Cloud mining is great but there's always a risk involved about companies dissapearing etc. It looks like PB mining is here to stay though, which I really like. |

interesting topic and interesting discussion on the matter. I think it is wrong given his position of authority in the young adults life and he should have used better judgement. In this case I'd think doin time is not needed unless the parents try to press charges or something like that took place.
Good point of view. We still don't have enough facts to know if the said student were trying to get a better position when regarding grades, marks etc. If so it was definitely wrong of the teacher to take this to his advantage. If it was just consentual sex however between 2 invidviduals it shouldn't have consequences. It's law vs workplace policies, once again. |

Wow this thread has gotten pretty long, I don't think there is necessarily anything wrong with sig advertisement but what is wrong is the moronic terms that the people who pay for these advertisements do, it's like with these referral links and marketing schemes, the people behind them are perfectly happy getting attention no matter how negative it is even if that means hiring other users to spam the shit out of forums. What the moderators should do if they want to get rid of these guys is force them to pay on an hourly/daily/monthly basis, they wouldn't be able to pay people based on per post, I guarantee you it will make more than half of them just give up and leave because they're just doing this as a cheap way to get attention.
Marketing people don't care about what others think of them, they just want to get as many views/sales/signups as possible, even if it means annoying the fuck out of people, so the best way to get rid of them is make it too expensive and unprofitable for them to sign up users to their programs, the only reason so many of them are doing this is because people are selling their signatures for such a low cost, you could also do some kind of blacklist against the people who are advertising based on Pay Per Click/Pay Per Post/Pay Per Signup and put a whitelist for those who choose not to.
I am sure many have thought of this before. The only issue with it is the fact that this wouldn't be able to be enforced adequately. I doubt we're gonna see much more changes than this. Seems to be working for everyone, the owners, the users, the moderators. Spammers still exist, still get reported and still have their posts deleted. Advertising campaigns still exists, some lower rates than others. |

Loyalty program means he would probably drop per post rate, but intoduce a multiplier for each month you are with PD. Don't get all your hopes up too high, cos PD should be targeting those senior and hero members who have left, not necessarily standard and full memebrs who are sticking with PD. I am just analysing from a business point of view. It will be interesting to see how it will play out I think he will reward non sr and hero members for sticking with PD, as competition currently pays out much higher. Then he might aswell just increase rates? People wont swap back anyways as they already changed, and if he highers the payout for -some- people, he doesn't earn new signups anyway. There will always be a higher paid campaign out there. With a loyalty multiplier, Stunna do not need to match those higher rates and still can retain members, cos it discourages members switching to other higher paid short term campaigns. The was no "cost" before, now you loose the loyalty bonus. Regarding whether Stunna wishes to attract those sr/hero members who swapped out before, i really don't know. Only Stunna has the stats for the number of sr/hero members and their payouts. I would guess their aggregate payout is high. That is why Stunna cannot raise sr/hero rate too much, but undeniably their sigs are the most effective. I think Members and Full Members tend to make more posts than Senior & Hero Members. The latter don't seem to make that many posts, but there's fewer of them, but their sigs are also much more visible. Hopefully when the ref links become active that will give Stunna some idea of what's more lucrative. It'll be interesting to see how many hits we personally get. The reason there are lesser sr and hero member posts are the reasons you stated yourself, there are simply fewer of them. I'm excited to see if we get some referral system as well, would be cool. It's not that. From what I've observed they literally just don't seem to make as many posts compared to users from lower member groups. They are busy getting safe storage of their bitcoins and looking at what they can buy with their bitcoin holdings  Some still post often because they still like it and they want to stay connected to the community I wouldn't post 50 times per day if I had been here for years either tbh, haha. Could they have known, prior to the denials, that Dorian wasn't Satoshi? This article makes some great points. It sure raises some interesting issues. I personally think they just made up everything, actively knowing what they were doing. Anything in pursuit of a scoop, indeed. what made me a bit nauseous was all the back-patting and champagne cork popping by the journalist and her sycophantic colleagues. pleugh. Oh yeah. They paid out for about a week's term and only a few people took part. He has the best offer providing he pays out. I wouldn't give him the title of best deal just yet until he's paid out a full months term. Every single deal that has offered more than Stunna previously has turned out to be a scam. I'm not saying Ritz will, but it usually pays to be sceptical until proven otherwise. Hence if I was posting and he didn't pay me I'd feel scammed. Aha, well that's a whole different story. Since then he seems to have paid everyone he promised though, I checked his trust and some references. Fingers crossed. But how many people took part? I only see 3 feedbacks left for what was probably less than a weeks worth of posting at what was possibly a lesser rate than what it is now. The real test is if he pays out the legions of people who have been posting all month. We can only wait for that. There are definitely more people that is part of his campaign this month. However not -that- many, he should be able to pay for it. The question still remains - will he? I think he loses WAY more than he earns if he doesn't pay. Imagine his whole site reputation gone, and for what? Not paying a few advertisers? Nah, I don't think he'll run to be honest. Too much time put into this whole thing, and too little to earn by doing so. Seems a lot more this month, but it only seemed like there was a handful of people who signed up for the first week payout. And we don't have his finances so we can't say for sure, but it's possible he might end up paying out more in advertising than what he takes in. It might not seem logical why they would run but look at the other casinos that came and left without even paying the full month advertisers. The thing about this forum advertising is not that the sites that are advertising gain so much from the actual signatures themselves. But primedice for example has earned more from just building their name via advertising campaigns. Every month Stunna pays his advertisers, his website gets looked more favorably upon, and becomes more and more established. Just the clicks from the signature links themselves, I really doubt they pay off as much as Stunna has to pay his advertisers. It's about building a brand. It's Ritz's attitude and behaviour that leads me to believe he either doesn't care or has no idea how to build a brand or run a business. If the advertising wasn't effective I doubt PD and others would be using it. I reckon it's very effective as where else will they draw customers from? Ritz is also a new casino whereas PD is one of the oldest and most respected so it'll naturally pay off more for PD than it will for Ritz as he needs to build up trust and faith in his site and business, but he's kinda done the opposite of that so far with his behaviour. What I mean is that I don't think the signatures themselves contribute as much to Primedices visitors as the name Stunna and Primedice has on this forum. Everyone around here knows it's a legitimate site, because of all the payments that's been made and so. I don't know about Ritz, he's too new around here for me to make a proper evaluation of him. I'm taking a risk and hoping it pays off. Otherwise I'll just have to cry in a corner, I guess. |
