I don't know about you guys but I am Team Secret here. Team AlLiquid is not really that great, although they are growing to be a good team, they are not the same tier as Team Secret. Speaking of Team Liquid, they are not updating their site about this major at all, their stats about this is still the same as if it is not starting. Anyone can suggest sites here?
Tell to puppey do not punch his monitor or staring his own team went losing xD.

Well, that's in the past, right now, we have a Team Secret that dominated the season of 2019. As the casters said, he is the king of the normal season and that is because of the picking strat of Puppey. Right now, we are in the picking phase. Based on the picks, I can really ensure this is a Secret game, it is a Nisha Morph, everyone.

Edit: Surprisingly, it is a Matumbaman Morp, what is Puppey thinking?!
1242  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [DOTA 2] ESL One Los Angeles 2020 MAJOR [GAMBLING DISCUSSION] on: April 05, 2020, 03:36:36 PM
but in terms of the upcoming major, ESL One Los Angeles, they will be going with their current line up with Midone and Topson.
Actually I was right Smiley

Topson and Midone aren't playing in this tournament. If I remember correctly, I think it's because they're not able to go across the country because of coronavirus pandemic.
So 33 who just left Alliance becomes a standin in OG and Ceb fills the other empty seat.

And surprisingly, they started this tournament with a very good performance in their first series. 2-0 against Nigma  Shocked
I've actually said that in my earlier post that Ceb and 33 will be the subs for team OG in this league. That's true that Midone and Topson are having trouble due to the lockdown issues.

The next match that you should watch guys is Team Secret vs. Team Liquid (old-alliance roster).

Edit: NVM, I realized I am clicking the old link, they have a separate link for the online games that are happening.

1243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin during pandemics on: April 05, 2020, 02:18:10 PM
During pandemics or Corona virus bitcoin and altcoin price never wake up and exactly always down, maybe many people and investor tired with their investing still lower price and keep focus how to attack from corona virus than thinking with their investment in bitcoin and altcoin.

Pandemics though there are only 2 of them at the start of bitcoin, that is HIV and the CoVid - 19. You can't also say that it is the pandemic why the price if falling since it is not really the pandemic but the people that are panic selling and selling for their needs in this pandemic. I think these investors don't need to worry since they already know bitcoin will recover.
1244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Happy Birthday Satoshi, April 5, 1975 on: April 05, 2020, 01:11:20 PM
Upon further investigation, it seems highly probable that Satoshi chose this date symbolically. April 5 happens to be a very important date in the development of money.

Well, we don't know whether it is the exact birthday of the creator of bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto but we don't have a chance to greet him especially me in the past years so, Happy Birthday Nick Szab~oops.
1245  Other / Politics & Society / Re: COVID-19 teaches all of us. on: April 05, 2020, 11:59:29 AM
At least for today, nature has every opportunity for restoration, since plants do not work and cars drive much less, which means that the environment does not suffer from harmful emissions.  There is an assumption that coronavirus is a reaction of nature to human atrocities or artificially created by man to affect the economy of some countries, as well as reduce the number of non-working people on the planet.

Well, if this is really from the Chinese eating bat soup, then we can say that this is a retaliation of Mother Nature to us humans. I am not a fan of such a thing but based on what is happening, that is possible. The start of 2020 is really depressing, from the natural disasters from the accidents and deaths that happened. Maybe it is the year when the world needs a rest. Maybe that is the same 100 years ago.
1246  Economy / Economics / Re: returning to normal on: April 05, 2020, 11:21:39 AM
Well, time will heal scars but there will be a lot of things that won't heal in this pandemic. Trust, that is the most valuable thing that will not be returning to normal for a long time. This pandemic will not only test how prepared are we in this kind of problem, but it is also how would leaders and how would people react in such scenarios. The government are showing their true colors, people are affected not just by this physically but also mentally too.
1247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is like day trading ? on: April 05, 2020, 01:01:41 AM
For those who will start day trading and they are still beginners in the market then it will be a disaster because they cannot handle the volatility of the cryptocurrencies. Day trading is like a gambling for those people who will yet to start because they still do not what they will do and it is like a gambking that putting their decisions base on their instincts and relying to their trusts.

Well, if that is the case where people will be going into day trading and they are just beginners, then that is not a gamble, it is a suicide mission. At least when you are gambling, you know what you will be doing but in terms of day trading with this volatility, it is just impossible. Just try to educate yourself first before you go into something since it is always good for people to be ready in some way rather than pushing your self into something you don't even know what it is.
1248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: April 05, 2020, 12:22:02 AM
Now that almost all sporting events all over the world are cancelled, those wanting bet of sports events are left with having to find alternatives. What are the majority doing?

Are some giving up and trying to become reformed gamblers?

Are some gambling on casinos instead?

