1741  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 12, 2022, 08:04:47 PM

The Nets are now number 4 in the East. Just like that. Another example of a strong 2nd unit that beat the Pacers yesterday without Kyrie, KD, and Ben.
That's an impressive performance for the 2nd unit of Nets. They are really proving that they are competitive and they did it in a surprising way, teamwork and trust each other.
Another case of players taking advantage of the rare opportunities given to them. I'm honestly glad that vets like Mills and youngsters like Thomas suddenly puts up big numbers. It's refreshing and hopefully that continues for the sake of the club. People are getting tired of the toxicity around their "big 3".
Specially for Mills, I mean when he has acquired by the Nets, there are a lot of hopes that he can contribute but then he become so inconsistent. But without their big 3, then he has to rise to the occasions, same with the rest of the young players as they have to show up in the games. They will have to face the Washington Wizards next at their homecourt, this is going to be fun as they look for a momentum to stay at top 4 in the East.

Good win again by the Lakers, but it wasn't easy as it looks and then Joel Embiid, another 50++ point performance from him.
1742  Economy / Speculation / Re: The world is not doing well on: December 10, 2022, 03:49:01 AM
Currencies war will continue to occur and countries that have strength like the USA will be able to become winners, this is what makes many countries depending on USD and easy to control their economy, the best solution to reduce dependence with one currency is to receive cryptocurrencies as an alternative currency.
Being alternate currency is completely different from dependence with USD. Currency war will never end until countries will have their own production to reduce importing. Cryptocurrencies will help countries to have alternate for USD and bitcoin may help countries and individuals with its attractive ROI but currency war will continue if you replace USD with any of cryptocurrency.

The current scenario in all world economies is due to hyper inflation after consequences of pandemic and lockdown situations because the currency war is not new to any nation's economy and for cryptocurrencies. Recession might help cryptocurrencies to boom but investors might need to remain open to more investments even in hyper inflation.
I agree, it will still be the USD that will be used as the main currency worldwide. Bitcoin or other crypto are very volatile and this is not good for business or for trading.

We like for bitcoin to be the main currency, but it won't be that way and on the other hand it could be bad as well.

But as far as being accepted and becoming mainstream? why not? we can used it whatever we want, just like money or as an asset that will depreciate over time. But asking to be a world currency will not sit right to those who are in power right now.
1743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Ryan Garcia vs Mercito Gesta (January) on: December 10, 2022, 03:26:16 AM
I thought there was already an official statement and I looked it in the bookies, I support the Mercito but I really think he will be knocked out by Ryan Garcia in less than 12 rounds. Ryan Garcia has the fastest punch that has a good counter but his punches was not that yet good with combinations and that could be one of his current weaknesses. Also, he needs to improve his jabs as that could be really helpful throughout the rounds, so far I go along with Garcia in this match.

Same here I support Mercito Gesta but he is greatly an under-dog here.  Considering the experience, power, strength and advantage of Ryan Garcia, this will be a great test for Filipino boxer if he will survive the fight without getting KDed or KOed.  I am not expecting Gesta to win here but I hope he can give a good fight to Ryan Garcia.  Would be great if he is able to beat  Garcia but not hoping too much on that.  I will definitely put my money on Gesta to show my support and a chance to get a bigger win.
Yes, it will be a big test for Ryan Garcia, to overcome a great punches like Gesta. Obviously, it was a cherry pick fight by Garcia and his team because they know that Gesta is old already. But who know, if this Filipino boxer suddenly find his second win in boxing then it will be a good fight for Ryan Garcia. But eventually I think Ryan will also win but it's good to see him being chin tested by Gesta because his next fight, against Tank Davis is one of the hardest hitter if not the hardest hitter in 135 lbs. No problem with putting money on Gesta, as he is a live dog.
1744  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to hit $100k? on: December 09, 2022, 12:07:42 PM
If in 2023 there are no cases like FTX or Luna, the price can rise, now many are worried that the FTX case occurs again so that the price will drop below $ 10K, but if we already know Cryptocurrencies at least 2 years will certainly not panic with the condition Whatever, it's better to make Bitcoin for long -term purposes.
Panic can arise at any time and not because someone has known cryptocurrencies for several years. There are also many people who panic but they have known cryptocurrency for up to five years, this is not because they have known cryptocurrency for a long or short term, but panic is when someone starts to doubt and believe in untrue news so they cannot control their mentality themselves in terms of looking after their own assets.
Still though even if there is no such cases like FTX or Luna, I think the market might still suffer from price drop.

