If agoras be cheaper in bittrex you dont buy it directly to ohad and ohad can work more time on the proyect and not answering emails. the newbies payed more than the ohad prize in bittrex lasts weeks by ingnorance of direct sale and this is not fair too.

Direct sales will be more than bittrex price (probably 2-4x). This is because ohad wants to save his time and stop people from arbing (the direct sale price was lower than bittrex price last month). This seems to be the best distribution of many other coins. People have time to research and buy. Sure there is risk, but at least the valuation is not hundreds of millions.

Edit: Forgot about stopping the supply from being released too quick (most important)

in the first of july, one month from now, the price of direct sale will be doubled, for two reasons:
1. right now it's more expensive on bittrex than on direct sale, and we want to "clear the way up" on the exchange, to let more people be able to cash out and tokens to replace hands, and the price to rise. besides it's not fair that uninformed buyers pay more than they should when they buy on bittrex.
2. im flooded with "contact us" so i better refer them all to bittrex (at least until the price catches up)

the direct sale price went up 5% a month in the last +1y (before it was 2% a week).
in the 1st of july it'll be x4.
unless i'll get very close to sell "nearly majority of coins",
in which i'll raise it by, idk, x10, just to significantly make the sale much slower until tau is ready, mainly because i promised that all along, but not only

now we're around %50 of sold coins. for this situation we have an even better solution. so at the 1st of july the sale will simply stop until tau (or its partial versions) will be ready. we'll then think of a new valuation.
(i will try to get back to everyone on time but no one will lose due to my fault on this).

This is a good idea. I still think the devs should consider to keep 15-20% of coins to sustain the long term future development. Today's projects can easily raise hundreds of millions of dollars to sustain their development for a very long time. In this kind competitive environment, a risk can be that a project runs out of money before it runs out of ideas. That is the last thing we want to see.

In my opinion, it will be necessary to establish adequate funds for developers/funadacion, in order to be able to made future developments, I believe that the work must be paid.

It could be interesting to establish another part for marketing and promotion of the project.

60% for the comunity
25% for the fundation (reserve funds included)
5% for marketing and promotion
?% for bounties and holders
rest for sale

it´s only an idea. I suppose you have thought of a structure for the ICO, but I do not remember reading it.

     2. The sale will be limited to up to around half of the coins' supply. 

I think that you need to consider stopping the sale, particularly sales that have yet to be executed before the date you posted your comment.

With regards to "promised sales":
If the investors already sent their funds, they should receive the coins. Otherwise, you should politely explain that the sale is over, due to the second condition.

It's time for the market to move. A low cap coin with a promising vision. We have already seen the scaling problems of ethereum with the recent ICO disasters.

to solve the "crisis" i suggest letting buyers buy tentatively partial amount, means, they can send btc now to this new address, but they might get their btc back instead of tokens. to make it simple:

if you want to buy a relatively large amount of tokens, it is not sure that there's enough supply, but can try:
1. send the btc to an omni wallet of yours, if they're not already in an omni wallet.
2. send the btc from your omni wallet to me at 12rcPRK8adxrPN9aQ4xc1gjMAJvBD1GHuw
(do not send from an exchange!! but from an omni wallet of yours as above. therefore no need to notify me before or after the transaction)
3. after few days we'll decide which part of the money will be used to buy tokens, and the rest will be refunded. it is possible that all money will be refunded.

this is all relevant only until the 1st of july!
and since i wont have the senders' contact details, all relevant messages will appear here, and can contact me afterwards in email for any problem (e.g. a request to refund unconditionally).