What are alternatives most sports betting eusers are now switching to?

mate believe it or not all gamblng on our country are actively doing their activities in the our country, despite the enhance quarantine lockdown.

all chinese pogo workers still are operating and disregards social distancing and personal hygiene.

They are like animals that you can think of.

As far as I know, POGO workers are those workers working for an online gambling firm right? I think in terms of going to their jobs, you can't blame them. For sure other people there are still forcing to work despite the lockdown because of the incapability of their money to last in the long enhanced quarantine lockdown. I just hope they are doing their safety precautions against the virus.
1249  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [DOTA 2] ESL One Los Angeles 2020 MAJOR [GAMBLING DISCUSSION] on: April 04, 2020, 11:53:41 PM
Either way, what I am really waiting for here is the game of OG and Nigma. I will not be betting on it since I think this game would be like an exhibition game but I am really rooting for Nigma here.
OG lineup is really screwed currently. I think they're pretty strong against Nigma if midone and topson are playing but sadly they're not.
So I prefer Nigma here, but we must see both team performances first and not make any predictions in the early matches.

I think you did not read their announcement about this one.

The last tournament, WePlay, they let Madara and Ceb play then NoTail and Sumail swap their positions. In that charity event, they will go with that lineup but in terms of the upcoming major, ESL One Los Angeles, they will be going with their current line up with Midone and Topson. I think they are strong but for now, I will also go with Nigma with my reason in that earlier post. 4 hours from now, we will be seeing them clash again, I can't wait.

Based on their recent game, they go with the lineup they had in WePlay, so you're wrong. Though you are really right in your statement that OG really liked to trample their enemies early game. OG is just diving under the tower and it is really exciting since despite we know how aggressive OG is, it is so good watching them do that. And I think Nigma is taken aback with how the OG played right now, it is true that they are aggressive like that in TI but with the addition of Sumail, and throw there Ceb too, man! This is just amazing! Just look at the plays Sumail and Ceb did in their first 2 games, it is really mindblowing how good they are.
1250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Corona is spreading in many countries!! Bitcoin is a solution for transactions on: April 04, 2020, 10:57:32 PM
This is the time we really use Bitcoin and CryptoCurrency as a means of exchange because we are physically not in contact with other people so we avoid contracting the Covid-19 virus (Corona).

I hope the governments of countries around the world can think about this and even campaign it in their respective countries (doing transactions with digital money, cryptocurrency and not with paper money)

I just hope people think like that. People in this forum would be thinking that using bitcoin will be massive at this time since it would avoid being in contact with people but in reality, it is not happening. People holding bitcoin, and focussing more on how they would be able to maximize their profit. People using another payment method like in our country, coins.ph, and other mobile payments. People are more focussed on getting fiat in order to buy things they would be needing inside their houses for long weeks of quarantine. The government is even distributing fiat for that purpose for a week without salary or job is really hard especially for those people that don't have anything to start with.
1251  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are having the difficult time, are you still a Bitcoin HODL? on: April 04, 2020, 09:53:18 PM
I'm still hodling all the coins i acquired before the dip. Not like i have much of a choice or just decided to hold them but they are already below their buying price so selling them off will make me run into loses. There's a saying in cryptocurrency sphere that says, you only lose when you dump off, so it's better i wait till market stabilize

Since the price right now is stabilizing closer to $7K, I think you should just wait for the meantime. You don't have another choice but to do that and we are now closing to halving so it might cut your losses in the recent dump. Patience is a virtue so keep on holding for now. We don't know what may happen since in the long run bitcoin will always recover.
1252  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID-19: Do not worry the market worry on people. on: April 04, 2020, 03:53:43 PM
Yes that's right the covid19 is the virus which is affecting the market and it is normal. The thing that we need to be afraid off are those people who are worry so much and intent to sell all of thrir holdings because they are afraid that the value of their tokens or coins will eventually dumps so much.

This still depends on the person since you will not be able to push someone to keep on holding since what people need right now is fiat to be able for them to be safe and sound during the quarantine. It is their loss but it is better for them to take the loss rather than endangering their own lives.
1253  Economy / Economics / Re: Virus Bear Market? on: April 04, 2020, 02:26:53 PM
I agree! We must overcome Covid19 to recover the market and it will not be an easy task because the pandemic will leave a bleak environment. We must work hard to recover everything we have accomplished in the crypto market. Sadly, we are seeing humanity threatened by a very dangerous pandemic.

And that will start by us following the quarantine policies of the government and our community. The pandemic is not directly affecting the price but it does on those people and selling some of the crypto currency investments so they would have some money they can use to buy foods and other kinds of stuff. I hope everyone is safe and keeps on looking at the price.
1254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [DOTA 2] ESL One Los Angeles 2020 MAJOR [GAMBLING DISCUSSION] on: April 04, 2020, 01:32:20 PM
It's still the group stage and I wouldn't bet, for now, I'll just observe the upcoming matches.

