In light of the ETC/ETH civil war. AGRS would do very well explaining how it deals with forks in 140 characters.

The blockchain is malleable there are no forks in the blockchain. To avoid security issues like this.

This coin has a 5 million market cap. Ranked 28th on coinmarketcap.com. The only reason this coin isn't on more exchanges is because the community isn't pushing hard enough.

This is a very exciting project. If you would like to see AGRS grow, keep requesting your exchange.

Lets put a plan together to push this as a community also, we need a venue to discuss and formulate ideas in further detail. Anyone?

Instead of using network hashrate to solve blocks, could it be put towards something of benefit such as folding proteins? Could this be something that the network could vote on how to allocate the miners? For how advanced this project is, it seems primitive in the crypto world to just do PoW on blocks.

i think it's impossible. the only memoryless distribution is the uniform distribution, therefore we must have maximum entropy (=minimum usefulness) in order for everyone to have a fair chance to mine.

there's a coin for that.

Okay that is reasonable. Are you familiar with the IOTA project and how they have created a blockless distributed ledger? It seems like if we do have to have blocks, and they have to be specific to doing Tau work, then the system design could be better. I have no practical experience in this, so my thoughts could easily be worthless on the subject.
