Damnit satoshidice is getting better and better by the day!
I love your new slotmachine, too bad I cannot use it on the laptop because i dont have flash, but on my PC it works great.
Well I dont like flash based stuff, but definitely it gives a better enviroment for gambling, and the experience is much richer. I think more people should check out the slotmachine feature, it is very exciting!
Thanks, it took a lot of blood, sweat and tears to create that slot game. We'll publish more games soon...ish

My first deposit was 18.5 - never got credited: 1P1HKwYhxJcLRcFTErDK62PkgoEbRkUdLv
Second deposit was: 2.39834359 - this got credited after being confirmed.
I withdrew 2.39(2.3899 = after transaction fee) to this wallet: 1BxL33WtTusT1MPU27EUryP6UyvgqNsVux
nothing else was made, because the coins NEVER got credited.
I also have change left in my account from the second deposit, because if my account ever was compromised, they would steal all the coins and not just take some of it.
To put the end to this, I tried to withdrew more then my balance, but the site did not allow me, because my first deposti NEVER GOT CREDITED.
The account also have zero betting history which have been screen shotted several times.
I never had access to my first deposit, even though blockchain confirmed it.
Please give me back my coins!
The blockchain show I have 0 balance, while my account show I have 0.00834359 balance. The transactions you see on the blockchain is your internal wallet transfering my coins around, not me withdrawing except for the 2.39BTC withdrawel
I see the account with the transfers you refer to (hash bf59655914a36be27dff469c9f8c35de). It was credited 20.89834359 in total and the same amount show as withdrawn. It also has two deposits and two withdrawals. Your other account (hash 4c85007005c2bc15a666eb21febca871) has similar deposits and withdrawals that both add up and were credited. but thats the issue, they never got credited! my withdrawel and deposit is proof of that. dont use the blockchain, check my account interelly in your system please. I know what i am doing and my money havent left your site!! Do you mean that your account could deposit and withdraw the balance, but it never showed up as credited on Satoshi Dice? I am checking the actual balance credited to the accounts from deposits and it all adds up. The deposit and withdrawal transactions are in the blockchain for anyone to view and we sent out the same amount of coins that we received. No, it dont add up. because I have balance in my account, while the blockchain show i dont have any balance! THE COINS ARE BEING SENT INTERNALLY not me withdrawing anything. I have never had access to my coins. They showed up as incoming transaction and NEVER got credited, even though the blockchain showed them being sent and received. The first deposit was and have never been credited - my only withdraw is from my second deposit, the sums confirm it. Please check more, i know my coins are not stolen or lost, my system is more then compatible, it works without a problem. The issue stems from sending from too many outputs(electrum wallet) your system dont tackle it. My coins are still in your system. If the withdrawels are correct, then your system is NOT reliable, because it shows I have balance while i should not have balance according to you? this whole thing dont add up, thats the issue. my coins are still intact and my account is not compromised!

If my account was ever compromised, they would steal all the coins and not leave change.
The blockchain say I have 0 balance, while my account possess balance, this means my account is still intact and your system have my coins!
Why you credited on 2.39 BTC more after you lost 18 BTC deposit? Can you make screenshots of the site? because i tried to push my transaction through. My coins are not lost, its in their system, i also have no betting history. The account is fresh with 2 deposits and 1 withdraw. Screen shot of what? I can show the deposit and withdraw transactions of this account. We received two deposits and two withdrawals of the same size were made. If your bitcoin client can't see them, maybe it's not handling malleability attacks correctly? i still possess balance in my account, if you sent out two transactions same size as they came in, how can i have funds in my account? this whole thing dont add up. please look further, i will tip you if you put in effort in trying to locate the coins.

This totals to: 7902711 satoshis Actual balance credited to your account for deposits in our system: 7902711 satoshis, so it matches. I think it probably just appeared to be missing because the malleability made an unconfirmed balance appear that never confirmed and thus was removed.
Thank you very much for answering. I still have doubts however, regarding one issue: You say it was all credited. Is it possible for you to check where all the money went? I mean, if you sum all my withdrawals, plus losses from betting, does it all add up to at least 7902711 satoshis?

Yea maybe with some trimming, if somebody accidentally copies space next to the bitcoin address, the space should be deleted or it should give a popup that the address has space next to it.

I am interested in investing. Your explanation about the investment return is little unclear to me, especially part given below.
"... The original investor's 15 coins now make up 75% and the new investor's 5 coins make up 25% of the total bankroll. If now another 10 coins are lost by players, the first investor gets 7.5 coins and the second investor gets 22.5 coins, bringing their investments up to 22.5 and 7.7 coins respectively...."
In the above scenario given in your website, the second investor should earn 2.5 coins (not 22.5 coins, because 25% of 10 coins is 2.5 coins) and bring the investment of the second investor to 7.5 coins. Please let me know, if I misunderstand your description.
My second question is: the current total house profit is about 1720 BTC. Does it mean that 1720 BTC is your 1.9% house edge plus the lost of game players and you reward a half of 1720 BTC to the investors proportionally based on their stake in the current bankroll? OR the investors are rewarded by 0.95% of 1720 BTC?

I believe the writer of that paragraph forgets about the 50% commission here, though he had that in mind when he was writing the earlier section and was talking about the situation with just one investor. If some players have lost 10 bitcoin, the investors will only be able to share 50% of the profit, ie. 5 bitcoin only. The investor with 75% stake should get 3.75 btc while the second investor with 25% stake should get 1.25 btc.

So investor balance will be according to the original calculation above, only that 50% commission is paid on profits eventually.
