Yes, it's reliable. My buddy made it. You can make all kinds of wallets offline. Just download it, disconnect your internet (for paranoid people), open it on your pc en create your wallet(s).

But please test it before you send big amounts ok?

Yes, you can fake amounts in many ways, editing html through navigator, and taking a photo of that fake could "seems" legit

But the truth is currently there is only 11millions of a maximum of 30millions.

The numbers acoording to coingecko are correct (30.7 max)..  Someone had posted a ( html edited) ss of 500 k vnl balance, John said he could produce a ss of 100,000,000 in reply to that person, that's all..
