance goes back to normal. We have also corrected the displayed balance on all affected accounts.

Here is what happened: I made a big deposit, it showed as received on blockexplorer, the balance was also correct on blockexplorer, the coins never got credited on Satoshi. Blockchain/blockexplorer showed that your wallet poccessed my coins, thats proof of you receiving my coins. I then made another deposit, which got credited, i withdraw the second deposit. The first deposit NEVER got credited, it also was transferred into cold storage/ or internerly. one withdrawel was made! not two! I have proof of it. If you gonna steal my money, please tell me it instead of making up this BS story. I will give you more time to sort this out.

My first deposit was 18.5 - never got credited: 1P1HKwYhxJcLRcFTErDK62PkgoEbRkUdLv
Second deposit was: 2.39834359 - this got credited after being confirmed.
I withdrew 2.39(2.3899 = after transaction fee) to this wallet: 1BxL33WtTusT1MPU27EUryP6UyvgqNsVux
nothing else was made, because the coins NEVER got credited.
I also have change left in my account from the second deposit, because if my account ever was compromised, they would steal all the coins and not just take some of it.
To put the end to this, I tried to withdrew more then my balance, but the site did not allow me, because my first deposti NEVER GOT CREDITED.
The account also have zero betting history which have been screen shotted several times.
I never had access to my first deposit, even though blockchain confirmed it.
Please give me back my coins!
The blockchain show I have 0 balance, while my account show I have 0.00834359 balance. The transactions you see on the blockchain is your internal wallet transfering my coins around, not me withdrawing except for the 2.39BTC withdrawel

Hey SatoshiDICE_PR, I have also had a similar problem for more than one month now, with no answer from satoshidice support. Could you look into my issue too? I just resent the email. My deposit address for satoshidice was 18paEFyLJwtvt7qTgjFFpCoajt549nqqwg In my case I also submitted BTC with the transaction showing OK on the blockchain but it was never credited on your site. Would you say I was also victim of this "malleability attack"? note: the transaction was confirmed many times on the blockchain, in all this time

Damnit satoshidice is getting better and better by the day!
I love your new slotmachine, too bad I cannot use it on the laptop because i dont have flash, but on my PC it works great.
Well I dont like flash based stuff, but definitely it gives a better enviroment for gambling, and the experience is much richer. I think more people should check out the slotmachine feature, it is very exciting!

I see the account with the transfers you refer to (hash bf59655914a36be27dff469c9f8c35de). It was credited 20.89834359 in total and the same amount show as withdrawn. It also has two deposits and two withdrawals. Your other account (hash 4c85007005c2bc15a666eb21febca871) has similar deposits and withdrawals that both add up and were credited.

Hey satoshidice, what do I have to do to get an answer? I've been patient while you ignore my private messages, emails and posts in this thread. It's been a month trying repeatedly to get my coins back. In my case it's a smaller amount than user SamedamnBTC but that doesn't mean you have the right to keep my money for free without even an explanation.

Why you credited on 2.39 BTC more after you lost 18 BTC deposit? Can you make screenshots of the site?

I am checking the actual balance credited to the accounts from deposits and it all adds up. The deposit and withdrawal transactions are in the blockchain for anyone to view and we sent out the same amount of coins that we received.

If your bitcoin client can't see them, maybe it's not handling malleability attacks correctly?

Sorry for the slow answer. We see 3 deposits from you: a04567f7f53a513fa0c06e3007ad65add51dc28c6f1baebe85b9ae51f7c663fe 0.01854420 f036da634710f80b146d6bcca179cebff61e0da818c66bdbcdb79d40105afe39 0.03940291 f80d267150714fae82c3a420c76ccb58bd9d3133180b5b49c333c13d52065029 0.02108000 This totals to: 7902711 satoshis Actual balance credited to your account for deposits in our system: 7902711 satoshis, so it matches. I think it probably just appeared to be missing because the malleability made an unconfirmed balance appear that never confirmed and thus was removed.
