I am quoting the image links that were posted by the OP in order for the screenshots to be seen as the OP claims it forms a huge part of the evidence to support the allegation. How can you be believed when you say that you are the new owner of 1xbit / 1xbit1.com? The copyright notice in the 1xbit1 website is still laughable ( Copyright © 2016 - 2023 «1xBit» All rights reserved and protected by law) and if you update terms and conditions with your company name, address and contact details then you might be taken seriously. For now, the 1xbit1.com website does noes not even display a notice to show they are under new management. What evidence can you provide to back up your claim? Hello,
My name is Mark.
My name is Mark. We have decided with our company to acquire and manage 1xbit.com. We have also seen that the previous domain 1xbit.com has had significant problems with many people who have unfortunately been scammed. Unfortunately I cannot say anything further about this due to the private rights of the persons, but we as management will first clean up and that means that we will review every situation from the moment 1xbit.com has operated. I don't have an overview of all precise problems. To all victims: Could you send me a PM with your email address and / or User Id and the size of the amount with which you have been disadvantaged. Please also indicate what exactly happened so that it is easy for me to make an inventory of the case. If the claims are valid, I will personally ensure that all victims still receive the crypto they are entitled to. The domain 1xbit.com is still available, but only for administration. All new players are automatically redirected to 1xbit1.com of which we are now the new management.
To all the victims: Please contact me with PM. Mark.

I have not posted the warning in this thread for some time therefore here it is. All members (especially newbies) are advised to stay away from the 1xbit scammers otherwise they will probably end being scammed at some point in their dealings with them:

Regarding 1xbit, any person sending funds or trying to withdraw funds from any of their associated websites is in danger of having them seized under dubious grounds. There are many alternatives out there that have a non-scam history, I would advise all those reading this post to avoid using 1xbit and their associated websites.

I am fairly sure the unification fight between Fury and Usyk will go ahead one day but if does not in April 2023, I will probably start an alternative competition/lottery. In the meantime, here is the FA Cup semi final competition sponsored by Utopia: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5445381.0

I understand what you mean but as this is the FA Cup and many smaller teams have beaten giants before. Most neutrals would probably be supporting the underdogs and for that reason I would not be surprised if both Manchester teams lost their semi-finals and Brighton played Sheffield United in the final. The more probable outcome appears to be the first ever all-Manchester FA Cup final. @JollyGood it’ll be a boring finale if both or either of the Manchester team’s crash out, and while I understand that Brighton and Sheffield would have earned their right to play in the finals yet it would not be as exciting as a Manchester finale. Also I’m hearing news of Rashford and Haaland both being injured, but I think that they should recover in time for the semis as their injury doesn’t looks serious as of now.

Because now, the authorities must be carefully analyzing every detail of these records and checking all onchain movements, as well as comparing them with addresses that they have referenced as suspicious. This will involve long hours (days/weeks) of analysis, which will certainly lead to some time without news about this process. They probably have some sort of software where everything gets analysed after various data is inputted. Receiving outputs really should not take too long. At this point, it's no longer worth getting desperate. I believe that for the majority of users, it will not be something to worry about, because the authorities will be focused on big criminals who already know that they use Bitcoin as a way to finance their schemes. I would like to think those that used Chipmixer or other mixers for privacy reasons on extremely small scales such as when receiving signature campaign fees or when asking for micro loans in the forum, would most probably have nothing to worry about. However, by far the majority of those that used Chipmixer for nefarious purposes will be concerned because if any transaction via Chipmixer can be linked directly to them they will end up facing serious criminal charges. The accusation of $3 billion laundered is very serious therefore those that used Chipmixer for money laundering and other crimes could now (if linked) be worried about being arrested, having possible criminal investigations against them and could possibly also have their personal assets seized.

If he gets caught and goes to prison, he will probably receive a sentence (if found guilty) long enough to see him die in prison. He is on the run from the US law enforcement agencies and has an international arrest on his name, maybe his best chance in the long term is to hire the best lawyers to try to make a deal which could him travelling to the US voluntarily on the basis he remains out on bail until the until/unless convicted, he may have to surrender 'x' USD$ worth of BTC and if he receives guarantees the prosecution will not seek a sentence beyond 'x' years. It is worth a try, he probably does have a lot of funds available therefore it would be a good time for him to spend them trying to find a way out of the mess he finds himself in. This is true, but he's wanted by the FBI. His chances of never getting caught are slim.
True, but its easy to say "just surrender and get good lawyers" when you are not the one that has possibility of going to prison for 40 years and since that guy who is allegedly behind CM 49 years old, that's bascially a life sentence.