Even a simple negative news from someone will trigger panic, remember that so we are still not out of the woods for next year, we just need to be very cautious as their are chance that the market might suffer.

But nevertheless, we have the bull run waiting for us in 2024-2025. So that is what we all been looking because after what we have undergo in this bearish market will be complemented with a huge run that we can see $100k.
1745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BNB Coin Hit $300 Mark in 2023? on: December 09, 2022, 11:33:21 AM
I think the price of BNB will jump above $300 in 2023. I see in December there will be a slight increase in the price of bitcoin, BNB and some other altcoins. But I think even if BNB price will eventually go above $300 it won't last long because as long as the bear market is not over a correction will occur after the hike.
Yes, I don't want to create hype, but I do believed that $300 is an easy target for BNB to hit in the next bull run. It could go even higher than that since the project really looks solid and is in the top 5 as far as all crypto goes, meaning it has the consensus.

And it is the first project to have a native token for exchange and it's success has never been duplicated although there are some copy cats. Like other top tier exchanges having their own, like Kucoin, but didn't enjoy the success of Binance and it's BNB.
1746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 09, 2022, 11:17:42 AM
crazy last couple of possessions in the Blazers-Nuggets game. Dame did everything he can to win the game but Jamal Murry showed up just in time to match Dame. Very clutch 3's at the end for the win by 1 for the Nuggets.
Yeah, very close game and if you have put a bet on this game, even at ML you will be nervous all throughout because it was a tight till the end of the buzzer.

Dame was indeed the man, we all know his capability in this kind of close out game, who wouldn't forget his game winning against OKC and then waving goodbye to the whole team?

But let's not forget about Jamal Murray, he is also clutch and so they win by his shooting.
1747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: December 09, 2022, 10:49:15 AM
I voted no in the poll, it's too early to have a AI generated that can predict the outcome of any sports.

It might take some years though before it can be developed, nevertheless, who will feed them with information, right still us humans. So probably they are good at analyzing the data being feedback to them, sort of the AI that has been developed for chess. So possible scenario already laid out by the AI in his 'brain', and then probably making his decision or prediction based on that.
1748  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Chips.gg Scammer !! on: December 09, 2022, 10:17:02 AM
Can you please share the whole conversation with the support of Chips.gg. I want to understand furthermore how Rollbit brought up to his issue just to ban his account. I want to be fair here before jumping into conclusion but I’m sensing that Chips.gg point out an irregularities to the OP while OP stated that he is doing this same method on Rollbit. This is just my assumption because it’s odd for a CS to brought up other casino name out of nowhere.

Using other casino as an excuse doesn't prove anything.  This simply show that the casino has no valid proof to  throw against the player.  And it is funny how to casino exchange information of their players.  That is very unethical.

I know that it’s unethical if the Chips reps is the who one who brought up. I’m asking for a more clarification on how they come up to that statement because the evidence is crop. If you read my statement, I want to determine whether the OP brought up his status with Rollbit or not. There’s no need to lecture about how unethical casino because I encounter a lot in the past. You are just repeating other user statement above.

I’m asking a clarification and complete evidence that will make this case strong against the casino. There’s a lot of issue like this that turns out that accuser is the one abusing and using the forum user to support him by providing manipulated evidence.

Chips :

They say my fault is just Rollbit abusing. If I have another crime, they can come here and explain it with their evidence. If they are right, I will delete this thread and apologize to them.

Can you post the conversation before that accusation statement. I’m asking this because I need to prove that Chips is looking on there customer data from other casino. I want to see what’s the discussion before they accused you of cheating on Rollbit. Much better to post complete screenshot by parts. I really want to help you to establish your case.

