the service doesn't support pakistan. it would be very great if you support pakistan also. there are so many bitcoin users from pakistan.

We are unable to offer cards to Pakistan for plastic cards. For online purchases you can look into a virtual E-Coin card.

I suppose you can use the Virtual card only then , I'm from Algeria but I have a virtual card . that's more then enough since all purchases I do are online .

We are working hard to be able to support Algeria and other new markets. Until we get the green light its just going to take time.

I've never seen the need to have one of these kinds of cards. Even the Bit-X cards, which have no fees on their end, you still have to pay the ATM withdraw fee when you use it to get cash. I'm happy enough trading on localbitcoin.com

Signatures? How about learning a skill... I don't care either way. Everybody has to make a living somehow.

This is looking interesting - and better than the other debit cards I've read about. Couldn't find this on your website: what is the estimated ETA for Canada?

You meant the delivery time? We do not have very accurate ETA, as it might be pretty unpredictable sometimes.

Well, with standard delivery it might be about 4-5 weeks (+- 1 week)
DHL will take no longer than 7-10 days.

Hey All,

We may potentially experiencing issues with FIAT this weekend. Specifically, dollars are running out. So if you were planning something serious for this Sunday and have not loaded your card yet, please make sure you have a backup plan in case we are out of them.

Euros are still there, though not much as well. We reduced the limits down to 500 per load.

I am once again sorry for inconvenience it may potentially cause. Hopefully, the bank will send us a settlement early on Monday.

Hello,

That is exactly what I was referring in my upper post. We received a settlement yesterday, however it was small. All was loaded to the cards pretty fast.

New settlement should arrive today (Tuesday) + we are launching bitcoin purchase option this week, so it should improve the situation.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

OK so here's my story. 19 days ago I ordered a EUR card with Express Shipping. After I ordered it, I instantly received an E-mail stating my card shipped (which is very odd, cause it couldn’t have shipped in 2 seconds after I placed the order). I got no tracking number.

After several E-mails back and forth with support, I received my old tracking number (from my USD card which was ordered in January). Support said they'd follow up with the bank managers and ever since I haven't yet gotten my tracking number.

What's also mentionable is the fact that when I ordered my EUR card, I had to personally call DHL, because the bank (or whoever shipped the card) did NOT include my phone number on the package, even though I gave it to them. Thoroughly unprofessional to say the least.

5 minutes ago I spoke to DHL and I gave them all my info, name, etc and even the old tracking number so they can further verify me in their system. They said they currently have no package for me, so the EUR card that I purchased 3 weeks ago hasn’t even shipped yet.

All this puts E-coin and the bank in an unfavorable light and also pisses me off big time.
I've been very patient the last 3 weeks, but since I paid $50 for Express Shipping, I expect it to be delivered in 3-4 days MAX like last time and I also expect a refund of $33 from the bank. I do have a feeling I won't get it though.

Just to put it in perspective, the last time I had something like this happen to me with Westone, they apologized profusely, repaired a cosmetic issue of my in ear monitors (valued $120) cause it was their own fault the issue developed in the first place and was the main reason I sent in my IEMs, paid for no less than 3 FedEx International packages to be delivered from the US to my country and also gave me a pair of earphones worth $650.

Let's see how the bank handles this one. There's a lot more at stake for them than just $33 to which I'm entitled to given their total failure of actually shipping the product I have purchased from them. Good luck.

I've just received an E-mail from "No-reply@e-coin.io" supposedly with a link to my EUR card's tracking number. Why not send the tracking number instead?

What's weird is that when I click on it, I'm redirected to sign it to my Yahoo mail (even though I'm viewing the mail from my Yahoo account) Another thing I noticed is that after i input my password to login to my Yahoo E-mail , epower.eco.br asks me through firefox if I want them to remember my password.

After I input my password and login to my Yahoo, I'm redirected to E-coin.io to login to my account.  I try to login, but after I click on the captchas, the page loads indefinitely. What is this?

I managed to login, just to be taken to my account. No info about my card. Just send me the tracking number.....

I changed my yahoo pass, bitcointalk pass and also e-coin pass (where I have 2 factor authentication enabled). Does that mean I'm safe now?

I also have 3 idiots in my PM sending me messages like "did you check your email for the new V-cards? and stuff like that.

check your yahoo login/active sessions history

Thanks, I did that to the best of my ability and I see only I have logged in to my account. I'll check again to make sure.

I also have a message in my E-mail from Support@bitcointaIk.org that asks me to confirm my password. Not 2 minutes after I got this E-mail some user called yamiscot PM-ed me here on Bitcointalk to confirm my password. The other users that messaged me include "ahominer" and "almonfru".