If there is a possibility that all (or almost all) transactions could potentially have their privacy reversed then it will be as you said most concerning from a user perspective. We do not know whether the Chipmixer owner retained user data while claiming anonymity but the details will be known as and when the law enforcement agencies release it. I believe that transaction data is not of the hugest importance as this can all be seen on-chain already. What is most concerning from a user perspective is what resides in the database for sessions, which I assume would include the deposit information, the chips or vouchers relating to that session, timestamps and the usage information. All of which would reverse all privacy that the user assumed they were gaining when they used the service.

|
|
What do you think could be the chances that the Chipmixer owner collected user data such as mixing chip information, date/time, IP addresses and URL referrals of all or many transactions that took place on his website regardless of what he might have claimed he was or was not doing? After all, just because someone claims something does not mean they are true to their word. Chipmixer allegedly laundered approximately $3 billion but if the owner of Chipmixer is privy to certain information that could get criminals arrested (or if he has a vast amount of crypto from those mixes that he is willing to hand over) then it makes this case even more interesting.
They seized the site data, so they could find such info themselves. He himself probably doesn't have anything useful to offer because criminals would deal with the site, not him directly.

There is a lot of misinformation surrounding Chipmixer and the owner/operator but what data was on the 7TB disk remains the biggest question. Like you I suppose it could consist of nodes, backups, or the forensics image of the whole drive/s including free space rather than simply backing up all transactions as even then it would be hard to believe 7TB of disk space would have been taken up on it. When was the bc1 key transition announced?PS. 7TB can be either nodes, backups, or the forensics image of the whole drive/s including free space.

Nobody knows how much money the Chipmixer owner has access to or even where he is currently hiding but apart from getting caught or surrendering, what other options are there? If he is looking over his shoulder for the rest of his life it cannot be good for both physical and mental health regardless of the amount of funds he might have access to. He should consider preparing a legal defence team (he probably has enough funds to hire the best legal experts) and then make a deal with the US authorities to find a solution. I cannot recall properly but was the main reason scammer Paul Vernon the owner/operator of Cryptsy exchange never arrested because he ended up in China out of the way of US extradition treaties? Why are you so sure that he will either get caught or surrender? Its obviously not easy to reach this guy because if it was, wouldn't they actually track him and arrest first before going public with all this and giving him an opportunity to run.

I remember when that whole saga was unfolding. All of a sudden out of nowhere it was noticed several members of the Turkish community were involved in what can only be described as dubious merit awarding while they wanted to get to DT. Thankfully it was down to just a handful of trolls who were unbelievably upset at not being selected for the Chipmixer signature campaign that went on to attack the campaign manager and spread rumours about the forum too: @theymos: False allegations made against theymos and BCT forum - by VispilioThe far majority of the Turkish community were and are contributing to the good of the forum and are an important part of the ecosystem. It's cringeworthy how desperate the members of the Turkish community were to join the Chipmixer signature campaign and how embarrassing it was that they were prepared to collude with the DT 1 Trolls here to vote down certain unaffiliated members who aren't in any gangs.

The attitude he has shown stems from either he and/or his buddies that applied to join the Chipmixer signature campaign, were rejected. I cannot recall seeing that much aggression against a campaign manager simply because he refused to select certain applicants. If I remember correctly I applied maybe 3 times the last probably in 2020 but was rejected like many others but they did not seem to have the aggression shown by members of a certain local board. I believe he is trying to imply that intelligence agencies care about the drama surrounding him and whatever problem he had with the manager of the manager of CM. At first, I thought he was going to imply those who wore the signature and the avatar of CM were going to be prosecuted because of their participation in advertisement of such service (which sounds rather ridiculous, in my opinion), but then he lost the plot and started to talk about corruption of the campaign and trust abuse. I personally doubt the FBI/Interpol cares on our local drama and grudges, but to be completely fair I am not an agent, so I can't be 100% sure of it. There goes your tax-dollars in action.

Results of the quarter-final games:
Manchester City 6-0 Burnley Sheffield United 3-2 Blackburn Rovers Brighton and Hove Albion 5-0 Grimsby Town Manchester United 3-1 Fulham
These are the semi-final fixtures:
Saturday 22nd April Brighton and Hove Albion vs Manchester United Manchester City vs Sheffield United
There has never been an all Manchester FA Cup final before, this year it might happen. Brighton and Sheffield United have done well to get this far, it would be a spectacular moment if they managed to be the finalists.
