I want to register where I can sign up

Well, you can do so in the Registration Thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1248467.740), but the registration period itself will start no sooner than June 16 (and that thread will be locked until then, as FrueGreads mentioned).

1007  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: VI FREE Tipster Competition -sponsored by DirectBet- (Discussion Thread) on: May 31, 2016, 08:38:06 PM
Is the offer still up?

I have two spare entries, but they are in DOGE and DASH respectively. I might use them, but I would have to convert BTC into each of the coins using shapeshift (losing some money in the process). If you think there is still time (according to my calculations, there must be at least 2 hours to go, which I think is enough to place the required bets), and still need more people to reach the 100 bets ... I would like to take part of this "promo" Tongue, but I would like to receive the 10 mBTC upfront (other than that I have no motivation at this point to use those entries, I do not think I can magically reach the top 7 and the daily prize -whatever it is- is not motivational enough).

PM me if you agree.

This round of the competition will end in 3 hours and 25 minutes (give or take).

And, by the way, today's challenge will reward the one who wins the most bets (at odds of 1.2 or greater).
1008  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: VI FREE Tipster Competition -sponsored by DirectBet- (Discussion Thread) on: May 31, 2016, 04:57:12 PM
Important Update:

We have currently 43 qualified entries, remember that we need 50 to pay full prizes!
There are some 70+ and some 90+ so maybe we will reach it, but it's up to you as usual.

Also please remember that all multi entries count to increase this number.

This is of special importance, for those ranking in top7 and that did not place 100 bets with all their accounts. It's up to you, but remember that if you don't try to reach the 50, you will not be doing all you can to avoid cutting your own prize in half! Remember that!

Good luck for these final hours!

Do you mean that we need more participants to enter the competition unless it will be canceled ?

No, not at all. FrueGreads was simply referring to the minimum number qualified participants we need to have to be able to pay the full prizes, as stated in the competition rules. If we don't reach that number, prizes will be cut in half (as has happened in previous rounds already).

For reference:

[...]

Important Note: The prizes above require at least 50 qualified entrants that place exactly 100 bet slips (including multi entries, see "Multi Entry" rule on the post bellow). If there would be less entrants, the prizes will be cut in half.

[...]
1009  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: VI FREE Tipster Competition -sponsored by DirectBet- (Discussion Thread) on: May 28, 2016, 11:54:10 PM
then where is the winner announcement of the daily challenge are The Highest number of wins of correct score event (minimum odds 1.2) ??

Well, the announcement of the winner of yesterday's challenge is in the beginning of the post you initially quoted.

And the winner of the #28 Daily Challenge was patt0 with 13 correct score wins above 1.2.
I guess this wasn't so difficult after all! Congrats!

(patt0, please PM your playing wallet account to Michelle (DirectDice) who will personally fund the playing wallet account with the prize amount)

The next Daily Challenge:
Highest number of wins during the day (minimum odds @1.2)

Good luck!
1010  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: VI FREE Tipster Competition -sponsored by DirectBet- (Discussion Thread) on: May 28, 2016, 11:31:30 PM
wait , am i the only one who confused here? previously you announced the daily challenge are The Highest number of wins of correct score event (minimum odds 1.2).
bt now you announce it as
Highest number of wins during the day (minimum odds @1.2) ??

Hmm, those two announcements FrueGreads made were made in different days.

So, the "Highest number of wins of correct score event (minimum odds 1.2)" challenge was yesterday's challenge - "Highest number of wins during the day (minimum odds @1.2)" is today's challenge.
1011  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: VI FREE Tipster Competition -sponsored by DirectBet- (Main Thread) on: May 28, 2016, 06:00:41 PM
bet count not updated from last 2 days. can you please update in the website?how many bets remain to place

Hmm, are you sure those bets were placed with no less than 1% of your current bankroll? (which, at least at the moment, is shown in the Leaderboard to be 132.42 mBTC)

I ask this because, looking at several of your latest bets, it seems likely that quite a few of them were placed with less than the minimum stake limit, and so, would not be valid.