I only have these images because my account was banned. First of all, they asked me to confirm this KYC, I confirmed.I had $6000 in my account at the time. Then, when the money in my account doubled and $ 15,500, they said that I was abusing Rollbit and your account would be closed. This is exactly the case.

Did they tell you that or you yourself told them that you are abusing Rollbit?

I'm just trying to understand everything since as as far as I know Chips.gg has build a reputation already here. And I'm not sure if casinos are sharing information amongst themselves because I don't that they are doing it although it is possible.

Anyhow as others said, move it to Scam Accusations board.
1749  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin bottom prediction? on: December 08, 2022, 09:53:43 PM
It is not as easy as it may sound. They've endured market price down fall on those years and that made them deserving of what they have which is big profit in 2021. Many of are struggled holding because of worries of both selling too early and not selling at a higher market value. So on my end, determining its bottom won',t be a good option 'coz it will just be a factor of confusion.
That's where the theory of patience is tested when the market is volatile, we must have a calm soul in dealing with circulating funds. Those who have become millionaires at ATH before have provided tips for us to follow during market crashes, one of which is to buy at low prices and hold for the long term so we can be like them someday. but the events that are happening in our bodies right now are a sense of taking profits quickly and anyone will experience that so the difficulty of becoming a millionaire is at that crucial point.

we have to relieve our sense of ego towards small gains and more concerned with big prospects in the long term. during this sideways market btc is relatively stable if we see selling and buying action. I don't think we're going to see lower prices later in the year because we're going to see the big pump coming in day by day later in the year.

That's why they say crypto is not for everyone because we need a lot of patience here, in order to be successful or at least make a lot of profits.

I mean it's a cycle, a 4 year cycle, so just imagine if you don't have the patience to hold or take advantage of the situation in a bear market to buy because you think that the price is tanking.

But for those experience traders and speculators, we have been tested and so far we have passed the test. So the simple and yet effective strategy is to buy cheap and hold nad have the patience.
1750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal hand to hand with Cryptos on: December 08, 2022, 09:39:32 PM
This is not the first time though that we have heard Paypal embracing crypto.

However, before they are totally against it if I'm not mistaken, years ago to that point that they threaten their users to ban their account if they continuously used crypto in their transactions.

But they made a U-turn and despite the bear market, it seems that they are going to work to EU based paypal users, so it's good them for them.
1751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Manny Pacquiao vs. DK Yoo on: December 08, 2022, 09:08:28 PM
With regards to the alleged cheating told by referee Padilla about helping Pacquiao to win his match against Nedal Hussein. I've watched an episode of KMJS a popular magazine show here in the Philippines. He said that he didn't feel anything about cheating there and it's not on him because he's just doing his job as a boxer. Whilst for Hussein, he's got some feeling that he's been cheated and as well as Manny. He's not blaming Manny on it but the referee himself, well, both have moved on already from that issue.

It will not change anything though, Manny still our favorite boxer as he brings honor to our country, as a referee who has a clean conscience, he should have expose that early. I'm just curious, after how many years, why did he expose it now? What's his intention on doing that?
While the issue has been called for, these two boxers that are involved didn't think of it that much. But the attention that the referee did was greatly noticed by the world.
I don't also understand the motive of the referee for why telling it late. He should have said that earlier when he's still credible at that time but who knows, if he just wants to have the attention or he took it for so many years and it's a sigh to him when he's said that.
Exactly, that motivates referee Padilla to just come out in the open and admit that he deliberately make Manny win his fight against Hussein?

It's kinda late though, and why wait when Manny has retired? is he  really protecting Manny that much that he was silence all this years when Manny is fighting at a pro level? Doesn't really make sense for us for Padilla's revelation. He should have bury this one already.
1752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Caleb Plant vs David Benavidez on: December 08, 2022, 08:34:36 PM

Benavidez wanted to go and fight Canelo Alvarez, but the camp of Canelo says no, as they want him to proved himself. So maybe if he beat Plant worst than Canelo beat him, he might gain some respect and could potentially face Alvarez in the future.

