The site is back up now.

you cant be serious!!

im still missing 18.5 BTC!!! I will either spam the fucking net about your scam or you look actually into my issue!

If i withdrew the money, why do I have balance in my account?Huh

nothing make sense. my coins is transferred internally in your wallet!!!!!!!!!!!

LOOK INTO MY CASE PLEASE!!!!

We only found accounts with funds withdrawn and the 18 BTC account had already withdrawn its balance. Can you please give us your user hash (not the secret) and I will check again.

how can i find my user hash?

If you click your user name, you're taken to your profile page that has the user hash in the left bottom.

user hash: bf59655914a36be27dff469c9f8c35de

There's the following transactions in your account:

Deposit: 59c8b8aa482f3f19fc4a996ad25a8f3b007ef5ea3c87beb675b4db1b3daf3bc3 18.50000000

Deposit 2: 89da5a9a56baefddb58e71cc215bd6be139dcb1b1272cdea90888ac339d37cce 2.39834359

The coins never got credited! The transaction you refer to, is your site moving my coins! I only withdraw the second deposit, the first never got credited. The fact that my account show balance, while the blockchain show i have 0 is a proof of that.

I know whats up with the whole situation, i know you can see that i am right aswell. If you steal my money, I will make your site lose more in revenue then to give me back my 18.5 coins. No transaction was ever made with 18.5, if thats the case, then i would never come here. Also, my account have balance, which means my account cant be compromised.

My account is not compromised, the fact that there is balance in there, is a proof of that.

1 month have passed and we havent progressed!

I WANT CONTROL OVER MY COINS TODAY!

It seems whoever is handling this support doesnt know very much about this technical issue. It also seems because that you withdraw the second transaction, they assume you got all your balance back

I coded the wallet system myself. We have two deposits and two user initiated withdrawal transactions that match in size. We added up everything in the past and it adds up.

The displayed balance may have been displayed incorrectly during the malleability attack that was going on. Deposits that were attacked would be added to the balance when one of the transactions confirm but it would still show the duplicate transaction(s) as unconfirmed balance. We have since implemented automatic flushing of duplicate transactions.

Some withdrawals were also attacked and this resulted in the displayed balance counting both the original transaction and any duplicate(s) and subtract all of the from the user balance. We have corrected this also.

The user deposited and withdrew roughly the same amounts and left some change in the account, that he's refering to as his current balance.

Here's the withdrawal transaction for anyone to view on the blockchain: Withdraw to 1AEg95a41cZFNwxMWxRy6gfdbuXk3NC7vT: d814a7c22ed988ad59caa0e8a8dd1d1a2c8770de4825910974bf8ae53491b1ee -18.49990000

This is just weird because the user claimed that he hasnt withdraw it yet. I do know that most gambling sites moves coins around to make it untrackable or if some user withdraw some amount, instead of withdrawing from hot wallet, the gambling sites will move the coins from some other user deposit instead

we know my situation is not affect by the mallebillity issue, since the blockcain confirm my coins got sent to your site: 1P1HKwYhxJcLRcFTErDK62PkgoEbRkUdLv

I never withdrew 18.5 BTC, following it on the blockchain reveals its not a personal wallet.

I came and reported the issue within hours, this is clearly not a scam by me!

I refreshed the site 100s of times, last effort was making another transaction, since i knew your support dont answer request, so i tried to fix my issue by making a new deposit. I AM GLAD I DID. because if not, you would have claimed my account was compromised.

I dont have the coins neither withdraw 18.5 and my account is not compromised = your site have my coins somewhere.

Yes, occasionally we get people making big deposits and withdrawing without ever playing in the hopes they get the funds back from unrelated inputs/unspent outputs. Our wallet system may create such transactions from the hot wallet. We have to handle it like this in order to be fast and off the blockchain. Checking a players deposit address on the blockchain will only tell how much his account was credited from deposits, not anything about his actual balance or withdrawals.

I never said the malleability attacks would make funds disappear, it just creates duplicate transactions that never confirm.

We'll check what ip initiated that withdrawal

No, the funds were sent out by a user initiated withdrawal, the system DID send them out to 1AEg95a41cZFNwxMWxRy6gfdbuXk3NC7vT and that's not our address.

I want to add, my only withdraw request is: https://blockchain.info/address/1BxL33WtTusT1MPU27EUryP6UyvgqNsVux

80642213f9c9b71fbb82f60dee1b8ae5385783958d0e95d4d9ebdaf3dcc93bef2015

The total transaction is 18.5, but I only withdrew 2.39.

the blockchain shows it as 18.5 withdrawel, my address is included in that transaction, but only for 2.39BTC, the rest goes another place, same time as my withdraw request.

This transaction happened later, when i did not access the site: 6eb960f7e6ef006416418860b0b2e393e9c7a9d253b99875adefb70915dbc545

All my coins are gone from my deposit address: 1P1HKwYhxJcLRcFTErDK62PkgoEbRkUdLv

but i only withdrew once, since the only deposit that got credited was 2.39

No, we are gonna solve this. I never got access to my coins, of course i wont accept losing 18.5 just because you give me an IP address.

The issue is at your hand, because your site never updated my balance, it was always 0 or 2.39btc, never 18.5btc or 20.89btc!

I havent had access to the coins therefor I wont accept a loss like that.

IP address is a good start for this. If the IP address that requested this withdrawal is not your IP address then that means some other people has stolen your coins

thats not possible that my account is compromised, unless there is a vulnerbillity in the Satoshi dice system. I tried withdrawing 18.5, the site would not let me, because the coins never got credited to my account even though blockchain agreed with 6++ comfirmations.

If the coins never got credited how can they be stolen?

If my account was compromised, they would have emptied it and not just taken the roundest number 18.5, which is my first deposit.

I still have change in my account and no betting history.

Atleast they will do something and you can cross check the IP address later. If there is a vulnureability in satoshi dice then all of the deposit will be missing instead

So here's a thing...

Voiced my email for help to the provided support email under "contact us", yet not help.

So, it looks like I'm forced to post here.

Earlier today I deposited 0.1 BTC and it's yet to be confirmed.
Funny enough, after several hours, I deposited a smaller portion and that was confirmed before the previous 0.1BTC deposit.

Can I get some help???

hash: 389c76f324ea5d1903b5f75881d07b8a

Confirmations are handled by the Bitcoin network so there's nothing we can do to affect confirmation times or in which order they confirm. As far as I can see all your transactions are confirmed now. Sometimes transactions may take a long time for the Bitcoin network to confirm. It's possible to decrease the likelihood of this happening by paying a larger fee, but there's ultimately it's up to the miners to include the transaction in a block or not.

That's funny that you say that because I'm aware it's confirmed on Bitcoin's side, but the website continues to claim it was unconfirmed. This is ridiculous.

Yes you are correct, one of your deposits is still being treated as unconfirmed. I have found the problematic transaction but I can't debug the file now because of server security settings. I will correct it as soon as the person responsible for security becomes available. Sorry I didn't check properly the first time. It's the first time this glitch happens and I didn't check further than confirming that our bitcoin software considers it confirmed the first time so I thought the problem was already solved.

still missing 18.5 BTC.

i want to solve this matter, help me please.

Its either a bug that are hiding my coins or something corrupt happening, because they never got credited, so a withdrawel could never have been possible, thats what dont make any sense.

Can you be certain that this is not the cause of missing BTC for others, including user SamedamnBTC?