I've made a few bets on this major already. So far, it seems the plays are more unpredictable. I guess those huge names are more relaxed on major matches as compared to when they are playing on TI. Those who are less known and have so much to prove are the ones who are more aggressive in the major stage. More focused games and perfect executions are mostly showed by the superstars in the TI.

I hope we are already back to our normal lives by August in time for the biggest and most anticipated DOTA event.
Dota 2 games today are always unpredictable. Sometimes an underdog used to win and a tier 1 team loses surprisingly. This game is balanced although you will see a lot of memes that this game is dead and imbalanced.

To be honest, they are saying that this game is dead but they don't have a basis of it since players are still flooding the server. Steam will always find a way to develop the game, we have IceFrog in our side to analyze and balance the game and shape the meta. Well, Steam is continuously updating the game so it is fine. As a player, we should also contribute by sending them emails about the game. That way, we will be able to contribute to shaping the game as a whole.
1255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [DOTA 2] ESL One Los Angeles 2020 MAJOR [GAMBLING DISCUSSION] on: April 04, 2020, 12:35:31 PM
By the way, the game's starting as I've posted this and they are on the picking phase.

I don't know what to watch right now, CSGO or Dota2. It is a Faze game but it is also a OG-Nigma game. By the way, they picked Lycan and I remembered in one of his streams he is so annoyed by that hero with the short cooldown on his SS. I thought that it is a sign that they will be using it and I guess I am right. OG all the way.
1256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: April 04, 2020, 01:12:38 AM
If he wants to create his own CS:GO predictions, let him be. I also saw that thread of @rand1919 that lasted for how many weeks and giving a lot of good predictions but I think we shouldn't prevent other people to give their own predictions.

The thread is really nice and there are already many clients and it's his official prediction and tips, give him +1 for having a free service on this gambling section for giving predictions.

Well, I am not really pushing them to follow those predictions. I just thought maybe they don't know the thread or maybe it can be another basis of his analysis since as a follower of predictions, I am not only following one and just making an analysis based on those predictions. Yeah, I already said that I will be giving him merit once I can give one.
1257  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if BTC never reaches all time high? on: April 04, 2020, 12:36:43 AM
Quote
Now it looks likely it will never reach its all time high anymore.
I enjoyed reading this statement cause you said "It looks like". Actually, bitcoin as I believe will go beyond it's all time high even if not soon but then, is bitcoin all about the money? Or an idea created for making payments?

Well, for you it might be a great way to make payments, to pay loans and something like that for most people it's about the profit they are getting from trading and long term holding. I don't really look at the future movement as it will just stir my mind so instead, I will just meddle on what's in front of me. I can't mold the future but what I can do right now is be ready for what may happen.
1258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are having the difficult time, are you still a Bitcoin HODL? on: April 04, 2020, 12:16:03 AM
I believe the breaking news of covid19 has really affected the market as of recent before it manage to get back up bitcoin touched $3,000+ which I believe was a great opportunity to those who are into leverage. I also won't want to believe that someone will still HODL bitcoin since last year 2019 till this moment that will be the most crazy and stupid ideas ever. The present market strategy now doesn't recommend any ONE to HODL.

Well, the pandemic that is happening did not really affect the price. In fact, the price dump that happened is not because of the pandemic but because of the PlusToken scammers moving their scammed bitcoin into mixers. But looking at the brighter side, that dump gave us an opportunity to reinvest or buy bitcoin again at a lower price. No one knows when will be the price that low happens again so it is great for those us that bought at that $4K.
1259  Economy / Economics / Re: Corona has killed economy of many businesses on: April 03, 2020, 11:57:27 PM
Many business die with Corona virus and I think this virus give benefit for China because they have ready before virus attack and get much time how to protect their people, right now they have get much benefit with selling many product to other country and increase of their economic.

Well, we can't say it is dead but right now, it is not functional. With the policies or safety precautions against the virus, many businesses will be violating that and that is the reason why some of them are not functional or closed these days. Some offer online services and I think that is amazing since some businesses are able to adjust though it depends on what kind of business you have.
1260  Economy / Economics / Re: What China is hiding from us and are they doing it to save their economy? on: April 03, 2020, 10:48:31 PM
As many people think coronavirus is created by China and they did to crush other economy but I don't think that's what they did but some information came to light that gives us some dought about China's action. as far as we know death in China is a total of 3800+ but is it a real number? Did they hide the real numbers to protect their economy? what those pictures tell us!

Well China took some serious measure to ensure the social distance, there are a lot of materials on social media, this is why the number of the casualties in China is lower compared with Europe or US.

They are disciplined is what you are saying. That is true though, I've watched a lot of my countrymen in China talking how disciplined and how they follow the protocols and policies in quarantine. It is possible because also of the help of their government that knows what to do in terms of that crisis.