EDIT: DirectBet beat me to it by a few seconds. Cheesy

See their answer in the last page (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1159253.msg15001738#msg15001738).
1012  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: VI FREE Tipster Competition -sponsored by DirectBet- (Discussion Thread) on: May 27, 2016, 02:25:04 AM
Yeah yes of course I also put parlay whoever wins this challenge is not a problem for me at least I've tried  Cheesy
I have a suggestion for the next challenge : participants guess the score of the game correctly  Cheesy this may be very difficult but very exciting to follow may also be time at the end of the competition.

I suppose we can do that - worse case scenario, nobody gets it right, and we'll have to decide what happens to that day's prize. Cheesy

But let's wait and see what FrueGreads says about it (he's the one who is going to be handling the next few Daily Challenges).
1013  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: VI FREE Tipster Competition -sponsored by DirectBet- (Discussion Thread) on: May 27, 2016, 01:58:51 AM
May I know about this match Event: R Medinilla v R Hocevar I see this match started before the announcement of today's challenges or whether it starts after the announcement? I've posted a parlay bet in the main thread and hoping to still have a chance

As I posted above, we'll only look into the details of each bet when the Daily Challenge ends, later on today, so don't let that stop you from posting your parlays. Smiley

But, just glancing at when his transaction was made, it seems the parlay was placed after the start of the challenge (specifically, on 2016-05-26, 22:24:04).
1014  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: VI FREE Tipster Competition -sponsored by DirectBet- (Discussion Thread) on: May 27, 2016, 01:28:17 AM
Damn, so I lost the chance of quite a few daily prizes because of not reading well Sad.

OK, so it seems I won. This parlay just won at 2.34. Someone posted a bet before me, but that was a single, live bet. Yay! Grin

Well, let's leave the official announcement (and verification of the bet, to make sure everything is alright) for later on today (when the challenge ends) - but, congrats anyway. Wink

As for the first part, remember that we're here to help; if you ever have any doubt, let us know, and we'll answer it as soon as possible.
1015  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: VI FREE Tipster Competition -sponsored by DirectBet- (Discussion Thread) on: May 27, 2016, 12:50:44 AM
IMO it is not clear enough, I just posted 4 parlays at odds above 2.06, if any of those win, I win? Tongue (that is what I understand from what you posted).

Or do I have to wait to win and post that my parlay won on the main thread? (it would be funny if none of my 4 parlays wins xD).

It's the former; you don't have to wait for the result to be known before posting the parlay.

So, provided the parlays are valid (that is, they count towards your participation in the competition), were placed after the start of today's challenge, and the corresponding post was then made in the Main Thread, all is good.
1016  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: VI FREE Tipster Competition -sponsored by DirectBet- (Main Thread) on: May 26, 2016, 10:16:31 PM
This post marks the start of today's challenge.

The winner will be the participant who first places and posts a parlay that goes on to win (minimum odds of 2.06).

Good luck!
1017  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: VI FREE Tipster Competition -sponsored by DirectBet- (Discussion Thread) on: May 26, 2016, 10:16:25 PM
The winner of today's challenge was... Bitflyer, with an increase in ROI of 11.81% (and almost 70 bets placed today). Smiley

Congrats, Bitflyer. Please PM your playing wallet account to Michelle (DirectDice) who will personally fund it with the prize amount.

Now, for the next daily challenge, the winner will be the participant who first places and posts a parlay that goes on to win (minimum odds of 2.06, and of course, the post must be made in the Main Thread).

For reference, here's the post marking the start of today's challenge: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1159253.msg14981996#msg14981996.

Good luck, everyone!

Angry  NEW: The winner of most Daily Challenges during the entire competition, will see his Daily challenge winnings doubled!!!
As the quote above whether there is a requirement to get a prize may have to finish the 10,000 Loyalty Points or unconditionally

Oh, I see; you're asking if there is a rollover requirement for that particular prize. I believe that to be the case (as it is currently for the prizes of the normal Daily Challenges), but I'm not sure how many Loyalty Points will be required - we'll get back to you on that one soon. Smiley