If Benavidez punish and knock out Plant as he always does to all his opponent, there will be a clamor for Canelo to fight Benavidez and Canelo cannot ignore that, I figure that Benavidez is an even more dangerous fight for Canelo than Bivol, this is a very important fight for both fighters because they are both top contenders in the division, they will be a step away from another title shot, Benavidez is so powerful and dominant I don't think Caleb can catch up, I love it when he does that shoe shine punches or rapid fire punches, it takes out a lot from his opponent.
Right, but I do think that Canelo will take care of Bivol first, that's probably his primary target for next year after he healed his hand injuries.

On the other hand, Caleb should not look forward for a Canelo fight, he has his hands full against Caleb Plant. Just focus on this task first and let his fist do the talking. If he wins then good, start talking a potential fight with Canelo and then see how it goes.
1753  Economy / Speculation / Re: Mark Mobius Prediction Bitcoin could hit $10k at 2023 on: December 08, 2022, 08:15:49 PM
Most likely $10k might be the final capitulation for us?

What if we really hit $10k in 2023? it's a big psychological number, we all know that traders like whole numbers and support like this one, so I think if we hit this numbers then problem we hit the bottom but the reaction could be huge as we will have a bounce the soonest.

And I speculate that if we are going to hit this price, this could be near the start of the bitcoin halving. As we all know that this is the final catalyst for the start of a bull run.
1754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gates of olympus on: December 07, 2022, 07:09:17 PM
I love that game that anything to do with Greek mythology and this is one of the first slot games that I played when I started my gambling journey in land base casinos more than 10 years ago.

So yes, it is available in our country and I would say that It could very well be one of best love games here.

As for winning, very difficult, it's totally random, you just have to pray to Zeus to get into the bonus round and win  Grin.
1755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Artur Beterbiev vs Anthony Yarde on: December 07, 2022, 01:46:48 PM
This is just a normal fight for Beterbiev and I don't think he will going to be having a hard time with this one. Maybe they set him up for an upcoming big fight he really needs to be prepared and he needs to have a real fight before facing someone like Bivol. Maybe they just want him to get into a fight in the early months of next year so that he can be prepared and get ready if someone will send them an offer for fighting a big fish. either way, he still needs to make this one important fight like the others because if he messed up, he gonna be having a hard time recovering his title again.
Maybe what could have impacted Beterbiev here is ring rust and we will see if he has recovered enough from his injury. And maybe this is one angle that Anthony Yarde is looking.

If Arthur is somewhat slow because of his long inactivity, he might start with the wrong foot and maybe Yarde will go fast and hard and throw everything he got in the first couple of rounds. The thing is that it might back fire on him later as he might get tired and gas out later and let Beterviev takes over the fight.
1756  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: December 07, 2022, 01:14:19 PM
If the boxing body ordered but then the fighters didn't follow, he will be either stripped of the belt or have to pay them huge some of money, which I don't think Spence is willing to do. And as we have argued, they are in the same stable mate, so this fight is easy to be made. Just goes down on the money, but for sure Spence is going to be the A-side here, maybe 60-40 or 60-35, nevertheless it's all in house money.

Yes, I agree. Spence won't do something stupid and cancel the fight because of his own reason. In fact, he should be able to handle Keith Thurman.

About the purse split, it makes sense to think that Spence will surely have the biggest slice of the pie for obvious reasons.

Spence won't be called a "PPV King" for nothing that's why my guess will be, 60-35 in favor of Spence.

Yes, Spence will get the biggest part of the purse here, he is the champion the most active, and one of the biggest attraction in boxing and in this weight class. Thurman will have to play his part to accept the lesser money. But still a win win situation for him if he beat Spence and maybe him and Crawford can fight next.

Was just watching the Pacquiao vs Thurman fight and the hype behind it.

Lol, Thurman really bring the best out of Manny Pacquiao with all his trash talking and when he was knock down, that sums up what the fight will end up when you trash talk one of the biggest punchers. Anyhow, let's see how they will going to promote it, for sure there will be a lot of trash talking as well.

I'm waiting for him to bring something to hype the media and bring intensity and that kind of inspration for Spence when they are both inside the ring, I don't think Thurman will missed this kind of exposure, knowing that he really wanted to challenge the defending champion, if he manage to upset Spence here, he will gain a huge hype to his career and for sure more money fight to expect.

We don't know if what will be the outcome the conclusion will be dictated after the fight.
I'm seeing Spence claiming that he is still the king of welterweight and the recent set of fighters are just wannabes, including Spence and Crawford to some extend. He can claim that he is still the best although he has lost to Manny Pacquiao years ago.

And I think fans are going to watch this fight, could be one of the most anticipated fight in welterweight as Thurman is also a very loud trash talker and we can see some disrespect brewing in this fight.
1757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tether: USDT is the next token to crash / Tether fraud exposed on: December 07, 2022, 12:51:18 PM
Yeah same here, I will not also defend Tether but why the hate in recent days?

I saw some threads about it, saying that it will collapse as well and that it is running on fractional reserves. They have been speculate many years ago if I'm not mistaken and because they are not willing to open their books. But so far they are one of the most solid stable coins that we have in the market right now.

I would agree if the thread is like telling people to get out of exchanges or at least don't leave huge amount of money on it. But single handedly pushing for Tether to be the next one to collapse, then maybe we will have to see what will happen in the future.
1758  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC, more closer bullish days ahead. on: December 07, 2022, 11:49:14 AM
As the current movements of the BTC market price shows, I think these are small bullish indication but yet to pick up the pace to begin the real bull run. 25k price point needs to be broken in order to push the BTC price to make that happen.
This is my own analysis on market and I think one bull run won't be enough for the push.
But recent popularity and many countries accepting BTC will be a huge break for BTC.
From my understanding of cryptocurrency i feel like the price of Bitcoin is something that can occur through the investors of cryptocurrency, if we should think of the movement of Bitcoin it will be determined by the total number of people who come to the market will determine the rising factor or rising effect of cryptocurrency. Actually the price of Bitcoin is not fixed and it's rotational.
Supply and demand and then the bear and bull cycle. That's where the price will go on circles, obviously, if there is huge demand, the price will go up in the bull cycle and then the opposite happen in a bear.

So yeah, you can call it rotational that's why we should know how to take advantage of the situation.

If we are in a bear market, accumulate wait for the bull run and then timing the market to sell on top.
1759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 06, 2022, 09:50:10 PM
The Boston Celtics have rich 20 wins today and they are staying at the top because of their teamwork and the way they played they easily outscored the raptors because they haven't figured out how to stop their offense. It was a hard battle in the first half and when they reached the second half, the Celtics completely controlled the game. They still have the chance in the fourth quarter but they cannot stop the raining threes that are sinking every time they attempt to make a comeback. Looks like Blake Griffin found himself in a good team that might be a championship competitor.

The Celtics' current results are impressive, although I didn't expect Mazzulla to do even better than Udoka last season. However, good results in the regular season still don't guarantee anything, and I think it's too early to say that the Celtics might be able to reach the Finals again. It seems to me the Eastern Conference playoff competition may be more intense this season compared to last season's playoffs.
Perhaps him being the assistant coach has really help him a lot now because he knows the system that Ime built and probably just putting finishing touches on it with his own style. And that's usually happen though to teams who made it to the finals, they just want to continue and move forward and really looking at this season because they know that they are very close they went 0-2 against the Warriors, but the lack of experience might have put a lot of pressure on them that time. But now same team, and almost same system, that's why Celtics are booming.
1760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My concern of security when using casino houses. on: December 06, 2022, 09:23:24 PM
The URL link of the news is very different from the post you're trying to discuss. I wonder who'd replied read it.

It's the man who came from the casino who stabbed the people outside of the casino for several reasons. Not the other way around.
The topic for the URL link you included should be those frustrated people who came from casino and causing trouble after, probably after lossing as the news says..
"Barrios started running and looking for groups of people so he could 'let the anger out,'"
Well in this case, it was around the vicinity of casinos and that's why as per the subject of the OP his concern about the security.

But in the article, he was able to get away in the beginning because he claim to be a chef. So that is a total lax in security of that casino on how the man was able to bring a knife inside.

So again, that's what the OP is asking us, if we feel safe going inside a casino because this incident can happen, but this is random.
